Loved the space being the whole upper floor. Great to walk to local shops and right next to the beach.

Clean, close to everything, kitchen has everything you need.

I loved the tea kettle, fireplace, abundantly furnished kitchen, tasteful decor, comfortable furniture, towels folded like little gifts made me smile..so pleasant to come “home’ to after a beach walk Look forward to staying at the pelicans view again!!

The weather and town were amazing!

A few issues with the room/condo, they were very good about checking in to see how everything was going. I let them know what issues we were having and it went radio silent. Lacking in customer support.. they have a good system it seems if used properly, but zero follow through. Will not book through them again.

Location of the rental is great because it’s a hop across the street to be on the sand and a short walk into town. It’s spacious and bright with lots of windows. You do have to go up a flight of stairs so be aware if you have issues with things like that. Appreciated how comfortable the bed was and the full size kitchen with ample glass wear and dishes and full size coffee pot - all of which were nice a clean. The tub was really high and slippery making it difficult to step into and the shower head wasn’t powerful. The tv situation unfortunately was awful, which was really frustrating since it rained the whole weekend and that meant more time indoors than planned- tv wouldn’t connect to the internet so no apps, no Netflix and only about 3 cable channels that would actually come through, no dvd player as a backup either. Emailed Vacasa with a question and it took weeks literally to get a response back. Had another question in response to the feedback I finally did get and still haven’t received a follow up email which at this point is irrelevant bc our stay is over. All in all it was a good stay with the exception of the issues mentioned.

This unit is pretty good. Lots of natural light, well equipped and furnished. Only about a block from the beach. Easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and activities. We only had two complaints. One, the wifi speed is very slow. It's so slow we couldn't stream any content. We worked around this problem by setting a movie to download while we were out so that we could watch it in the evening. Two, the hot water does not last long at all. There is a very nice tub in the bathroom and i was excited to use it, however the hot water ran out before it was less than halfway full and I didn't realize right away. I went to check on it and found all the water was already lukewarm because I didn't know the hot had run out. There wasn't even enough hot water for a good shower. Maybe only 6-8 minutes worth before it ran cold. This was the next day and happened for multiple showers several hours apart over our weekend stay. Other than those two issues, the place is great. I would probably stay again even knowing the problems.

Absolutely beautiful as soon as you walk through the door, you have the whole upstairs to yourself, beach feel, quiet, close to downtown, definitely would stay again!

Pros: Very clean and good location. Kitchen had a lot of dishes, etc. Bed was comfortable. Very bright with big windows. Cons: Need extra blankets - it was cold. Kitchen has no condiments, seasonings, etc. just salt and pepper. No Kleenex supplied. Living room tv only worked the first night. No flexibility for early check in. We drove five hours and the unit was empty but we had to wait in parking lot for an hour until the 4 pm check in. It is written in stone - you cannot check in early. First time in all our travels that we could not check in a bit early. Don’t think it is a “do again”. Especially if it was summer because there is no a/c.

This was a great place to stay. We had plenty of room and were able to walk to the beach or to shopping. We had a great time...

This unit was so cute and spacious! Dove shampoo, soap, and conditioner were provided which was a nice touch. We left the windows open and had a pleasant nights sleep. It’s walking distance from everything which made our stay great!

The location was great. The property was super clean. We loved the views from the 2nd floor and the openness of the condo. The wifi needs some attention. Outside of that small thing it was amazing. Will definitely come back and already recommend to friends and family.

Location can't be beat! The condo was clean, fireplace is lovely and I loved the doggie basket. Towels to use on the dog, water/food bowls and even a treat made it feel like a dog-friendly place, not just a dogs allowed place. I'm actually going to get my dog the bed that y'all have, it's so cute and she loved it!

Property was great for the price but don't use Expedia to book, it's more expensive. Save yourself some money and go to vacasa.

Lovely place, nice open space, dog friendly and close to everything. 1 block to the beach. A little echo-ie with high ceilings but looks and feels clean. Bed is a little hard but we slept well. The tub is big, shower is spacious. Would recommend to others.

Loved the Pelican View beach stay. The accommodations were welcoming and clean. Very comfortable and would love to stay there again.

Location and home was great. There were a few carpet stains but the property was clean. All worked very well. Would definitely stay here again.

This unit is a 2nd floor spot very clean and well kept. Its well within walking distance to the downtown with the shops and restaurants. There is walking beach access directly across the street.

Is located close to the main shopping and restaurant in Cannon Beach. The place was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked.

The Pelicans View is clean and comfortable. The perfect amount of space, 1 block from the beach and halfway between the north and south sides of town. Nice accommodations, well furnished. This was our second stay and we will be back.

This place was pretty great!! Very light and bright...quite spacious. Has a pull out sofa bed, well appointed kitchen. Large king size bed. Short walk to the beach just across the street. It was very clean. I will stay there again.

Very good. Only suggestions are to fix the slow drain in shower. Better vacuuming. Previous white haired dog was obvious .

We were there during a rain/wind storm and more than o e window was missing latches (closers) and they need to be repaired. Tub drain needs to be cleaned out as it fills up quickly during showers. We would definitely return to the condo.

Very happy with the cleanliness of the unit and amenities included. I taught my son how to play chess (he’s 8), which was a fun game they had available. We had a one night stay and the only reason we deducted a star was because I sent 4 messages inquiring about the possibility of early check-in without a response.
