This home was absolutely wonderful. Our host, Elaine, was beyond helpful and responsive. The house was super comfortable and the perfect size for our group of two moms and their sons.The kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements, the beds were comfy and we were very centrally located. We were able to walk into the cute village of King's Beach and were a short drive to Northstar. The resort is so magical--right on the lake with a beautiful heated pool and stunning views of Lake Tahoe. We loved our trip. Thanks Elaine!!

Nice decent place to stay. Leaving full review so it helps others when booking. The place was easy to get our belongings into. Had to wait at gate for about 10 mins because no one answered to let us in. A nice man in line came to open gate for us since we had cars backed up. The place was nice and clean but lots of hairs (pet/human) on couch pillows/blankets and spider webs by windows. No privacy in living area as there are no blinds/curtains on windows but comfortable. Bedrooms were comfortable, Bathrooms are okay. No reserved parking spot. Open parking spaces during our stay, can park in front of double door entry if you get lucky. Otherwise parking is at top so you would have to talk a walk down a flight of stairs after parking. Being 7 months pregnant this was no fun. Pool is all the way down at end of block which has a 30 min parking limit, unless you walk which is about 10 mins. Beautiful views of the lake if you go down another flight of stairs with walking area along lake, rocky next to water so we couldn’t go down to the water. Our balcony is facing the complex and you get a little view of the water. Speedboat beach is not walking distance. You have to drive there. Kitchen was useful, lots of dishes/pots/pans. Bring your coffee and creamer they have a coffee pot. Make sure to close all windows, turn off heaters/lights when leaving and follow instructions. Plenty of towels provided. Overall nice place to stay. Stayed for location, maternity photos a short drive away.

Property was perfect for our needs. It was clean and close to the units our family owns. This let us be able to spread out but be close together.

I notified the owner we would be arriving late at night prior to our arrival. She said that was fine, just text her or her partner and they will let us in the gate. We arrived at 11pm. We called and texted both MANY times and called the 24/7 after-hours line for help getting in the gate. Our calls went ignored and the 24/7 after-hours desk couldn't buzz us in. FINALLY, at midnight another car happened by and let us in the gate. Had they not come, we would have had to go to a hotel. We alerted the owner the next day and nothing was offered to help us. They were defensive and blamed us for our late arrival (which I had notified them of already). Prior to booking, I asked if the pool was working because I saw a review that it was not. The owner confirmed it would be working--before I rented. Guess what? The pool wasn't working. Not even close, no water, they were tiling and cleaning and it looked like it wouldn't be open for weeks. It seemed like she lied to get us to stay there. The best thing is the location. Walking distance to coffee and right on the lake. But that combined with the terribly frightening arrival is NOT worth the price. The owner made no attempts to offer support or monetary compensation. Renter beware!

Definitely loved this place and it's location near the lake and Northstar (where we skied all weekend). Only downside was the pool was under construction and we were unable to use it... but we still had an excellent time!

Property easily accommodated 2 families. Great location with lots of amenities close by. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again when in Tahoe next.

Our family was very apprehensive about taking a trip post pandemic but this condo had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation! It’s secluded yet right along the town, it’s right on the lake with a heated pool in walking distance, absolutely perfect! The condo had all the kitchen gadgets needed to cook our meals and there were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets! We can’t wait to plan our next vacation and stay here again!

We had a great weekend getaway. Our small kids loved the heated pool and the views can’t be beat. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There are an abundance of restaurants in the area. The condo fit 3 adults and 3 children very comfortably. Would love to stay again.

The property was conveniently located close to restaurants and shops. Amenities were great and grounds well maintained.

Had a great experience with the place. Great location with view of the lake. Stores are walking distance Got everything needed for cooking. Just doors need repair and lacking mirror in 2nd bedroom. Quite place to chillax.

This lovely condo had everything you could possibly need to make yourself feel right at home. It’s in a great location for both winter and summer activities. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything needed to make all meals. We got to enjoy the pool that is on the property as well as the laundry room that’s located downstairs in the building. Would recommend this to any one looking for adventure or just a nice quiet get away from their usual day to day lives. We would love to come back during the summer to enjoy the other activities then.

The condo was very clean, updated and had everything we needed for our stay. It was in a great location right on the lake and close to several ski resorts.

We loved the location and views of the lake. The condo had everything we needed. We all slept great as the beds were comfy! The kids loved the heated outdoor pool the most. Thank you.

We enjoyed the relaxation of the lovely condo complex. This condo was spacious and well equipped. My only complaint is that the washer and dryer were communal and I wasn't aware of that prior to our stay. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brockway Srings.

My stay at this condo was more than I hoped for. I originally booked a house on dinner lake that got flooded because of all the winter storms the tahoe area received this past winter. Due to the cancellation of that property I was scrambling to find a new place for my month long stay. Elaine was awesome to deal with as far as response time and working with me to get me as close as she could to the dates I had reserved at the previous house. Even with the insane amount of snow that fell prior to and during my stay the parking lots and driveways were hardly ever snow covered, the pool decking was usually cleared. Basically the staff did a great job of making sure there was close to zero inconvenience considering what they were up against. The proximity of the condo was also as convenient as it gets. Close walk to bars, burger joints, restaurants, sandy beaches, public transportation depots, etc.... I will definitely be back and would recommend to any and all ages. Our stay in this condo was fantastic! This was my parents first visit to Lake Tahoe and I wanted a place they could relax but still enjoy the lake all day. The owner is easy to get in touch with via email/phone. The condo was clean and spacious with all the needed amenities. The view from the balcony was nice. The heated pool looking out over the lake was perfect. There is a short walk from the condo to the pool-about 5 minutes. The condo is close by activities, restaurants, and a sandy public beach -about 5 minute drive.

Our family of 4 enjoyed a great Labor Day Weekend at this Brockway Condo. The location is fantastic. We walked everywhere - beach, restaurants, mini-golf. We even walked back from State-line when we the cab was delayed. The condo is spacious and well equipped. Master bed could use an upgrade but overall everything was great. We would definitely rent this unit again. Enjoy!
