Beautiful home and the short walk to beach was easy. It was everything the listing said it was.

We had a great week at Sea Breeze. House is incredibly well stocked for chairs, beach equipment and even though we brought our own we could have left those at home! To my son's delight there was a beach fishing cart that we used every day. The house itself was clean and had plenty of initial supplies to get you started for your week. Can't wait to stay again.

Excellent communication throughout. Location is superb with an empty lot at an angle across street with view of the ocean. Well stocked with all your beach needs. Bring a towel, drinks and snacks and hit the beach in a quick minute with a walkway just across the street. Go and enjoy!

This location is right across the beach from the condo. the property was very clean and spacious. I would say that this location has more cooking equipment than anywhere I have stayed. They also have tons of beach stuff you can use! I highly recommend this location and plan to come back!

This was a great place to stay for our 7th trip to Navarre for spring break. We had almost everything we needed and the owners were pretty quick to respond to our questions. There was a lot of beach stuff to use including great wagons to get it to the perfect beach spot! In addition there is a ping pong table, darts, and corn hole to play while cooking up fresh fish on the grill. The home is right across from the beach, which was very convenient with a baby who naps a lot or when you need to use the bathroom.
We did give this property an overall rating because we needed to bring our own beach towels (7 total), as well as a travel crib for our grand baby. Some of us drive and some fly from Nebraska and Colorado so these items take up a lot of our car space or checked luggage allowance. If you’re not tight on room or flight budgets can provide extra checked items you’ll be golden! We did have a great stay and this was a great place to stay in!

Really nice location and house. A short walk across the street to the beach, plenty of space available. Bike/ walking trail right outside the house as well

Our vacation at this beach house was great. It is a quick walk across a non-busy road for the beach access. The house was clean and any issues that arose, the manager took care of quickly. It was a great vacation all together and we will be back I am sure.

Seabreeze Stay
We had a really awesome time at Seabreeze. I loved the fact it was equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, ping pong table and corn hole. There was also buckets and shovels for smaller kids. The garage was a nice hang out in the evening and a great place to workout in. I also enjoyed one of the bikes that were there. There was both a gas and charcoal grills which was great for grilling hamburgers. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook with. The whole unit was very clean upon our arrival. We were very excited that we just had to walk across the street to the beach as there was an access point. We will definitely keep Seabreeze on our list for our next visit.

Weekend Cheer Competition
Our mom/daughter cheer competition brought us to Navarre and we loved the location of the condo. There was plenty of room of all of us an easy beach access right across the street. Unfortunately it rained during most of our trip but the downstairs ping pong table and rec room saved the day! This condo has all the extras you may need... beach chairs, board games, TVs in every room and plenty of hot water, with 4 girls and 3 moms getting ready at the same time this was great!

The location was perfect. It was in a quiet area and just steps to the beach. The owner provided beach chairs and beach toys and there was plenty of games for the rainy evening we spent inside. We had a terrific time and will definitely rent this property if we return to the Navarre Beach area.

This was a second stay & everything was awesome once again. The house has been updated, with new paint & furniture, since we were there in Nov 2020. Location is wonderful, enough room for everyone to spread out, and the kids loved the pingpong table & other games in the garage. Great place!

Excellent Townhouse- With Excellent Owners
I cant say enough great things about this place. From the owners to the place itself- We had a fantastic time at this beach house for the 3rd time!! This townhouse is just steps to the beach! We all absolutely had a blast! The townhouse was absolutely perfect and very spacious. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do as well- ping pong, darts, bikes and bags. We would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for allowing us to use your townhouse and helping make our vacation one to remember.

Navarre
We enjoyed the house and the beach was spectacular!! The house was perfect for my family with three kids as well as my friends family with her three kids! We wish there was a pool since the ocean was cold but I would be willing to stay there again :) Tom was great and always responded fast to any questions I had!

Exceeded Expectations
I went with a group of friends on spring break. We were amazed with how nice and clean it was! There wasn’t a speck of sand in the house, which I’ve found is unusual for beach houses. The house had any toy or activity you could’ve wanted on the beach including corn hole, wake boards, and boogie boards. The master bedroom and bathroom was spacious and comfortable and the other bedrooms were equally comfortable. The kitchen was roomy and had any pot, pan, or utensil you could’ve needed with a grill in the garage. The owner made sure we were able to check in successfully and were happy and comfortable during our stay. He even went above and beyond and gave us restaurant suggestions when I asked. We had a great time and would consider staying here again.

Wonderful experience!
The property was perfect with everything you could possibly need. Hurricane Michael ran us out early, but we plan on going back again soon. Tom was great to work with. I highly recommend it!

This is a great place to stay!
The house is in a great location. The ocean is visible from the front of the house and the gulf from the back! The beach access is great! We saw dolphins, sea turtles, crabs, and fish. There was a beautiful sunrise and sunset every day.

We had a blast on the beach. The men took a day and went deep sea fishing while the kids stayed at the beach. This was one of the best family vacations we have ever had. The owner was great and the place was set up for family fun.

A beautiful beach house with a great location!
My family and I had a wonderful week in this beautifully decorated beach house. There was plenty of room for all 6 adults and 4 grandkids. I loved that everyone had their own bathroom and also their own balcony to enjoy! The owner, Tom, has made every effort to accommodate any need you may have while staying here. The kitchen is great and has everything you need to cook some great meals. There is beach chairs, ping pong table, a grill, games, and beach toys for the kids. There really is no need to bring much of anything with you because it’s all there waiting on you. The bottom floor is a garage, which is so great to have to just bring your things in from the beach and drop off. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for a nice holiday at the beach
We had a wonderful time at Navarre. The house is great!! Big sleeping rooms, each has an own bathroom, big kitchen and much equipment especially for familys with kids. The beach is near and there are two parking spaces for the car. Running wifi. The tenant ist very friendly and answers quickly. If we come back we will request this house again.

PS: The only thing you have to know: Think about washing-up and clothes-cleaning, this was not in the house.

A great family property!
We stayed at SeaBreeze over the 2016 Labor Day weekend. We just missed Hurricane Hermine by hours. The property is immaculate and across the street from the beach. Due to the hurricane the Gulf was rough but so convenient for early morning walks. The house was clean and ideal for our family reunion. We had three bedrooms, each with a balcony. The rooms were spacious and so comfortable. The family room was ideal for gatherings, morning coffee and breakfast, and dinners. The kitchen had everything you could need. The place worked perfect for our weekend and I'd stay there anytime I vacationed in the Pensacola area. A great family property.

Best of the Best
Tom and his family have provided a wonderful home for relaxation and enjoyment. The property is clean and well furnished with easy access to the beach (right across the street). There are many extras included that you simply do not find with other rentals including; games, beach chairs, umbrella, toys, movies and games. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked, better than any other vacation rental I've experienced.

Our Home Away From Home!
Once again, our family vacationed at this wonderful home in Navarre Beach... and once again, we had a great time! This place is absolutely the most well-equipped and inviting place to go in Navarre Beach! We have been 4 times now, with a growing family (2 sons, daughter-in-laws, 3 grandsons). It has everything you need; just buy the groceries and settle in. Just to sum up: when we asked the kids- would you rather stay right on the beach or get a little bigger place next year,, they just said "absolutely not!, this is "our" place in Florida and we can't imagine staying anywhere else!" Thank you soo much for sharing your home with our family!

Home Away from Home!
This year was our second stay at Sea Breeze. As many of the other reviewers mentioned - no need to bring anything but your clothes and go buy groceries. Everything else is ready and waiting upon your arrival. The house is clean and welcoming. We love Navarre Beach and Sea Breeze. The owners are most accommodating and you feel like family. Can't wait for next year....
