What we liked best about this property was its location for skiing at Alta & Snowbird, and the good communication and friendliness of the owner. It was nice to have the garage to store our ski gear, even though our SUV was too high to fit. Very convenient to little cottonwood canyon, and there was a Smith's grocery nearby. It could maybe use a few more pieces of flatware and bowls ...we found ourselves using the dishwasher often to have enough clean to use for our 2 meals per day that we ate in. Lower level was chilly, but we only used it for the laundry and a couple games of pool. I would stay again.

My group of six had a great stay at Cheri’s property. Cheri was easy to communicate with and extremely helpful when we needed her. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, mugs and cups for all of us. We rented the additional master suite in the basement and had plenty of room to spread out. The pool table was a nice surprise that got a lot of use! Having a washer and dryer made packing so much easier. I hope we can return next year when we come back to Utah for our annual ski trip.

We enjoyed our stay at this place in Sandy Utah. It is in a great location for the Cottonwood canyons for skiing which is how we used it. The carpet is new. The kitchen was overall well stocked for basic cooking. oversized couches for viewing the TV. bedrooms and baths are good. Master has a walk in shower and the second bsth has a jet tub and showercombo. The use of the garage is much appreciated and helpful for storage of ski equipment. There is a full lower level which we did not use but includes a workspace and pool table. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

I've recently rented this house for a skiing trip with my family. It's very clean and feels homey. It has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The garage is a nice bonus and the location is great, just about 20-25 min to Snowbird/Alta.

This home was a perfect location for a wedding we attended at Snowbird Ski Resort. It was just a 15 minute drive to the resort. The home is very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to prepare meals. The furniture & beds were quite comfortable. The owner was very quick to respond to questions. We had no issues at all during our stay and would most definitely stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful house. The house is super clean and very comfortable. The host is extremely nice and very responsive. We had a group of 6 so I would recommend adding the newly renovated down stairs master suite, it is amazing. I would 100% recommend this house, short drive to the multiple ski resorts and close to all major shopping.

Nice view to look at sunup on the mountains. The kids had fun in the back yard. The beds were not very child friendly due to their height. We had the kids sleep on the floor as we were afraid they might fall out of bed (they are 3 and 5). Also, a few deck screws sticking out of the upper deck the kids had to watch out for. Plenty of room for the family.

The location was convenient to everything our ski vacation needed. We felt at home, which made the bustle of the snowy days much better. If we come back to ski in the Wasatch we’ll certainly try to stay here again. Thank you!

The property was mostly like the pictures provided. But it was actually larger than we thought it was going to be. The pool table was a nice surprise.

The location couldn't be better - it's just a short drive to the best skiing mountains in the area. The house itself is incredibly comfortable, with large beds that provided a great night's sleep after a long day on the slopes. The interior was immaculately clean, and we felt right at home with the cozy and modern décor. The amenities were top-notch, including a spacious decks with a stunning view of the Wasatch range. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, and the appliances were all high-quality and easy to use. We appreciated having a large dining table to gather around for meals and games. We recently stayed here for a full month on a long anticipated visit to ski the Wasatch mountains. Choosing to stay here was the best decision we made for this trip. The location can't be beat if you want to access the 4 ski resorts in the Cottonwood Canyons. The owners take a lot of pride in making sure this VRBO is super clean throughout. Spacious and very functional kitchen. We opted to prepare all of our meals here. Super comfy beds. If you're a hiker or skier, you'll appreciate having access to the garage. This was actually one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. If you have a large group, you'll never feel crowded. Definitely recommend the downstairs suite. The washer/dryer and outside gas grill certainly came in handy. We just wish we had more time and energy after skiing to enjoy the pool table. The best part though, is how excellent the communication was between the owners Cheri and Brian. Super responsive, courteous, and accommodating. By far the best hosts we've experienced on VRBO. Thank you Cheri and Brian... we hope to return.

Cheri (owner) provided a REALLY nice home with all the trimmings. Spotlessly clean, beds were super amazing..firm, supportive, yet comfy. Super-soft white linens and fluffy towels. One of the most complete kitchens; drawers and cabinets filled with every convenience (kitchen tools/implements), paper towels, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, zip-lock bags galore, in other words, EVERYTHING you could need/use. Super-spacious dining table, pots and pans in excellent condition, plenty of dishes, silverware, drinking glasses, new appliances, and even sharp knives that worked great! Super comfy living-room and reading room (two comfy chairs off kitchen); great TV and internet that worked perfectly, INDOOR parking and basement with really nice billiards table AND complete professional-style kitchen downstairs too (with stainless steel prep table and professional kitchen sink); barbecue grill...all the fixins. If you have kids that want a separate play space, this house is ideal, as the basement is ready for family games or just a place for the kids to go while the adults can socialize upstairs. The hall bathroom has a jacuzzi! Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. We could go on and on! The pictures of the place are accurate and depict each room exactly as each room is (Master bedroom has TV, other bedrooms do not). Plenty of closet/drawer space in the bedrooms. We highly recommend...HIGHLY!

Great location, spacious and welcoming and was perfect for our stay.

I brought my family (including 3 kids 16-21 years old) to Salt Lake City to ski Alta Snowbird and Brighton. Granite Ride worked perfectly for us. The accommodations were attractive and very comfortable. In Sandy , UT pushed up against the mountains, the location was perfect - in a neighborhood just at the bottom of the canyon road that leads up to the resort. Plus it was an easy drive to the city and the airport. As a bonus, the lower floor was a great place to relax. It included a pool table, family room/game room, and barbecue area. The garage was spacious and very handy too. I highly recommend this lodging, especially for those who like the mountains.

Flew in nd house was well prepared for us. Was pleasantly.surprised by a pool table downstairs. Also had plenty of dishes for a family.

Cheri is a great host. She has been so helpful through the booking process answering any questions. Then super responsive over text while we were there. Honestly, I feel like it’s much nicer than you see in the pictures. The house is very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was really clean and had your basics. Even had some sandwich bags, foil, etc. Was not expecting that! Air conditioning was nice and cool. Absolutely no issues. We did do a load of laundry downstairs and there was soap available. Would def stay here again! Only downside was that our minivan didn’t fit in the garage. However, Cheri had given me a heads-up about this and so it wasn’t a surprise. :)

The house is great. The beds in the guest rooms are more comfortable than the master bed. But the master was still good, the others are just really comfortable. All the beds are a little high so if you are short you will struggle getting up and down off them. Everything else is perfect.

This is our second time staying at the house. The location couldn’t be better for skiing at Alta/Snowbird or Solitude/Brighton. We really love the view of the mountains from the back deck. The house is comfortable and clean. A cozy getaway.

Very convenient spot to skiing areas, groceries and restaurants. Kitchen was outfitted well. Could use a potato peeler. The house is very nice with the exception of the hall ceiling mold. Could use more hangers and a dust pan.

Friends and family ski trip. We had a lovely time.

Our group of five skiers, all age 69 or older, had a great week, skiing Brighton, Snowbird, Alta and even Deer Valley from this location. The three bedrooms were perfect for our group of five. The two bathrooms were adequate for all five of us. The longest drive to a ski area we wanted to ski was the 45 drive to Deer Valley Ski Resort. Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird and Alta were all much closer skiing destinations. There were lots of good dining options close to this home, but we ate most of our breakfasts in the dining area. We watched quite a number of Olympic events in the evenings on the large-screen TV. For a group of six or less skiers, this VRBO home is excellent. G. Moser Brookville, PA

If you're skiing at Alta or Snowbird or planning to recreate in Little Cottonwood Canyon, the location of this home is unbeatable. This is an older home in quiet neighborhood that appears to have been remodeled as a rental. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was functional and well-equipped and the home contained everything we needed for our stay. Owner responded quickly to a question about operating the thermostat. We would stay here again.

The location is VERY convenient to the mountains and to groceries and restaurants, the home is wonderfully renovated, and above all, Cheri was a Most Gracious and responsive Host!! This was by far the best VRBO experience we have had, really because Cheri is such a great host.
