The house is exceptionally nice. The view is amazing. It is very quiet. Nothing to complain about, even a little. We would definitely stay there again.

What a great place to stay. The house is so comfortable and the deck is fabulous. Views of Puget Sound & the Olympic Mountains along with great sunsets. Bruce & Diane are very accommodating hosts. We took their recommendations in dining out but you can’t beat the waterfront dining prepared in the well stocked kitchen. So much fun to see eagles from the house along with all the different ships going by, even a submarine! It was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful property in an even more beautiful location!! Golden and bald eagles flew back/forth past the back deck that overlooked the water. INCREDIBLE view from everywhere! Comfortable furniture. Bruce was VERY communicative and responsive. Excellent experience; HIGHLY recommend!

We loved everything about this home and our experience with the owners. It immediately felt like our place and “immaculate” is so true. The view and sunsets are beautiful and the access to many lovely day trips was a big plus. We will definitely be back!

The reviews are true: the house is clean, comfortable, and very well stocked.
It’s in a quiet neighborhood, right on the water, and we spent most of our time staying in and watching the ships go by. It rained while we were there (we expected it would) and the propane fireplace kept us warm and cozy.
The check in process was a breeze and we have nothing but positive things to say about the house.

We soaked up the sound of the waves, bird song, and even the fighter jets! We sat on the couch together to just talk and watch the sunsets! Perfect location on the island to see the Olympics and jump off either the north or south for little day trips. While enjoying the morning sunshine on the deck, two bald eagles flew into the tall fir right next to me!!! We will return! Thank you, Bruce! P.S. We enjoyed Alexa to control the heating and beach music!

My daughter, granddaughter and I spent a wonderful, quiet week by the water. Cool, cloudy days are my favorite, so we couldn't have been in a more perfect spot. My granddaughter had to work from the home everyday and had great internet access. Our only glitch was that we are all allergic to feathers and by the end of the week our allergies had turned to full-blown sinus infection. The pillows and comforters are all down filled. But the property manager said he would look into remedying that.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. This property is located on a dead end road, so no traffic and over looking the water. It was peace and quiet for my husband and I all weekend. There were stairs that lead down to a private beach. The house was very cozy and the bed was so comfy! We will definitely be back in the spring!

Everything about this property was true to the description in the Vrbo listing. There are few appliances and outdoor furniture a bit outdated but still comfortable. The view is the biggest star of this property. The ocean view just spreads out in front of you. Sunsets are awesome! As long as it's not cloudy. The beach is rocky but walkable. We will be back!

Perfect get away. Hosts are vey responsive and informative. Home is immaculate with great amenities. Fantastic views from the west-facing deck. Ideal for breakfast coffee, reading and watching sunsets with a glass of wine or two. Great beach access. Close to hiking, kayaking and Coupeville restaurants. Highly recommend. Will definitely return.

This is a magical place. The house is very comfy and easy to live in, the beds are good, the kitchen is well-stocked especially with dishes, drinkware, flatware, pots/pans, knives, lots of useful other items. What really makes it is the location, the deck, the views from inside. Perched above Puget Sound, with gorgeous trees, the property envelops you in the serenity of nature, the lapping waves below, the birds calling to each other, and an eagle flying back and forth. The steps/path down to the water is great; we really enjoyed the trail, and one truly can walk seemingly forever on the beach when it is not high tide. The location near Coupeville could not be better. It was hard to tear ourselves away and we already are making plans to go back.

Great view
We spent a delightful three days on Whidbey Island. The view from this property was by far the highlight. We watched the Port Townsend ferry and container ships and birds. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and the owner was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

This property is absolutely breathtaking! From the ease of checking in, to the welcome wine, to the mountains and water at your fingertips, I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying near Whidbey Island, Coupeville, or Oak Harbor. Driving here was a breeze, and the views along the way were spectacular.

Relaxing Getaway
We had an amazing time relaxing on the deck, enjoying the views, listening to the birds and the waves, and strolling on the beach. The house was clean, well kept, and stocked! We had everything we needed. A nice bottle of wine was the cherry on top. We hope to stay again!

Wonderful anniversary trip. Never been to this area & we will for sure be back! This home was a perfect location. Views were magnificent. Great deck to relax & listen to water, birds. Steps to beach below a little “risky”, but worth the adventure if you wanted to try! Home older but bed was 100%!!
