It needs a topper or to be replaced. We used the hide a bed mattress as a bed topper. Overall, a great stay and would recommend.

For an expensive condo, this was furnished on the cheap. Had several maintenance issues, but that's hit or miss depending the crews hired to maintain the unit. Since this was on the upper end of cost for similar units, we just felt that we didn't get the same comfort level staying in this unit. We love the area, but will stay elsewhere next time.

We loved our stay! Beautiful ocean view! Saw dolphins from our balcony and several occasions during our visit. Loved the place and can't wait to be back!

My husband and I spent our 9th year Wedding Anniversary at the Pelican Penthouse and it was so nice. Off Season is the best time to stay here. We meet some local residents and they were so nice. I give this place 5 stars. Definitely would love to come back to stay.

The condo was exactly as described clean, convenient to many shops and activities with beautiful ocean views! My husband and I would definitely come back.

Location, views, beach access, helpful staff, easy check in and out. The unit was so nice, spacious and updated. There were so many restaurants and attractions nearby. If they fix the curtains which are too inadequate to block the morning sun, then it is a great place with the best view at that condo building.

The view from the top floor is absolutely beautiful! The pool was great for the kids. We had a blast and will be returning. I highly recommend 609!

The six floor unit was absolutely perfect for our visit this year. This is our second year at Pelican isle. The kitchen is well stocked the beds are comfortable and the living area is comfortable. To lay in the master bed and hear the rolling of the surf is incredibly peaceful and comforting. The beach is right out in front of Pelican Isle and the pool and the hot tub are clean and refreshing. The only issues we had, was our last day the air-conditioning went out. The unit itself was clean but the furniture needs to be pulled away from the walls and dust needs to be vacuumed. There is dust on the walls from the air condition vents and mold on the corners of the bath. Nothing that really affected our stay. The first day I spoke with Stephanie about the dust issue and it was my decision to wait until after we left to have it cleaned. The last day the air conditioning went out I called Brooks and Shorey and spoke with Becky. On a Saturday morning a tech came and looked at the unit and within two hours Alpine air was out and took care of the problem. This management company really cares for their clients. And takes action when needed. Thank you Brooks and Shorey for another wonderful vacation!!
