The condo was as described. It was clean and conveniently located. Great email communications from Snowmass Vacations Operations team regarding keys, parking, check in, check out, etc. Check out time was listed on VRBO as 11AM and 10AM in the condo. Housekeeping and Andrew H. from Snowmass Vacations were wonderful. I forgot my iPad and housekeeping turned it in and Andrew H. sent it to me! THANK YOU!

The property had everything we needed during our stay. It was comfortable, clean and easy to access. We had one minor issue with a shower handle not working, but we called the number provided for assistance and they came within 5 minutes and took care of it. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Snowmass. We also used the free bus to Aspen, which was easy to access with a couple different bus stops right by the condo.

Nice, comfortable condo in a great location. We stayed here in the summer, the week after Memorial Day. This is what I would call the peak of the off-season. The condo was very nice & had everything we needed. It is walking distance to the lifts & everything in Snowmass base village. No issues with parking in the summer as it was not at all crowded. Just keep in mind if you visit at this time most of the restaurants nearby are closed. Many reopen later in June. Stayed here with husband & 21 & 13 year old sons. It was updated, clean & spacious for what we needed. It was a good value as we would have paid the same or more for a hotel room but this gave us much more room. The only minor issue is that there isn't much seating in the living area. One loveseat & 2 chairs. A larger sofa would be nice, but there are TVs in each bedroom, so not a big deal for us. Overall very happy & would stay here again.

We were here late April/early May— everything was closed, and I mean everything. Note pool and hot tub closed, which was not disclosed until we booked. Also note there is no washer/dryer in unit. 48 hours ahead I was supposed to receive check in info, did not receive, I had to email asking for it. However, the unit was very clean, great beds, great location, adequately stocked and furnished.

It was perfect for our ski trip. A short walk to the slopes, convenient to the Snowmass mall for dinner and après. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Wish the couch was larger, but there are two chairs that we brought over to the TV area. The only tricky part was car access - to unload and pack up, we had to park a good distance away from the condo (fortunately, our kids were old enough that we could leave them in the condo while we ran bags to and from the car), so if you need close car-to-front-door access, this might not be the best place for you.

2nd time booking this unit in The Willows and still love everything about it. All the amenities and comfort we needed for a few days of leaf-peeping. Easy check-in and prompt communication. Wonderful experience.

Great location close enough to Aspen, equipped with everything needed. But the covers were not cleaned on one of the twin beds - the sheets were clearly used previously and not replaced

It is on the street, but we didn't find the street noise to be problematic at all. The kitchen is very well-stocked and there is also ample cabinet space to store any think you may have brought. FYI the check-in directions come via email and not VRBO. The property management company was very helpful and check-in was very easy. We would love to stay here again!

the condo is very noisy in the summer if you want to sleep with the windows open. it's right on the main road up to the village and busses run till late at night and early in the morning, plus you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around and showering. it's probably more cozy in the winter when you are closed in.

This is a beautiful, spacious, fully-equipped condo. I highly recommend staying here. Our family of four had such an awesome weekend staying here. The owners have truly thought of everything you might need, even heated floors in the bathrooms. Sounds silly to point that out, but it really feels luxurious. I can't say enough about what a nice condo this is.

This is a beautiful, spacious, fully-equipped condo. I highly recommend staying here. Our family of four had such an awesome weekend staying here. The owners have truly thought of everything you might need, even heated floors in the bathrooms. Sounds silly to point that out, but it really feels luxurious. I can't say enough about what a nice condo this is.

First and foremost concern, NO WASHER OR DYER as listed for amenities.Thought there was going to be an outdoor grill on one of the decks, as it was listed, but must have been a communal one somewhere.Nice condo. Kitchen space / living space open. Ceramic floors except for bedrooms were easy to keep clean but cold in the winter. Views were of parking lots from both bedrooms.Village shuttle stop conveniently right across the street from the front porch area. Walking path right outside the living room.For privacy needed to close the blinds in the living room and second bedroom when using those rooms. (Second bedroom looks over front porch and at the public shuttle stop)Spent the majority of the time out of the condo. Snowmass is awesome. Lots of fun things to do and wonderful restaurants.
