The condo is updated, very clean, plenty of kitchen utensils, great! I would rent it again.

We loved our stay. Spacious enough for our large family. Beautiful and well kept. Wonderful amenities-great tiki bar, pools, and playground. The playground was a huge hit with the kiddo! We will return!

We really enjoyed this place! Parking was easy, elevators were timely, condo was clean. Heated pools would have been nice for cool days but overall we loved it!

This property is beautiful. We loved everything from the glass elevator to bbq on the balcony. We could hear the waves beautifully from way up on the 22nd floor, which was just above the pelicans’ flight altitude. We were shocked one afternoon when the blue angles flew by so close we could read the letters on the planes….. the were right at eye level or just below. The only downside to our experience was the mattresses. The general consensus of our family was that all the mattresses in the condo needed to be replaced. The master mattress was sunk-in in the middle. The others were just generally uncomfortable.

The property was very clean. The staff at Prickett Properties were very nice and helpful. The furnishings were very comfortable. We loved the outdoor furnishings and space. We would just hang out on the couch on the balcony and relax. It was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoy staying at the Turquoise Resort. It is convenient and has great amenities. This stay we noticed several things about the complex where it is beginning to show its age. There were tiles missing off the pool edge snd the kiddy pool was completely closed. Our particular unit was adequate but nothing extra. When we arrived the hot tub was nasty but that was taken care of in short order by Prickett and the “hot tub staff” at Turquoise. It was completely drained, cleaned, refilled with new chemicals so it was nice and fresh. Everything in the condo seemed to work fine, it just needs a good revamp. The furniture was cheap, the dresser in the master bedroom is sagged in the middle from the weight of the tv, the finish on the dining table is very scarred, the bench with the table has a rip in the upholstery, the kitchen utensils were in bad shape - they were cheap to start with and they are worn out now, the mattresses on all the beds need to be replaced, and the wands to close the curtains were missing. Nothing that would absolutely ruin your visit but I do not believe this unit is worth it’s per night rate.

The property managers were awesome!!! The condo was wonderful. I was worried about the availability of the elevators but that was fine also!!!

Everything we expected, the only issue was the pull out bed in master had sand in it, and the jets in the bathtub master did not work. Turquoise Place is a great complex, I did not realize that spectrum managed a good portion and had extra perks for their renters. Overall a great experience.

Loved the place, nice view. Found some trash under the beds when we arrived then found a flip flop & skirt that didn’t belong to us when we were cleaning our things out to leave. Also saw a few roaches in the kitchen. The master shower was really hard to turn on, one of the toilets didn’t flush well. The grill needs to be cleaned as well. Otherwise it was a nice place & even though we had some issues checking in & with the cleanliness, we would still go back.

This was a super nice condo with so many extra amenities! The master suite is huge! We had 11 people in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone! The pools were very nice and the lazy river was awesome! We definitely be staying here again!

We were please with the property but the shower in the master you couldn’t turn the knob to turn it on . We were not allow to participate in certain activities because we didn’t go through spectrum to rent from . Also someone parked in our marked parking spot that we paid to be able to park there and we were told we were gonna have to park in the overflow across the street if we couldnt find a parking space on another floor . Also we we’re almost hit with a piece of watermelon that someone threw of one of the decks when we were laying out at the pool .

Excellent and roomy. Property is kept clean. Hallways are quiet. Pools are spacious. Poolside food/drink is a huge plus.

Management company was very responsive and helped me get an item we left as well. It was a great stay with all the amenities at this location.

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed this property immensely!

Renting was fine but never heard from owner and was told someone would come to clean hot tub every 3 days but on the 5th day we had to call. For the price we paid I expected more.

We enjoyed staying in the condo very much! It was very clean and the resort has a lot of amenities and activities other than going to the beach. There was a water slide, lazy river, crafts for kids, and more. The only negative thing about this condo is the beds are squeaky and uncomfortable. The master bed headboard is not attached to the bed and would hit against the wall with the slightest movement. The second bedroom does not have a box springs on the bed so the bed is very low to the ground.

Found unit less updated in furniture, decor, etc. than previous ones I rented, however for price it was fine. Property Manager called on our last full day to check in & I then told her of no frying pans, toaster broken, etc... By the time I walked up from beach, all those items were delivered to the condo, so I was pleased to see they were on top of things.

This place was beautiful! Great view, fully stocked kitchen, super large refrigerator and freezer. They even cleaned the balcony hot tub in the 4 days we stayed there. Definitely going back!

Spectacular views and such a pretty condo! We had 5 adults and 6 children. Plenty of room for all of us!!
