We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was in a great location. We could walk to town. The unit was well stocked with necessities. Neal was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for a month. Cozy condo. Location is perfect. Would definitely rent again. Neal was an excellent host.

This was a great place located within easy walking distance to downtown Frisco, biking and hiking trails. It was in a quiet area surrounded by pine trees. Neal, the owner, was wonderful to work with. We had an issue with the door lock and he responded quickly so it wasn't a problem.

Perfect location. Short walk to either the trails or the shops. The condo has everything you need and then some including comfortable beds and fluffy towels. We'll book this place again the next time we come to Frisco for sure!

The condo was very comfortably furnished, clean, well appointed and in a great location. My adult son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hiking and biking near Frisco is wonderful and we liked being so close to town.

Neal was very accommodating, and responded very swiftly. Would rent from him again.

3 day stay which was very accommodating to our hiking outings and commuting to Breckenridge. Place was Nice, clean and quiet. Neal was very agreeable and responsive to our request for an early entry.

We enjoyed every moment of our time in the Frisco area. This condo was a great home base. Everything you need to stay comfortably is there. Beds were comfortable. Quiet part of town but a quick walk to the Main Street. Great hikes just a few blocks walk. Easy drive to Breckenridge and other nearby towns. Can’t beat this rental!

Used the condo as a home base for hiking several of the Colorado trails. Wi-Fi enabled my wife to work remotely as needed. Worked out great, hate to leave.

Neal was fantastic to work with and has a great condo with a loft the kids enjoyed. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Walking distance to Frisco Main St.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay for the month and the owner was sensational!! We are very glad to have had this opportunity to stay in this condo, as it was extremely nice and in a great location.

Stayed 8 nights at Neal’s place in July 2019. It was a great location, very nice unit, and overall perfect place for my family of 3. Close to Main St, I-70, and really easy access to several hiking trails with trailheads just a few blocks down the street. Had everything we needed as far as the basics for sure, though not quite as “fully stocked” as some other VRBO places we have stayed as far as kitchen supplies. However, thumbs way up for the awesome bath sheet sized towels! From the front door, a central hallway separates the unit with a bedroom and bathroom on each side. A pocket door allows for each side to be closed off to the hall, which I thought was a nice detail. I’m always a bit skeptical when there are no bathroom pictures on a listing, but both were nice, though a bit tight. One has a full tub and the other has a stand up shower and the apartment-sized stacking washer and dryer within it. Also, the unit has great WiFi and cable. A couple nights in, a large family/group began staying at the unit below and it was definitely noisy, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Also, while we did not use it, we did note that the loft area was somewhat unrealistic as a functional space. So, if you have more than 4 people in your party, might want to consider that or ask more questions first. I didn’t have much need to communicate with Neal, but he was very responsive and helpful when I did. I appreciated having access to his cell number in case there were any issues during our stay. There was some limited info in the unit about Frisco and things to do, but we would have appreciated a bit more. Only other comment - and this is out of Neal’s control I am sure - but the condo complex did not appear to participate in a recycling program. Overall, Neal’s place is a great little unit with everything you will need for a relaxing stay in Frisco and around Summit County. Would recommend!

The location of this condo can’t be beat as we were able to walk into town for dinner one evening! With a cozy fireplace and great views, it came stocked with everything needed to make our stay more than comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. I definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again should I visit the area in the near future.

A very comfortable unit in a wonderful location. Walking distance to the beautiful town of Frisco , Lake Dillon, hiking and biking trails. Our family of four enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this property. We hope to stay here again next summer.

We had a great time visiting Frisco and staying in this 2 bedroom 2 bath plus loft suite. Great access to the bike path, mountains, and Main street. Place was very clean and easy to use.
