This property & home is very clean & beautifully maintained. The living room & family felt open & spacious, perfect for our family of 5 adults, along with our son’s pet staffy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The back yard is clean, secure & also well maintained.
The streets in this neighborhood are narrow & allow for no parking. This house includes a nice size garage so our 3 vehicles fit comfortably with 1 in the garage & 2 in the driveway.
The location of this property is a very convenient with a short walk to the beach or a short drive to town.
Our family enjoyed every minute of our time here.
Thank you to the management company for answering our calla & for the excellent customer service you provided. It truly put us at ease to hear a friendly voice on the other end when needing assistance with the TV.

Clean, clean, clean. Two block walk to the ocean access. had some issues with door knobs and window handles, but managemetn ws right on it. Liked that we could pull car into garage as it was raining when we were leaving, so packing was considerably easier. Basic supplies at the house, with request to replace anything that w used up. Would happily stay again.

Stayed in this beautiful house for three days to celebrate my Cal Poly student's 20th birthday. She wanted a home cooked meal for her birthday and this house's kitchen was perfect. It was close to the beach and hiking. Loved the walk from the house to the pier/docks. Very quiet and peaceful. Would love to come back. Please keep Morro Bay the way it is now. It is heaven.

Family from Texas, Washington, Arizona, Massachusetts, and California came together to visit, and reminisce.
We housed as many as the agreement allowed which was perfect for three family’s to share food laughter and good times!
The weather was perfect with beach access just a short 5 minute walk down a path it was truly well worth our stay.
Would we do it again sometime in the future? Yes!

This is a clean, comfortable home a short walk to the beach with a fully equipped kitchen. We had problems with the barbecue, but I’m sore those have been remedied, as we left a note. This is simply furnished in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, so walking in the area is a pleasure. Showers have good pressure, comfortable beds, family room oriented to big TV if that’s your thing!

Our family of 3 couples and a 2 year old loved this 3 bedroom 3BATH home! The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking meals and dining. The garage space for one car and our beach gear and wagon was a bonus. Two block walk to beach in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We hope to return someday.

We needed a relaxing and peaceful stay for our small family, and Morro Bay was perfect. The home was large enough for 4 adults to have plenty of room. The yard and landscaping was beautiful. Location was ideal. Near enough to town to enjoy restaurants and shopping, close enough to the beach for long and short walks, and quiet enough neighborhood to relax in peace. Great stay!

Beautiful location, close to the beach. The house was super clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for 4 adults, a 9 year old and a dog. We enjoyed walks to the beach & the park nearby. And it was a short drive to visit our daughter at Cal Poly. Great weekend getaway!

We had a lovely time at the house. It was spacious and very clean with a well stocked kitchen. We loved that we could walk just a couple of blocks and be on the beach. We did have a bit of trouble trying to u lick the door at the start but management was very responsive. We definitely recommend this house.

Nice property with friendly neighbors. Short walk to the beach, new landscaping really complimenting the home. All beds were comfortable with nice linens and bathroom towels. Only issue we had with the home was quickly addressed by the owner the day we notified the host.

Spacious rental house close to the beach. Close to the grocery store. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a Christmas Eve dinner. The large living room was perfect for gathering together in the evenings and Christmas morning. We enjoyed an estuary kayak tour and a whale watching tour while here. Very clean. Would stay here again if we come back.

We have trouble renting because we need no stairs and extra bathrooms for my parents and dog friendly for my sisters dog ...
This had 3 bathrooms and walk in shower, no stairs, and sheets provided to cover furniture for dog ... we brought our own but handy to have extra.

The house is a couple blocks from the beach. It is quiet, clean and well kept. We had a great time. Lots of space to sit and talk.

The place was fine and spacious. Beware of the oven drawer when the oven is on everything below gets just as hot. Burnt my hand trying to grab a cookie sheet. Access to the beach is ok a little challenging.

The house is nice, but the best feature is the location. It is about a 2 minute walk to the sand from the home, and about a 20 minute walk to tide pools. Morro Strand Beach is so nice; it also is an example of a beach left in its natural form. It is not crowded and peaceful.
The home is comfortable enough to relax in all day if you'd like. It was also clean, and everything was in good working condition.
