Wonderful. Thank you for letting us enjoy the Cabin. My family will be trying to plan a visit where we could just come and relax/enjoy your hospitality once again.

The home had everything you needed! Can't say enough how clean the home was. Would be a great place for a family with children there was so much to do.

I would definitely return for a second trip, couple real good places to it, close by. Nice views of nature, big wharf to fish. Just a great, quiet getaway.

The Cabin was great. Labels to help locating needed items. A friendly welcome on arrival. Very clean, well stocked. A fire pit outside with wood & kindling prepared. Had our fire and went fishing the next AM. On our return to the cabin the pit was prepared for another fire. Rhonda & Dan are great hosts.

This was a perfect little well kept place right on the water for fishing or just sitting on the dock and relaxing. It had everything you need for a quick last minute "mini vacay" just to unwind in a quiet little town. It was in a quiet area with a convenient store nearby and even close enough to cross states into Louisiana for dinner if you'd like! Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

The cabin and property were above expectation. The cabin was stocked with everything you needed plus more. Property is amazing so beautiful, peaceful and quiet. There is wildlife all around the property and I enjoyed watching them as I ate breakfast outside each morning. Such a beautiful view and great way to start a morning. I spent most of my time at the wharf listening to nature & the water. The owner Mrs Rhonda is such a beautiful soul. She spent some time with me on the back patio and we discussed life and my situation. When I left she gave me a beautiful saying to remind me of my strength. I’m from Louisiana but the Texas side of Toledo Bend has captured my heart. I found peace that I’ve been searching for...for a very long time. I will definitely be back. You will not be disappointed with this cabin.

Really enjoyed the water front cozy cabin . Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate for our outside activities. We loved that the owners had every little detail covered inside the cabin . Very nice place and will definitely be coming back .

Living in west TX & sister in FL, we chose this area as halfway point for both. Wanted relaxation and this place gave it to us. No "outside world" & nature galore! Well equipped place to enjoy the water and nature. Seeing 3 bald eagles was the cherry on top!

This cabin was more than we expected it to be. It was like home away from home. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful lakeview, extremely nice owners and neighbors. The cabin had everything we needed, all we had to do was bring our clothes and food. The place was beautiful, clean, and a little piece of heaven on Earth. The dock was great to spend some quiet time fishing off of. Definitely recommend this place and we can’t wait to return.

I absolutely love this place. All the small touches means so much and are perfect. The owners are wonderful! I can’t wait to come back again!

Better then expected. We met Mr. and Mrs. Hodge and they were incredibly kind. We had to purchase one of Mrs. Hodge’s beautiful bottles. Simply cool! Unfortunately business called me away less then halfway thru the trip. We will go again.

We had a great time getting away from it all! Our Stay at this cabin was so relaxing and fun! They had everything we could need or want. Loved being on the water, the view was amazing and tranquil. Would certainly recommend staying here.

The Cabin is located in the perfect place for fishing and getting away from it all. It was very clean and beautiful.

We couldn't have been happier with the cabin. It is perfect for getting away and just being somewhere to fish and enjoy nature. We had bad weather the first two days, but I was still able to get some fishing in on the pier. There is no television at the cabin, and I think that was one of the things I enjoyed the most. The hosts have stocked the cabin with all the essentials, and we actually brought more stuff (chairs/charcoal/firewood) than we needed. They had already thought of everything. This is a great spot for quick getaway for a couple, a weekend fishing trip with the guys, or a family trip as well. We loved it and will be back.

The cabin was very clean. The Host was friendly and gave us a lot of information about the area and even gave us some fresh fish they caught. I would strongly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back!

My wife and I have stayed at many VRBO properties this one by far has been our favorite the property is absolutely beautiful it is a place to make memories the owners are fantastic very helpful and friendly will recommend anyone to stay this "the cabin"
