If you are coming to Vail this is the place to stay. Greg is fantastic he was so flexible and so kind with check in times! The property was immaculate when we got there. We chose to stay during the construction and it did not affect our stay at all. We had plenty of places to sleep. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and for eating with a group of 6 girls. We loved the location it’s very close to the pool and the hot tub and is only a 6 minute walk to the bus stop for the FREE bus. Greg was awesome the welcome packet had everything we needed. Fast wifi, comfy beds, and an AMAZING location. If I could give this place 6/5 stars I would!

The location of the condo in East Vail is a great, quiet, family atmosphere outside the Vail Village/Lionshead bubble and commotion. Either a short car or bus ride is needed to get to the gondolas and restaurants of Vail....the fees of parking garages and the restaurant and stores are fun to visit...relaxation occurred once the condo is reached. The condo is as described - we had four adults that fit perfectly.

Kitchen is well equipped and stocked with essentials. Private bath for each of the 3 bedrooms was a plus. Very easy to get back and forth to the mountain using the shuttle. Greg was very responsible to any questions. Great condo for a family.

The property is as described on VRBO. Great location. Safeway grocery store is a short drive away. Vail village is a few minutes away. Nice trails close by. The condo is very clean and well stocked. Plenty of kitchen gear. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Had everything we needed to prepare and serve our food including a grill on the back balcony. Place even had the MLB Extra Innings package so I didn't have to miss any Cubs games! Very pleased with this rental and would recommend.

Plenty of kitchen gear. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Had everything we needed to prepare and serve our food including a grill on the back balcony. My family of 8 were looking for a place where we could have all the comforts of home while exploring Vail. We like cooking for ourselves (our kids have allergies) and wanted a pool to play in. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. The location is great as it's only a few exits from Vail proper. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, the entertainment great and the wifi good.We ended up cooking all our meals there and used the BBQ. There's plenty of kitchen gear and BBQ gear. There's also a kids park a short walk away which my kids enjoyed. We took lots of day trips to different hikes around Vail.I really have nothing bad to say about this property. We really enjoyed it and will definitely consider coming back.

We had such a great time! The property was clean and tastefully decorated. The grounds are beautiful and my kids loved the playground! The owner was a pleasure to work with and so responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay at this property again!

short walk to the bus that carries you to the Vail Village. It helps to have a car but not absolutely necessary. We had two couples and one single and the 3 rooms worked fine.

Everything exceeded expectations! Check in and out were timely. Clean place, fabulous location, loved the pool and hot tub! And natural scenery took your breath away! Would love to return during ski season!

Very happy with the property. Very clean and spacious location. Perfect walking distance from local park and multiple trail heads. Just a few minutes drive from Vail village and shopping. Pool and hot tub located right across from front door. Good communication with property owners. Would definitely choose this location again.

From Arrival to Departure, we really enjoyed our stay. We were participants in a family Wedding at The Chapel in Beaver Creek, reception at The Pavillion. Everyone was able to get ready without stepping on each other, and afterwards completely relax,..... some unwound in the Hot Tub, kids went Swimming, then off to the Playground to burn some of the youthful energy.... watch a movie on Netflix.... fall asleep....perfect. Set off the Smoke Alarms cooking Breakfast, did not know Vent Fan did not exhaust outdoors, sorry. Would recommend this unit to anybody that asks. Oh, BTW, staying away from the Villas and Lionshead was a quiet blessing.

Very nice, spacious condo for our family of 5. Kids loved the access to the pool and hot tub that were less than a minute walk. The park was awesome with beautiful scenery and took about 3 minutes to walk there. Drove to different cities but saw lots of bikes and some bus use. Car was more convenient to hit bigger grocery stores like Walmart, the Kroger equivalent, and even Costco. Having a kitchen was huge—made dinners and packed lunches. Super fast internet and great tv options made winding down in the evenings quite pleasant. In house laundry was fantastic. Had a great stay in mid July!

This has been our 4th year at this property. We have tried lots of others in east, west and vail village. This is by far our favorite, the location is amazing especially for the kids with the pool, play ground and lake walking distance, the owners are amazing to work with, always answer emails quickly and are able to provide any help that is needed. The unit itself is beautiful, well furnished, lots of space for all of us even a great stem shower. Since we found this place - there is no reason for us to look for any other location and we look forward to coming back next year.

We were here during the summer and loved it. There is a walk, maybe two blocks, to the nearest shuttle bus but it is a beautiful walk, including a walking bridge across Gore Creek and then beside Bighorn Park. We saw three beavers in the Bighorn Park lake! The condo is very nicely finished, nice furniture, beds, and appliances. It is a middle floor condo but we heard no disruptions from condos above or below. Over the years we've stayed in many condos but here we really got the impression that this is someone's place, they take good care of it and it feels "homey". We would definitely stay here again, summer or winter.

The property was in excellent condition and well equipped. We found all that we needed for a very successful visit Our one concern was the TV - Alexa when asked to turn on the TV or off said "okay" but then went to sleep. The only way we were able to turn it off was to pull the plug..

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The mountain home was well stocked and very comfortable! We really liked the steam shower and the bunk room accommodated the children perfectly! The functionality of the technology was up to date and appreciated! Overall we found the unit to be well presented and very comfortable! The bus service was very convenient though a little bit too long of a walk! The hot tub needs a new cover and should be attended to! Overall I would be quick to recommend your lovely mountain home! Wonderfully stocked with barware!. Comfy beds and furniture. Really nice to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom. Good location and close enough to bus stop. Only drawback, but not owners fault, there was no light for the hot tube at night, you sat there and soaked in the dark. Or if there is a light, it was out.

This place had everything we wanted for our weekend getaway . We all commented that it felt like we were in our own home. Couch was so comfy and every bed was comfortable. (With the exception of the trundle...not suitable for anyone over 4!) location was perfect. Our kids loved the pool and the awesome park nearby. My mom and I enjoyed walks around the lake. "Alexa" was so much fun to use!!! Kitchen supplies were in abundance and greatly appreciated the bottle of wine. The only thing missing is chairs for the deck! It's such a lovely view and it would be so nice to be able to relax outside. Also, there is no shampoo/conditioner so make sure to take your own. Our only real complaint is the neighbors in the upstairs unit. A lot of noise/talking/stomping/furniture moving at 2:30 am one morning and 5:00 am another day. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
