Not a great experience we have with property. Hot tub was not working, jacuzzi was not working either. This is a milestone birthday getaway for my husband and most important reason to pick this property is hot tub. atleast jacuzzi would have worked. Very bad experience. Location and area is very good.

We had a great quick weekend down in the mountains! The cabin was clean and perfect for us. We spent more time than we had on the top deck in the morning just watching the view. Beautiful place!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. There were a few little things that knock it down a bit but most were minor or noted in prior reviews. Relatively close to the parkway but portions of the drive were difficult in the dark and with fog. Some of the remotes were missing back and batteries and the recliners of the sectional didn’t work. The steam showers are mentioned in the listing but not functional, although we were aware from other reviews, not a big deal. Move the grill if you plan on using it after or while someone is in the hot tub, it’s directly below it and will get wet, we didn’t grill but would be handy to know if you do. The kids loved the three level bunk bed, air hockey and foosball table. I believe the fridge dispensed the coldest water I’ve ever had. Great parking for one car, sometimes parking at cabins can be sketchy with limited space but the walled off drive in front was just perfect. Ultimately a great stay, would probably stay again if wanting the Sevierville area instead of further towards Gatlinburg.

The property was a comfortable and cozy place for our family vacation. Our children loved the bunk bedsand the game room. We used the amenities to the max. WE WOULD STAY AGAIN. It was close enough to our touring locations and secluded enough for our privacy. We loved wahoo adventures and the zipline guides, Matt and Christian ❤️💙 THE REST is to much to type.

Cabin was quiet, beds comfortable. Enjoyed playing the games & the hot tub & swing on the deck

The layout was perfect for a family with teenagers.they had their own space and enjoyed the gameroom. The cabin was very nice and came fully equipped with everything mentioned. We would definitely stay again.lloyd is a great host.

Super relaxing kid friendly beautiful view and home like atmosphere

This cabin was a great place to stay. It’s in a convenient location to many attractions, restaurant, and stores. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities that you need. Large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and the family room was very nice. The bunk beds were a plus for the children.

This Cabin was perfect for our stay. We love this location as it is not far from Pigeon Forge nor Sevierville. There is plenty of room for sleeping, relaxing and "taking a break from everyone". The kids loved the "game room" area, especially the air hockey table. We will definitely consider booking again if we a "bigger" cabin in the future :)

This was a wonderful location to bring the kids for their spring break. The cabin was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us. Kids loved the game room as well as the zip line outing( we got a 50% discount because we stayed in this cabin. The location is very private and you feel far away from everything but in reality it is only a 10-15 minute drive to most activities and restaurants. Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful cabin, we will definitely return.

I’ll start off by saying it was all in the reviews. Had I read them prior to going, I wouldn’t have been surprised. the description says recently renovated. Per the owner the steam showers are 11+ years old and when I called him about them not working he said, oh yeah when I was there two weeks ago they weren’t working either, I’ll have to replace them. I told him I was really looking forward to that, and he said, well take a really hot shower and close the door. Multiple lights were still burned out and never replaced. I tried calling the number for the cleaning person and never got an answer, when I called the maintenance guy, he said he had never worked on this cabin and would call the owner. The owner did call me back right away. I told him the hot tub smelled so bad of mold and mildew and was slimy. He said it was drained with every persons stay and he could have maintenance come drain it again. I explained that wasn’t the problem. It needed chemicals and cleaned and a new cover. The smell was so bad that I had to shower to get the smell off of me. After being told he was aware the steam showers were broken I didn’t even bother calling him about anything else. All of the comments about the jacuzzi tub randomly turning on, 100% correct! Scared the crap out of me. I love the big windows throughout the upstairs but it suck to sleep. Once my kids were in bed we couldn’t do anything because the bunk bed is in the loft. I have more limited character

We had an amazing time! The cabin was so perfect. The kids loved the game room and the bunk beds! The view from the hot tub is exceptional:). We will be back!! Any questions we had the owner responded within minutes!

Place was as described, we had a few small issues but they were addressed very promptly.

We really enjoyed this cabin . We were celebrating my daughters 30 th birthday as a family of 9 with 2 grandparents, 2 daughters, my son in law , a teenager, a 9 year old , a 5 year old , and then a 6 month old baby . We fit well. The boys and men loved the game area . The hottub was nice .Kitchen set up well. We had a great family birthday weekend together .

Great location! Only 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 30 - 45 minutes to Gatlinburg, depending on traffic. Beautiful cabin, lots of room and fun for the whole family! We all enjoyed our stay!

This is a wonderful property that has a great location to everything. Our family loved it, very clean when we stayed.

The lighting is very dim, as lightbulbs throughout were burned out. There were random electrical issues, i.e. the jetted tub would turn on while the shower was in use, lights would work one day but not the next, the hot tub had a mind of its own. The top dishwasher rack was broken.The shower doors do not close. The deck and picnic table desperately need repair and staining. The kitchen had only the basics. We repaired a drain stop and door stop in order to be able to use. Although I was told in writing there would be laundry detergent, there was none (be sure to bring your own for a HE machine.

We have older kids so that was ok and didn’t have a bug issue in December. Kids loved the upstairs. I barely saw them! Place really needs a deep cleaning and probably some upgrades. It was fine for what we needed. Steam shower was nice for my sinus issues. We ended up buying toilet paper and laundry detergent to wash the towels/washrags during our stay.

This was our second time staying in this cabin, and we enjoyed it just as much this time as we did the first time. The community is nice and easy to get to. The layout of the cabin is spacious and gives everyone room to spread out. Having four bathrooms (two full and two half) is helpful with two teenagers! My favorite spot is the porch swing on the upper deck looking out towards the mountains. We enjoyed playing air hockey many nights before going to bed. The only thing that kept me from rating this five stars is some maintenance that needs to done. The decks, especially the lower one, needs to be repaired and/or stained, the windows are in desperate need of washing, the grill could be cleaned well, and the shower door upstairs didn’t shut well. Even with these things, I would still highly recommend this cabin!
