This is a perfect location for a visit to Hocking Hills. House is super clean and comfortable with a lovely view of Lake Logan. Our favorite part is the easy access to the lake and free use of kayaks. Very peaceful and relaxing.

The house was very clean, plenty of room for our family. The kids loved the outside area and of course the hot tub and pool table! Close enough to things to do yet secluded enough for some peace and quiet.

The location is relatively private. The property was very clean, modern, and spacious with a great view of the lake from the rear. We were also able to have wifi and a 5G cell network signal the entire time we were there. We would have preferred to have privacy blinds on the bathroom windows, especially at night. As mentioned, this property will require signing a separate lease for the rental and they also require a photocopy of your ID. In addition to a very thorough lease, there were several long winded rules and instructions prior to the stay, laminated instruction cards throughout the property during the stay, and several email communications. The many guidelines were overwhelming and we were constantly hesitant about what was available for us to enjoy and what was off limits. We felt this detracted from our ability to really relax and enjoy our time together fully. While understanding the need for such rules, a more streamlined approach might help guests feel more at ease and less worried about inadvertently breaching any regulations. This would help enhace the experience of staying at such a nice place.

Such a beautiful place! You can tell the owners really put time and care into their rentals, as this is the second place of theirs we’ve stayed at. You won’t find a cleaner place with more amenities than this one! The notes everywhere on how to care for things can be a little off putting, however I get it! I know how people can completely destroy things that aren’t theirs, or let’s be real that even are theirs in some cases! Even tho it feels a little passive aggressive, give them the benefit of the doubt as they do put A LOT of money into their properties! These are not just fly by night rentals, they’re like staying in a family members home! And they put beds just about anywhere a bed can fit, but in the classiest way! Great for big families who don’t have a lot of money to rent bigger places with multiple bedrooms. They have just about every activity ON THE PROPERTY and the option to use them FOR FREE! I’m talking kayaks (with ores AND life jackets), bikes, games, etc. They really go above and beyond! They also leave a binder of recommendations, and maps for trails. It’s almost like being at a small privately owned resort! Deposit is a little steep, but do not let it deter you! Their rentals aren’t furnished in IKEA and Walmart like most places. They have high dollar high quality furnishings as well as appliances, you could have an entire holiday dinner here! Don’t pass it up! It’s well worth it from someone who’s rented at two locations! DO IT! You won’t regret it!

We have stayed at Bella before and we're so impressed with the renovations and upgrades. I did not think it could be any nicer but it is! The covered porch in the back was a favorite watching the sun come up and enjoying our coffee for hours. The cover over the hot tub allowed us to enjoy it even though it rained part of the weekend. The lighting was so soft and beautiful. The front landscaping is jaw-dropping! I had to look up and read about an"Inukshuk". I did not know the history of it. Very interesting and so attractive. Again we were impressed with the level of cleanliness. I don't believe we've ever stayed anywhere, not even a hotel that was as clean. I have yet to find even the first sign anyone else has stayed here! Thank you so much for the investment of time and money to keep your properties beautiful for guests like us. We look forward to coming back every year.

We were fortunate enough to spend the weekend at Bella Casa. The property is beautifully maintained and has a spectacular view of Lake Logan. The covered deck facing the lake was probably my most favorite spot; chilly fall mornings with a hot cup of coffee cannot be beat! Evelyn was amazing to work with, and is the most attentive host responding quickly to any needs or requests. Every aspect of our stay was just complete comfort, and I cannot wait to return!

We stayed here for a relaxing weekend getaway and couldn't of been happier. The property was beautiful and had everything you need for a great stay. Communication with management was clear and timely. The property has kayacks, bikes, hot tub, pool table and just about anything needed for a great stay. Thank you for helping create great memories. Excessively clean cabin. Very comfortable. The binder on the counter had a huge list of the amenities and how to get them. Very quiet with a great view. Couldn't really ask for more.

We had a great short stay at Bella Casa. My husband and i wanted to take our 3 kids somewhere family friendly for a last vacation before school starts. All 3 of ours enjoyed themselves, which is hard since we have teens and a 5 year old. They all found something to do. The check in and check out process was quick and easy as well. We especially loved the free kayaks, and canoes. The kids enjoyed playing pool together and hot tub time. Thank you for a memerable experience. We hope to come back soon!

Bella Casa has everything you need for an enjoyable getaway. From the tranquil views to the easy water access & site amenities (kayaks, canoes, bikes, life jackets, games, hot tub and more) it truly has all you need to enjoy the outdoors. We requested a birthday door banner to surprise our daughter before our arrival and the request was accomodated. Communication is prompt with their expectations very transparent. Our family loved every minute of our stay and hope to return again.

My family stayed for a long weekend to get away. The “adult children” loved the hot tub, pool table and kayaks. The parents loved soaking in the view while having morning coffee, having the kids around the table (inside and out) laughing and having fun. Ending the evening in front of the TV once it was too dark outside. The house was easy to get to, quiet and big enough for us not to get on each others nerves. :) Thanks for a much needed respite!

Everything about our trip was first class. Location was close to restaurants and hiking. Cabin was clean and enough to entertain family even on the rainy day. And the customer service was first class. We will definitely book again!

Very nice and clean. We had 3 couples so the sleeping arrangements were not great for privacy. The listing says 3 bed 3 bath, however the 1 bedroom is bunk beds and the basement bedroom is 2 small day beds. Great place for families but not ideal for 3 couples

Mostly positive review, but there are a couple improvements that could be made. The front of the house is an ordinary, one story house, but the inside is nicely done. It was clean and lots of space on first floor for our family gathering. Kitchen was well equipped with hardware. You'll need to bring spices, oils, etc if you plan on doing any cooking from scratch. This wasn't a problem for us, because we have dietary restrictions and always plan to bring everything we need to cook a meal. The 2 bedrooms on first floor, and the bathrooms were fine. Hot tub was nice, and outside view was fantastic! It was cold so we did not use kayaks or bikes, so cannot comment on those amenities. 3rd bedroom was cute but not a great bedroom space. It is in the basement off the rec room, and super small with 2 futons that do not sleep full size adults (6' son's head and feet were off bed). I see the listing shows they are putting queen size bed in May, so that would make it better. There were a couple Murphy beds in living room/dining room, but none with privacy. Lessons learned on bedroom spaces to inquire and confirm that it meets our needs:) I just booked another place and did reach out to confirm bedroom location and space, and will do so in future bookings. Overall, not a bad place to rent!! Feedback for management group: communications we're overwhelming!! Vrbo sends out a few and then I got separate ones from your group (close to 20 before our stay). The number of emails caused me to start ignoring them and I missed some details I should have paid attention to. I just booked another Vrbo and have not run into this, and have not seen it with other rental companies. Additionally, the list of things that needed to be cleaned up on departure was way too much. We we're concerned that you would overcharge us for anything that we missed so it took a couple hours out of our vacation to clean before we left (multiple communications regarding our cleaning responsibilities and charges that would apply). Your price was high enough since you charge per person that you should be able to afford to empty trash and clean the floors. I get that you want a nice place and there needs to be rules, but there were too many. That's coming from a family that likes order and rules.

We had an amazing weekend, and the cabin was great. Beautiful scenery, great amenities and the owners are attentive & responsive.

4 of us spend the weekend here. We loved the lake views, the hot tub, and the location. Just a short drive to OU to visit our kids, and a short drive to hike old man’s cave. Fantastic weekend!

I Have been charged for the land market on the grass.

It was better than we even expected! The views over the fall trees and lake were breath taking. The house was cozy, and we loved the fireplace in the brisk evenings. The kids had plenty to do, and we were able to do all of our hiking within 20 minutes. We'll be back!

We pay thousands for Nothing

To say we had a great experience at Bélla Casa would be an understatement. Throughout our trip, Mother Nature threw us some curveballs, but the communication and assistance that Evelyn provided throughout our trip was amazing! The house and location could not have been better. All provided amenities were top notch! Can’t wait to come back and visit! Thanks for everything!

The place was truly amazing and beautiful. The inside house was spotless and built with a taste. You can see this place is very well taken care of. We loved the fishing and the fact that it was not far from our home. But what we didn’t really like I should say is that we read all this comments and rules in the house , and it was accurate to what we noticed. I think it was little too much how we should act in the house. My kids they are raised well and we keep our house clean and spotless. Growing up we know no shoes in house no mess. Eating only in kitchen and all this stuff. But we felt like we can’t walk or touch anything. The communications was good but there was always some one on the property doing something or around it. And the worst part I know it wasn’t owner fault but the weather was bad and we got slammed with a big storm. that time we only spend half a day in the house what we could enjoy. The other half of the day we had no power. No water. We couldn’t cook nothing even thoe the owner said there is a grill outside. But we couldn’t because it was pouring raining. We couldn’t use any candles because the rules said no candles. We couldn’t shower or go bathroom because no power and from No power no water. We was told if we need use one we could use jacuzzi water for that. I plan this to be a surprise trip for my parent bday. My parents are hard working all their life and we wanted take them somewhere where they could enjoy the time fishing and hanging out. So we end up leaving same night because we sit from 4:30 pm to 8pm and started clean . Clean everything with our phones flash lights because the rules was need be spotless how we came in. For this kind of situation I suggest to get generators knowing that this weather can come anytime because how close is this by the lake like other properties around that you owe had generator but ours. So at least some one can cook and shower. With small kids it was very bad. Also another thing I wasn’t happy about is that as I mentioned this trip was sup to be a surprise so my parents wasn’t aware of it. And when I mentioned to the owner my mom can’t come because she wasn’t feeling good they said they don’t care and won’t refund us for the person not coming. And she said will charge double if we bring some one instead of my mom. I think that was honestly ridiculous. Why does it matter who coming. It’s paid for a person. I would give 5stars for the property but the rules it’s too much.
