Premier host? Not even close. House was dirty(our feet were black!), thin linens with holes, broken bar leg, moldy inoperable ice machine, cracked shower floor. . . Most disappointing was the oven; the racks did not fit well (they kept falling) and it did not heat properly. We contacted the owner and offered little help to aid us in cooking our Christmas dinner. My family went to the hardware store to try to find a solution to the rack issue, which they did. However, it did not solve the poor baking problem. I contacted the owner again with no response. We had to go out; dinner was ruined. I felt we were due a refund in part; the owner said we’d get 200$ IF we gave a five-star review. Makes us wonder how the other reviews were achieved. It was our most disappointing family Christmas ever (and we travelled from five different states.😞)

This is a great property for multiple families. Three floors of bedrooms and living areas on two floors. Two huge bunk rooms downstairs. Beautiful view of lake off back decks. First house in development on top of hill so easy to get to. Nice location just a few miles from SDC.

This is our second time staying at this cabin and we loved it just as much this second time. Perfect size with enough bedrooms, bathrooms, and large common space to accommodate our large family. Ideal location just a couple of minutes drive to Silver Dollar City. Enjoyed walking down to the lake as well. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Only complaint is that the floors are not clean. After less than an hour of being there our socks/feet were BLACK! Bring extra socks or slippers as you’ll go through a lot. There were no extra sheets for the pull out beds but the owner was quick to respond when messaged. Will return again!

We have 4 families that come up to stay and this place was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We had 3 floors of space for our group with ages 2-55. Best priced place I’ve seen and will definitely try to book this place from here on out. There were multiple TVs that weren’t hooked up, but aside from that it was great. Beds were super comfortable

Everyone in our group was satisfied with the accomadations. The lodge could have used a deep cleaning; if something was slightly moved, you could definitely tell it had not been cleaned under for a while(dead spiders, etc.) But, on the whole, it was acceptable. Would stay there again.

Scheduled a weekend getaway with friends & family so we could take my son’s new boat (that he won) out on the lake. Beautiful place, beautiful weather and a fun weekend!!

We had a good time. The view was excellent. Kitchen was fully equipped. Floors were very dirty, though. We had had very dirty feet all the time. Couldn't let the 1-year-old play on the floor. Handicapped accessible bathroom was large enough, but the shower bench was too far from shower head. The shower floor and bench were very slippery when wet and I fell HARD. There were NO hand rails in the shower and NO bath mats that we could find. The bed in the handicapped bedroom was far too high for me to get into without considerable help from family members. For the most part the stay was wonderful, but the handicapped issues need to be addressed.

Overall the house was well equipped for most of what we needed. Nice beds, good tables and space. The host took care of concerns kindly and promptly. Very odd that bottom of feet were black from the floor, yet floor did not look black. Is it a flooring issue or housekeeping?

The house was great for 3 families with children. Our only complaint was the floors were dirty and our feet would be black after walking around. Other than that, it was great. We would stay again.

We had a issue with the dishwasher, and property owner was very prompt to respond and fix the issue. It was greatly appreciated.

This was a nice place to stay with plenty of space to spread out. Very clean and owner very responsive to messages. Would highly recommend!

The check in and check out was simple.

Overall, Very Good! It's hard to get a vacation rental with 5 masters. Had a lamp that didn't work and the washing machine was being repaired during our stay (they needed to order parts), also, an outdoor porch light just flickered (we unscrewed it). The trash bins are located halfway down the hill (it was a hike to get back to the cabin).

We very much enjoyed staying in the house during our Branson visit. Plenty of room for the group to spread out.

The layout of the bedrooms and living spaces on the different floors was just right for my kids, in-laws and us.

Loved, loved, loved all of the space! We had 18 people and there was plenty of room. Appreciated that each adult bedroom had their own bath and that the bunk rooms shared a jack and Jill bath. So much room for eating and board games. Location to SDC couldn’t have been better.

This property is excellent for people going to Silver Dollar City as it’s very close. All bedrooms large with plenty of space for many families to stay together. Lots of space to sit and eat together as well. Only complaint is the floors were dirty… really dirty. The cabin has nice laminate vinyl flooring but it was so dirty many of us opted to wear socks and then trashed them. Maybe the cleaning crew forgot to mop before we got there? I do want to mention I didn’t report this during our stay as we were only there 2 nights, but I’m confident the owner would have take care of us - he was great to work with! So my only recommendation would be to bring slippers so you don’t have to worry about wearing shoes inside or destroying a few pairs of socks. Everything else about this cabin was absolutely lovely - so much space for all of us to enjoy a Branson weekend get away

Enjoyed our stay. Everything looked great! Wonderful gathering areas. Some small maintenance issues which can be expected in a unit this large. Biggest issues were we were unable to get TV's to work and all 3 coffee makers needed to be re-scaled. They all just dripped slowly. They advertised lots of games, but there were only one or two.

Really spacious place with lots of room to relax with family or friends. 5 minutes to Silver Dollar City. Close to shows. This is my 2nd rental and I am renting again in December and I have rented different locations over 60 times. This is a great place!

Fun with all our kids and grandkids was amazing. When we arrived the banister on the stairs was coming off the wall, a few of the bedroom doors wouldn’t lock and 1 wouldn’t close. One of the beds crashed to the floor while people were sleeping. That was scary. The kitchen was so unorganized. The ice maker in the basement didn’t work. The host told me he thought they installed it the week prior and they will come put it in the next day. That obviously wasn’t true and no ice maker ever came. The host contacted me and said to try putting a new filter in it. I was in the process of putting the filter in and looked in and found a glob of public hair in the ice maker. I looked to the back and there was lots of mold. Previous reviews said the ice maker didn’t work. The washer in the basement didn’t work. A previous review stated that also. There was a cabinet in the kitchen that was falling off. The barn door in the kitchen was weird because it led to a bathroom that was connected to the master bedroom but it didn’t lock. Anyone could slide the door open to a person showering or going to the bathroom. We went to Walmart and bought some heavy duty clips so it couldn’t be opened from the kitchen It stated there was a fitness center which there was not. The picture of the beach was deceiving because it wasn’t what we expected but the kids had fun swimming and floating and around the boat slips. I highly recommend renting a pontoon boat. That made the trip. The host was good at responding but I feel he needs to take a trip to stay there and fix broken items, paint, and organize the kitchen and label what is in each drawer. We didn’t bring spices because the way the explanation is worded we thought there would be basic spices. Every other vrbo we have stayed in, there were many spices to choose from. It is very difficult to find a house for our large family but probably won’t stay here again. We had so much fun being together so that is the most important thing. I don’t want to post so many negative things but this would be a awesome vrbo if it was just more taken care of.

If you want to be close to Branson for all the touristy things to do this is the ideal location. Right next door to Silver Dollar City. Fishing was not very good mainly due to the weather. It was really hot! Nice swimming pool. Steep Hill from the lodge to the pool and dock.

We had a very nice time at the property with our large family. We came a week too early for the pool which was a bummer but we still had a great time. Very large kitchen table which was great for breakfast. We enjoyed the walk down to the lake and the peacefulness of the resort.

Place was nice and big enough for me and my family. It was nice and clean when we got there. I also forgot my beach bag when we checked out but thank you so much Dominic for communicating and mailing it over.
