My father is 94 years old. He, together with my two sisters, and I had the best time ever. Prior to arrival, I was kept up to date via emails and texts. Any questions I had were already anticipated and answered. The house was beautiful, just as described on website. It was pristine in cleanliness. I definitely will be back. They promptly brought us 3 ac rentals and placed them in 3 of the 4 rooms. The 4th room we were sleeping in with our 6 month old baby girl and they didn’t bring anything for this room. She woke up upset every two hours and was sweating through her pajamas. There is also no fan in this room or anything. We found some small fans in the other room, but they literally blew no air. We were told that they “move air like a jet plane” which was untrue. We tried multiple times to call the numbers listed as well as the after hours number and never received calls back, we were only able to get ahold of the management through text. We finally got them to bring us two normal size fans for the room which made it more bare able but not a very comfortable vacation with our baby. Also, when we arrived the driveway and garage was full of cars because the cleaners were not finished cleaning the upstairs units so we could not park to unload our stuff for an extra hour. The cleaners had told the renters for the upstairs unit that their rental was ours and let the entire family into our unit and they were unpacking and had all their stuff already in all of our rooms when we arrived. They had to unpack and move everything back out.

However the house and amenities is all broken. 1. HOT tub it dwasnt even working. It completely died. Our entire time there my kid had to swim in coolish/cold water. They came once to refill it with HOT water. The weekend we stayed was memorial weekend, the weather was gloomy and chilly. I was hoping for the hot tub to work. But my poor kids swam in coolish/cold water. 2. BBQ GRILL wasnt working. We checked in at 4pm and wanted to grill out for dinner. They didnt bring us a new grill till 9pm at night. My kids ended up getting cup noodles for dinner. 3. Fridge wasnt even that cold..all our food went bad over night. 4. The TV wasnt working. The control was missing a battery. They had to replace the entire tv but took them 3hrs. I emailed them 100x and ask if someone give me a call regarding all this. 2 days later, a guy name Peter callef and offer $100 refund because thats what was stated in the contract. But i think once you have 2 or more amenities that goes work. They should be able to bend the contract and refund more than that! Management shouldve done a better job checking thoroughly throughout the house with all the amenities to make sure everything works before they hand it over to their guests. We were looking for a great experience here due to it being our first time with this site. Ended up being a terrible experience for my family. And i had told Peter it took them 5hrs to replace the grill. From 4pm-9pm. He had responded oh that's good , thats quick. It's not quick. Everyone was starving! We didnt get to have dinner till 930-10pm. Anyways. I would never book with them again. So if anyone book with them be careful to have your amenities goes wrong!!

Our stay was very comfortable, the staff were extremely responsive and the location is very convenient. The instructions for accessing the home are clear, I absolutely loved the outdoor space and the home was stocked with everything we needed for our mini family celebration. I have nothing bad to say about this rental at all. The property management company is really professional too, communication was always above standard. The waves were beautiful and I enjoyed the people watching opportunities. Things to note: *you're right on the beach, so while things were clean there is a slight film of sand on certain items in the home *this location is not easily handicap accessible (several stairs to get to home) *the home is on the bottom/sea level floor and at certain angles you can see into other homes and neighborhoods can peer into your home. Also location is reminiscent of townhome/apartment style so while my stay was quite for the most part, there were times past midnight when you could hear upstairs rowdy neighbors. (Ocean wave sounds drowned out some of the noise though) *had some issues w/ppl parking in front of garage, thankfully we were able to find the individuals (they were in the neighboring unit) and they moved *parking is tight in garage, truck probably won't fit, but we were able to find parking nearby anytime we left

However, there were several issues which were undesirable. - House was not ready when we arrived at 4:00 for check-in. House was still being cleaned and patio was in the process of being set up. - Called in ticket for a TV issue on Thursday with a commitment to have someone come out same day. No one came out and I followed up the next day and someone finally came out. - Heavy construction was taking place on Saturday. We were not notified there would be construction on an adjacent house on Saturday. We had to leave the house due to the noise. - BBQ did not work properly. We opted not to call in a ticket since there is a delay in responding so we just ordered takeout.

Reviewer Comments: This property is located in Oceanside right on beach and really convenient to things however there are rocks along the beach with no actual beach access. The view is beautiful. Overall the place was comfortable and clean but many found sand in their beds and the bunk bed mattresses need replacing or some toppers to make more comfortable. They are also hard to get in and out of as no real ladder which makes it hard for adults. The shower in guest bedroom also needs to be replaced. We could have also used extra blankets as they were very thin. Checking in and Out was easy but feel check out should be at 11, not 10. Overall happy but would not rent again unless those changes were made. This place would be good for families with children.

We called Beachfront Only for a coffee maker and they delivered it about 10 hours later before the next morning, so that was nice! Everyone loved the full wall of windows at the back of the house that could remain open most of the day. We were impressed with how well stocked the home was. At other rentals we have stayed at we have had to purchase our own essentials like dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. But this rental provided an ample supply of most necessities, even coffee filters and laundry detergent! We loved the location. No road between the rocks/beach and the house. The kids could walk right out our back gate and climb down the rocks to the beach. And it was a short walk to the pier and larger beaches. The hot tub and BBQ were added bonuses. On the negative side, you couldn't access the house from the garage. After parking in the garage you have to walk around to the far end of the house to get in. This wasn't clear in the rental description. Also, the garage doors are extremely narrow. We had to fold in both side mirrors on our minivan and still could barely fit through. Getting in and out of the vehicle was very difficult. Also, beware of noisy neighbors. The houses are very close together and I couldn't sleep one might because the people next store were having loud conversations until the wee hours of the morning. But overall, we had a wonderful experience! We would definitely recommend to others and plan on returning ourselves in the future.

The fourth day the unit directly across from our entrance was rented for a “company retreat”. There were far more people in the unit than beds so their things were in the walk way and they were standing in front of our view while drinking and partying. All other neighbors were quiet and respectful though.

The beach house was gorgeous and location couldn’t have been more perfect. Everything you needed for a home away from home was provided. Only one NEGATIVE thing that really put a damper on the trip was the amount of flies that swarmed the inside when the doors were open. This was a surprise considering the location of being oceanfront and the cleanliness of the area. It was horrible bc we had to throw away so much food and it was just annoying to have to keep shoo-ing them away. Not sure if anything can really be done about that but just FYI for others renting around this time of the year.
