This property was amazing. Communication with the owners was fast and easy, condo was clean and VERY well stocked/appointed (best we’ve ever seen for a rental property) and the location is amazing. The view is phenomenal, distance to the beach/beach access was incredible and we were thankful for all the “extras” (sheets/blanket for pack n play, keurig, several nice pots and pans, quality bedding, etc). We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful week making memories with our family!

This is our 2nd stay and with little kids it makes it so easy to get to and from the beach being on the ground floor. Condo is clean, well stocked with the things you need. Had a small issue with hot water heater but owner took care of immediately. We will definitely be back.

This is our 2nd stay in this condo. It has everything you need and is very organized. I love how easy it is to run in and out from the beach to make lunch or take a break. Cant wait to stay here again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property owners helped us out with info ahead of our arrival so everything went very smooth. The location was fantastic and the property has a fairly small number of units in relation to the beach footprint so we never had a problem getting beach umbrellas. The condo had cable which is nice with all the cord cutting going on these days. We enjoyed being able to watch TV as we unwound in the evenings without having to deal with streaming services. We love FWB, it’s fun to go over to Destin occasionally but it’s nice to be away from the hustle and bustle for the most part. 10 out of 10, we highly recommend and would stay here again.

This property exceeded expectations. It was the perfect size for our family, and very clean. It was stocked with everything we could have needed. The location is great due to being on the ground level and very close to the beach access.

We cannot say enough good things about this condo! The owners were great and got back to us super quick when we had questions. The unit was extremely clean. It was nicely furnished, updated and decorated. We were a family of 5 with 3 older kids (11, 13 & 16). The guest room was perfect for our kids. They all had plenty of room and the trundle allowed them to each have their own bed. The master suite was perfect! Some commented that the bed was soft, but we thought it was very comfortable. There is a new couch in the living room. My only negative would be that we could have used one more piece of furniture in the living room to make it more comfortable for all of us to be in there. But we just brought in the chair from the master. I normally wouldn’t look for a ground floor unit but actually I am not sure I would go higher now! We didn’t hear neighbors other than the sliding door once in a while. We had a great view of the ocean. The best part was how quick it was to go back and forth to the beach. Less than 5 minutes! So easy that we let the kids go on their own if needed. We ordered and extra chair service online for the week so we had 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas. That was so nice!! We loved that the beach in front of this building was not crowded at all. The chairs were only in one row and nicely spaced out. I know why so many people commented on coming back to this unit each year! We are hoping to be one of those repeat customers :)

I just stayed for a week in this condo and had a fabulous experience! The condo was super clean, had all the kitchen things you could need, beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was comfortable (they got a new living room couch). The owners were very responsive and flexible. The view from the condo was great. We have an 11 month old, so being on the first floor madenit so much easier when toting all her stuff to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay will definitely be booking this condo again in the future!

We had such a wonderful time! The unit is just as described… I know prior reviews stated something about the couch. There is a new couch now and it is comfortable. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of room for the 6 of us. We saw dolphins almost very day from the patio and the chair and umbrella service was a plus. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and responded in a timely manner. The only thing I would recommend is more chairs on the patio because the view is so beautiful we all wanted to be out there when we were not on the beach. You will not regret booking this condo!

The location of the condo is so perfect. The walk to the beach is super easy and short. There is nothing better than having breakfast watching the ocean from the patio or having evening cocktails out there. The place is well stocked with paper products and everything you need to cook a meal or just make coffee. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and were nice enough to let us check out a little later. The condo is super clean, well decorated and inviting. Close enough to everything and far away from crowds. The only negatives were the couch (I think I read in the comments that it’s being replaced) and the master bedroom mattress but that is probably personal preference. It’s not a firm mattress so just be aware when you book it that it’s very soft. It’s definitely not for you if you like a firm mattress. There were plenty of thick fluffy bath towels and the bedding was cute and comfy. We had a wonderful extra long weekend in a beautiful condo.

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. It is so well stocked and well organized. The self check in is super easy and the location right on the beach is amazing. We love that we can see the condo from the beach. We are comfortable letting our teenage girls go to the beach by themselves since we can see them. They have new very plush towels in the bathrooms. The only thing that might be a negative for some (wasn’t for us) is that the couch is a bit worn and the master bedroom bedding is a bit faded. But it is super clean. Communication with the hosts has always been excellent. We will definitely be planning to stay here every time we go to the beach.

Loved the view. This was a girl trip of 80 year old mom and her 2 daughters in their 50's. It was a shopping excursion after some very difficult times. Everything was wonderful although not as easily assessable as I hoped. I would urge owners to invest in some new living room furniture. It is the only reason I would not book again. Completely worn and uncomfortable.

This was our first time staying on Okaloosa Island, and I hope it was not our last. We enjoyed watching dolphins from the patio; you truly cannot beat the view. The unit itself is spacious, well-stocked, and clean. It was convenient to be on the first floor (and just a few steps away from the parking lot and beach). The property owners are also great; they were very helpful and responsive. They even assisted after check-out when my daughter accidentally left her glasses behind. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week. We were concerned with it being a first floor unit. The view is spectacular. We were able to watch both sunrise and sunset, and see dolphins while having coffee. We only used the master and had zero issues. Our only complaint was that the couch was not very comfortable to sit on. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was very responsive and timely in her communications. Property was very clean. Excellent location on a great beach.

This was our 3rd time staying at this condo and will absolutely stay again! Always easy checkin, meaning you don’t have to check in at a reception desk. You have a code and you walk right in, so easy! Always clean and ready to go! Plenty of space for our family. Plus my kids loved having Netflix to watch during the heat of day! Would absolutely recommend!

Condo is exactly as advertised. Clean. Great views and just steps from the beach. If you have little children this place is hard to beat. No stairs or elevators to deal with. Very short walk to the beach and perfect too if you also have older kids that want to go back and forth to get things or hang at the condo before everyone else heads back from the beach. the beach chairs and umbrella included was the cherry on top. Will definitely book this one again.

Super clean, amazing views. Have stayed in Okaloosa Island many times and this condo had the best ocean views by far. Very updated and very relaxing. Will absolutely stay here again. 5 stars for us.

The condo was very nice and clean. It was in a great location and easy access to the beach. We would definitely book another trip in the future.

We had a great stay at this condo. There were a few hiccups, which I will discuss, but overall the location is excellent and the owners were easy to deal with. The areas that I would address are as follows; The sleeper sofa is in bad shape. Not the bed portion of the sofa, but the sofa itself. I’m sure it was really nice when new, but that was long ago. The matching chair was better, but if you are changing the couch, the chair should upgrade as well. (Very hard to get it to close.) A couple of furniture items needed attention, the door on the entertainment center falls off when you open it, and a stool at the bar has a foot support that falls if you put your foot on it. The bedding in the master is super soft. Like, swallow you whole kind of soft. Bedding is a personal preference, and so this is not a knock on the property, but you need to know, if you like a firm mattress, this ain’t it. I would also probably upgrade the bedding )sheets etc.) Bedding in the second bedroom received no complaints. It was nice, well appointed and clean. The balcony was amazing. Great view and wonderful location on the beach. Only suggestion is that the two chairs on the balcony are not enough. This is a two bedroom condo, you would expect to have at least four chairs on the balcony. I looked at many of the other units, this was one of only two that had just two chairs outside. This brings me to the biggest issue we had while there. Sitting outside was wonderful, when you could do it without the smell of cigarette smoke. Every time we would sit out there, a neighbor upstairs would light up and we would have to retreat to the inside of the condo or head to the beach. The pool was nice, and the chair and umbrella service was fantastic. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you need to make a meal. The location on the beach was perfect. Much further in and you get really crowded beach, this spot was a two mile walk to the pier, and busy enough to people watch, but not crowded. Overall, I would recommend this property, and not think twice about renting it again,

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and fast access to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms. The view was beautiful. Our girls enjoyed the boogie boards. It was a nice surprise to find out that two chairs and an umbrella came with our room! We will recommend to our friends. Thanks for providing a great home away from home.

Was a great stay! Came down for a softball tournament. The family loved the place, had so much fun at the beach! Will definitely be coming back!

This condo is absolutely perfect! The location is wonderful, especially with having young kids. It was just a short walk to the beach everyday. Also the pool was right outside the front door. This condo had everything that we needed. I highly recommend this rental, we will definitely be back!

Despite the unlucky, bad weather we endured during our stay, the rest of the trip was great. The condo was exactly as pictured. Cleaned and well stocked. The location could seriously not be better. I don’t even want to tell you how great it is because we plan to come back lol! But the hosts were fantastic the whole trip and the condo was perfect for our family of 5. We couldn’t be more happy with it.
