Loved the property! The place was very clean and well maintained. The proximity to the beach and the pool are amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Low rating on property manager, does not include the owner. The owner of this property is excellent. Property manager did not answer her cell phone and mailbox was full. Had to contact owner about a water leak in the ceiling.

Splurged more than we normally do and it was definitely worth the extra cost. Easy access to the beach with a beautiful view. Large facility with plenty of room for the three of us to spread out.

No issues with property. Pay more at Portside but the space and no crowd on beach is worth it if can afford. Large deck with excellent views with no obstruction in front of you. Would definitely stay again.

This condo is directly on the beach. We enjoyed the spacious patio overlooking the Gulf. In November the sun sets right over water. It was so beautiful to watch. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook a meal. Condo was clean and the furniture and beds are comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the nicest properties I've stayed in... Updated, clean, and well-stocked. We definitely plan to return!

This was truly a wonderful vacation. The location, beach, property and just everything. My wife and I honestly had no complaints at all. The beach was not crowded at all. I don’t know if it was the time we went, covid, or what but it was perfect and felt like a private beach. Linda was great to work with as well. Worth every penny.

Saturday to Saturday stay. Beautiful week here on the sandy beaches of Pensacola. Water felt sensational!!!! Not able to visit Naval Museum as it is still closed to public. Fort Pickens was historically interesting. Enjoyed the show by the Blue Angels. The condo was perfect for our family. It meet all our needs. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Saturday to Saturday stay. Beautiful week here on the sandy beaches of Pensacola. Water felt sensational!!!! Not able to visit Naval Museum as it is still closed to public. Fort Pickens was historically interesting. Enjoyed the show by the Blue Angels. The condo was perfect for our family. It meet all our needs. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We have been coming to the Portside Villas for decades because the duplex-townhouse setup means less people on the beach in front of us (compared to high rises or hotels), a comfortable apartment-like feel, and gorgeous shady mornings on the balcony with nothing obscuring our view of the ocean. This condo is is very close to the pool and tennis court (separated only by one 3-bedroom structure). Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and start-up supplies were available, along with beach toys and chairs. Owner responded politely and immediately via text and emails to all of my questions before and during our stay. Nice range of temperature and mattress firmness for the variety of sleep preferences in our family (warmer back bedroom has a soft comfy queen-size bed, and cooler front bedroom has a king-size bed and a very firm futon). Having TVs in both bedrooms and living room allowed our kids to choose separate Netflix and Prime shows without disturbing adults on the sofa. It was great having a hot shower option on the downstairs deck when we came back from the beach.

One of the best vacation places ever! Beautiful location, beautiful property and view. Great access to anything and a very peaceful area. Not to mention an awesome owner to work with. We have found our new "Home away from home!"

This is a great property. The kitchen was well-equipped as we ate most of our meals there. The spot was perfect because over spring break the weather is not always perfect beach weather, but when you open the living room doors you feel like you are on the beach!!

This property was very clean and well located. Family had a great time being so close to beach. Everything was as listed and communication was excellent. Definitely recommend to any families looking for a quiet place located close to beach and just far enough from the madness. Would definitely like to stay here again.
