Is a wonderfully located and comfortable space although a washer/ dryer would have been nice.

Property was ok. Location was handy to downtown but a bit sketchy being near the Sally ann. Noisy in the evenings with restaurant parties and fracas in the alley. Areas were clean apart from the living room which needed wiping and vacumming. Couch needs shampooing. Kitchen was well stocked but awkward to use. Ok for a short stay but alonger stay would be tedious. Fridge was leaking. Building inside was quiet and private.

Good size, charming, great location. Lighting could be improved, more towels, only Netflix on tv. Bring ear plugs for street noise.

It’s a lovely place and a wonderful location close to everything in downtown Victoria. Parking is an issue. I love the cubbyhole storage. I might get one of those units for my own home. As a senior I found The tub a bit scary. A tub mat would be a good addition.

Excellent location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and the lovely inner harbour. Everything you need for a short term stay, comfy bed, nice living area, great kitchen with most of what you’d need to cook and eat. There is a bar in the courtyard below that is noisy on Friday/Saturday night until about midnight. Shutting the windows helps with the noise and there is a fan by the bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and well designed space. This flat has everything, Terrace was great. First time in Victoria and our first stay with VRBO - this will be a hard act to follow. I highly recommend this for ease to reach the beautiful centre of Victoria.

A gem of a place to stay in the heart of downtown Victoria. Top floor unit in the restored Morley Soda Factory, a heritage building was clean and cozy. Always love having a full kitchen when we travel so we have options; from making our own breakfasts to walking to the Inner Harbour to enjoy delicious food from the seaside eatery Red Fish Blue Fish to ordering take-out pizza from Famoso just across the way.
Great communication with host. Easy check-in and check-out. As noted in the listing, secure, inexpensive covered parking lot is just steps away. Downtown location makes walking and exploring the city easy. In the evenings, we did hear music and talking from nearby restaurants/bars even with closed windows but it didn’t bother us. Just added to the downtown charm.

Excellent communication and ease with check ins and outs. Outstanding location, so close to everything and walkable. The kitchen is simple and had everything we needed for quick little breakfasts. The balcony was perfect for sitting together planning our next day, or chatting about the beautiful day we’d had. We would highly recommend.

It is a lovely place to stay and it would have been good to know ahead of time that no parking comes with the studio apartment.
I had asked twice about being able to plug in our electric car and did not get a reply either time to my query.
All other questions were answered promptly.
We love the location and would stay there again.

A wonderful stay in the heart of the action in a very walkable part of downtown Victoria. Quaint converted loft with a pleasant common area patio. The suite was well equipped and very nice to stay at for a few nights. Thanks for a great stay!

very clean, easy access to just about everything property manger was very friendly and knowledgeable, if there was a downside it would have been the parking was not good at times unless you stayed in the park aid but over all if you enjoy being at the heart of Victoria its a great place to stay

If you are looking for a spot right in the heart of downtown Victoria surrounded by all the action this flat is for you! The location was perfect for walking everywhere. Right near all the best restaurants and bars. The apartment it’s self had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
The only downside is that the apartment required physical keys so the checkin process is harder to coordinate because you have to pickup the keys, but we made it work.
Overall a great experience!

The studio is in a great heritage building, close to everything in the downtown area. It is very comfortable and well appointed, and it was spotlessly clean when I arrived. The hosts were great at communicating and the checkin was smooth.
The only caveat is that it can be noisy at night--there is quite a bit of action in nearby bars and restaurants. It did not bother me, but it may be an issue for some. And I was there over a busy weekend as well, so it's likely much quieter during the week.
Overall, a great place to stay!

The apartment is perfectly sized for a couple, we we very comfortable hanging out on the couch etc. We were able to park all week at a nearby parkade for the whole week and walk to everything we wanted to do in town. Tons of restaurants, shops and activities are less than a 15 minutes walk away;
