We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious property that allowed us to all gather under one roof. The location provided easy access to all that the Avon area offered. It was our first family summer trip in Colorado and everyone had a great time.

The house was conveniently close to Beaver Creek and Vail! It was warm and welcoming; felt like we were guests in their own home. Loved the bed set up, ensuring everyone had their own comfortable bed and room.

Our group of 9 (4 couples, 1 child) enjoyed our stay here and would come back again. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was beautiful and well stocked, lots of seating and space to spread out in the living room/dining room area. Some board games and deck of cards were a nice touch under the bar sink. Jay our host was very responsive and helpful and even accommodated our late check out request. Quick, easy drive to Beaver Creek (~5 mins) and Vail (~10) resorts/parking. The plaza ~ 5 mins away had walmart, pizza, vietnamese pho, liquor store and a bunch of other places. The garage came with some sleds and the common backyard area looked great for walking and exploring.

Truly a great home and location! If you don’t want the hustle and bustle of Vail village, this is the place to stay. Spacious home, well kept, quiet, and the owner is super responsive and down to earth! I highly recommend staying here and look forward to our next trip to either Vail or Beaver Creek.

This place was great for our family to gather for the holidays. Plenty of dishes and kitchenware for our use. Great location, room for everyone and plenty of space to gather together. It was very clean and well maintained.

Lovely Space, great view and location
This is a really nice 4 bedroom condo. We fit 5 adults in with no difficulty. The great room and kitchen area is very spacious with great views. Also, very close to the middle of Avon and the Beaver Creek entrance, and only a couple of exits away from Vail. The downstairs single beds are very old and need to be replaced. The other beds were all fine.

Ski vacation at Beaver Creek
The house is nice, and in a good location--minutes from BC. The only downside was there was someone's laundry piled on the washer and dryer, the carpets appeared not to have been vacuumed, and there were some dirty muffin trays on the stove. It looked like someone rushed to leave before we got there. Otherwise, it was good.

Great location. Nice comunity and views.
Great location near Beaver Creek and I70 for a quick drive to Vail. Nice community and unit has beautiful views of golf course and mountain. Spacious but could some updating and larger beds in upper rooms. Owners friendly and responsive. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Recommended.

The location, the view and the living space is great for a family or small group. The main floor living space is a great place to concregate but the separate bedrooms allow people their private space too. You do need a vehicle to get to the ski hill but free parking is available.

This is a great place with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would have at home if you wished to spend a night in. Fantastic location. So close to vail and beaver creek. Great running, walking, cross country skiing right out the back door. Fun sledding hills. I would recommend this place to everyone. We would definitely stay again

We stayed with 3 other families and had an amazing time! This home has many great features; spacious layout, great views, comfortable beds, open kitchen, two seperate living rooms & more. The kids loved sledding just steps away. We enjoyed being so close to Vail & Beaver Creek!

And the location was perfect -- right between Vail and Beaver Creek, and only a couple miles from Avon's grocery stores and restaurants. We also enjoyed being right on the Eagle-Vail Trail, where we walked our dog before we went out skiing.
