Couldn’t get in to check in, roads block everywhere. Exhausted us. Finally open roads at 5:00. Would have been nice to know about to prepare us. Once we got in, we had a good time.

This condo and the condo complex are amazing. Very clean and very well run operation. Loved the views and the sunsets are sublime. The sound of waves at night are a perfect ocean lullaby.

Perfect place for a couple

Beautiful property. Beautiful view. Only problem we had was not enough wash rags and some of towels were dirty. Very convenient to get on and off 5 to go do things.

This beach front property is in a great location away from all the crowds and we felt very safe staying here. The shower could have been better (little water pressure) but eveything else was great!

This unit is in a prefect location to the beach, pool and BBQ area. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and seeing the ocean and sunsets.

We have stayed at multiple condos in NCV. This one by far had the best view. We had heard others say the A Building was the "quieter side". That was not our experience. Positives: The view!, proximity to the beach, large leather couch w/ fold away bed, floor fans, large tv with multiple apps for viewing, lots of plates, cups, etc. (enough for an army!), newer appliances. Negatives: the unit has newer looking carpet, but could use a deep cleaning; the unit sits above the pool (pool noise), and gets covered somewhere between 9-11:00 at night (not very consistent); bed could use an upgrade. Overall, it was a nice stay. My family and I enjoyed our time.

Cute condo and property. Everything was as expected. Best part is the amazing view. We loved sitting on the patio watching the beach. It is literaly a one minute walk to the beach.

Beautiful property. It was a bit confusing when I arrived, but all was good. Pics are exactly like the property. Views were amazing. AND Kristine is an author. Began reading one of her books - excellent by the way - but didn't finish it, so I ordered it on Amazon. This was just the time away that I needed. Thanks Kristine.

We went for our anniversary and had a great time! We loved our stay, parking and close to everything!

this is the fifth time we stay in a place with ocean view in Oceanside, and it was the second best. Excellent view, nice little balcony where we had all our meals, all the rooms spacious and nice, parking easy. My only gripe is that you really only discover the hundreds of dollars of inflated additional charges at the end of the reservation process. This can nearly double the price for shorter stays (mine was 3 nights). Check carefully. That said, I repeat, the place IS EXCELLENT and exactly as the pictures show.

great view of ocean. watched surfer every morning while having coffee on the balcony, we even saw dolphins. With in walking distance to the pier and the marina.

The entire property is very well maintained. Great parking garage and offered free guest parking. Right on the beach and in a great neighborhood and within walking distance to so much.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. The view is amazing, and the condo is so close to the beach. You could hear the ocean waves from inside. The balcony faces the ocean and has a bar top, perfect for an evening glass of wine while watching the sunset. We loved the ease of heading down the block to the beach for morning and evening walks. We explored a lot of Oceanside during our week long stay, and decided the condos location is in the most beautiful and quiet part of town. Yet there was plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Perfect! The unit itself is cozy, and well stocked with kitchen and beach basics. Honestly the only con was that it was pretty chilly the first few days we were there… but the condo has no heat and the gas fireplace didn’t work. But we found some extra blankets for nights. However I doubt that cold is an issue there very often. Overall this was one of our favorite visits to California we have ever experienced!

This town is fantastic and resort is very quiet and secure! The condo had everything we needed to cook with. Comfortable bed and living room furnishings. The view and hot tub could not be beat and the resort and tropical gardens and ponds with koi were absolutely stunning. Loved it and highly recommend

We had Thanksgiving here. The view was amazing. We were able to sleep to the waves crashing in. The kitchen is well stocked. Hoping to stay again.

You cannot beat the ocean view (complete with palm trees) from this property. It is so so gorgeous morning, noon, and night. We had our windows and doors open all the time, even though it was chilly November. Check-in/out was a little confusing, but not bad by any means. The property is huge, so easy to go to the wrong place initially, but it a beautiful grounds - you really do feel like you're at some kind of vacation resort. The inside of the condo is a little outdated, but my friends and I had fun with the mirrors. The bed was compfy and the space was more than big enough. We really did have a great stay!

Ocean views and breezes in both rooms. Full kitchen, Comfy bed, pull out bed, access to BBQ grills, pools , jacuzzi’s, gym, sauna, lush green paths and bridges, coy pond, just lovely. Free secure parking, loved our week vacation here. We’ll be back! So many cool things to do and see here.

Rental of the property was really easy. Very enjoyable stay.

Condo was great. Host was pleasant and polite. However, HOA staff we're very unfriendly and unwelcoming. We did have a small ant issue during our stay that was rectified with a can of Black Flag pesticide that our host already had there in the Condo. Other than that everything was just great and we would recommend staying here.

We love NCV and have stayed here many times. This is a great unit and a good value. The balcony faces the ocean and it’s a short distance to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was great for our boys. We would definitely stay in the unit again. The only warning I would give is that is was not that well stocked… the “beach stuff” was good - towels, chairs, boogies boards… but the shampoo, soaps, and coffee was definitely lacking.
