This apartment is in a lovely garden setting with an ideal location for convenience if you are working (as I was) or visiting Santa Monica. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and Natalie and her husband Stephen are super responsive to any questions or issues. It has been a very nice stay!

I’ve stayed here numerous times and each one has been perfect. It’s a great place to work peacefully- quiet, serene, and everything you need is nearby.

We were so happy to have stayed at this property for two an a half months. The unit is in the best location in Santa Monica, close to restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and all amenities. I would walk every morning the 17 blocks to ocean drive , which has the great views of the Ocean and you can walk every where you need from there. The unit is very cute and has everything you need. Just as described in the pictures. Great for long stays and has beautiful gardens as you walk in. You have a full kitchen so that you can prepare quick meals and don’t need to eat out every meal. Any small issue or questions that we had was quickly resolved by the owners. Thank you Natalie and MaryAnn . We loved our stay and are looking forward to returning at the end of the year. There is parking on the street. Great grocery stores all around. Central location also to get to any points of interest and suburbs of Los Angeles. You can easily walk to the promenade , which we did every evening and there is always entertainment and fun things going on there. We had a lot of fun as you cannot beat the location. Quiet and safe.

I never stayed at this rental. I was in am emergency and she would not let me pay per month, she wanted all 6 months paid up front which I was not in the position to do.

Mary Ann is a gifted designer of interior spaces and gardens. She knows how to make guests feel welcomed and cared for. The garden area is beautiful and a peaceful place to read & relax. My husband and I look forward to returning to her Oasis.
