It was perfect!

The condo is on the second and third floors of a nicely restored building. The dedicated parking space was much appreciated for a summertime stay.

The house is beautiful very well decorated. The host is so kind and incredibly helpful. We had no issues checking in or out. The main floor room had a tv as well as the top floor. Top floor is open no door so we were able to talk to each other from both levels. The entire neighborhood is so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

This condo is in a perfect location for walking, shopping and dining out. It was very clean and comfortable for the three of us. We absolutely loved our stay here! Thanks, Patricia!

This nicely renovated rental puts you in the heart of historic and beautiful Marblehead where you can live like a local, walk to shops, restaurants and the harbor to watch the days catch come in. Was also a close drive to Boston and other great New England towns for trips and sight seeing. The entire area is gorgeous and feels like you stepped onto a movie location. The owner is wonderful and treats you like a friend coming to stay at her lovely seaside home. The space has historic charm and updated conveniences. A real gem. We are looking forward to going back!

Pat is great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for visiting Salem, Gloucester, Rockport and Boston. The accommodations are comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. Marblehead is a cute town. The condo is in the middle of town and walking distance to places to eat and shop. We recommend eating breakfast at Driftwood.

We stayed for 7 days to celebrate Halloween in Salem! We were walking distance from great shops, restaurants, and bars. The property manager was amazing and welcoming! Would definitely stay here again in a heart beat!!!

My husband, our cat, two teens, & I were looking for a rental close to Salem & were extremely lucky to have found this one!! Patricia (the owner) was so nice, very accommodating, she even purchased a television for one of the bedrooms before our arrival! The rental was beautiful, had everything you would possibly need & more! The beds were so very comfortable! Location was fantastic, walking distance to the grocery store, shops, and restaurants! The town of Marblehead was absolutely stunning!! A real gem!! Lots to see, so much history & just gorgeous!! Very close to Salem and all the downtown attractions! We loved The Muffin Shop right across the street, amazing lobster rolls & baked goodies! Sea Salt was also great, food was fabulous, we ate at both places several times! Cannot wait to someday go back!!! Highly recommend staying here!!!

We had an amazing time and truly enjoy everything about the property. The owners Pat and Jeff are such kind people. If we make it back to Marblehead we will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in the quaint town of Marblehead. We were not sure what to explain as we’d never ventured into Mew England before, but found the rental quiet satisfying. Small but spacious, beds were very comfy, and we had easy access to many areas of interest. Patricia was very friendly and informative. Also, easily accessible, living right next door, to ask any questions if needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Couldn’t have found a more perfect picturesque place to stay. Condo was comfortable with everything needed to feel like home away from home. Shops, food and beautiful sights are walking distance. Thank you Pat for your generous hospitality. Would definitely return.

We stayed at this property last year and we loved it so much that we returned this year for a longer period o time. Pat, the owner is very accommodating and gracious and makes you really feel at home. The place is spotlessly clean and has everything you need to make yourself a home away from home. We really loved the place. It looks just like the pictures but better. The owners were friendly and very accommodating. The place was spotless and had very nice linens and nice fluffy towels. We would love to return next year.

My family of 4 (including 2 teens) fit easily in this space with room to spare for an unexpected guest.The location absolutely cannot be beat for enjoying Marblehead as it is in the heart of downtown. You can walk to numerous parks and beaches, restaurants and shops, grocery stores, historic buildings, and a movie theater. My sister, friend, and I stayed at this charming rental for a week in October. The accommodations were just lovely. The condo was immaculate with everything anyone would need for a comfortable stay. The condo is in the heart of the historic district of old Marblehead and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and historical landmarks. The ocean is a short walk away. Pat lives just next door and is available for anything that may come up. We highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quintessential New England getaway.

We had a wonderful experience in the Boston area. Happily we found this great place in Marblehead....it gave us a Beautiful, Clean, Comfortable, & Safe home to stay during our visit. The owners kindly worked with our travel schedule. If you are lucky enough to stay here, we'd recommend you visit this town a bit more then we got a chance to. Everyone was Extremely Happy & Helpful! We drove from Marblehead to the Swampscott train station, about 12 minutes away. Parked & let the train take us to our chosen destinations. The trains...another group of very Happy Helpful people. Hope our experience helps someone decide to travel & stay in this area:)

Thanks Pat for such an amazing vacation! The unit was absolutely lovely and beautifully furnished with all the comforts! Close to everything in Old Town - we enjoyed every minute and all that Marblehead has to offer! Beach, ocean, biking, boutiques, fine dining, cafes, market, galleries, etc...all just a short walk outside your door! Close to Boston and other area attractions ! Couldn't have asked for more! ❤️

Pat was the perfect host; warm, helpful and gracious. The apartment exceeded our expectations, we enjoyed wine and stocked keurig coffee, sumptuous towels and bed linens. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, walking distance to restaurants, cafes, grocery store, magnificent harbor and relaxing parks.
