Beautiful condo, location and restful! Information received from owners about the area and condo were thoughtful and accurate. Owners responded to all questions within a few hours. Would return!

We could not have been more pleased with both the condo and Ocean Club West. Both exceeded expectations in every way. Joe and Maryann were wonderful to rent from, all transactions went smoothly, and all communications to them received prompt responses. My friend and I asked several questions about the condo/local area and Joe usually responded almost immediately. The condo itself was perfectly equipped with everything you need on a vacation. I stay in a lot of private residences on vacations, and this one was one of the best. The kitchen has all the equipment and accessories you would need to cook almost any meal, as well as plastic wear and coolers for day trips/beach use. The furniture was comfortable and in good shape, the master bed was extremely comfortable, as was the pull out sofa. The overall layout of OCW is great, just the right size for people that like more of a boutique experience. The condo has a pool view and is located closer to the front of the property which was great in the evenings, as we could hear the bar band, but it was not right outside our door. The unit is outfitted with all the luxuries of home, and thorough instructions for use of all the electronics, local eateries, and other information on the resort itself. We didn't rent a car, but walked everywhere and had no issues getting around. On Joe's suggestion, we used GNS transport for our airport pick-up and drop-offs, and we had also scheduled them for a day excursion, but ended up opting for a lazy day on the beach instead. We rented bikes for a day from Caicos Cyclery and toured the island, I think if (when) I return, I will again forgo the car and rent a bike for the whole trip, since everything from one end of the island to the other is easily bike accessible. We rented cruisers for our brief bike day, if I were to do it again, I'd go with a geared hybrid as there are some areas of slight elevation and unpaved road conditions that were a little challenging on the cruisers. the OCW resort staff were all amazing as well. We used the fitness room, frequented the bar and Solana restaurant, and had a massage at the onsite spa as well. All services were 5-star in my book. If you prefer a quiet, relaxing "beach-house" experience, with access to resort style amenities, I cannot recommend OCW enough, and this condo in particular. I plan to return with my children and hopefully rent from Joe and Maryann again!

Good location, with easy access to plenty of dining options. Beautiful island. The unit was nicely decorated, and it was easy to feel comfortable. Would have been nice if the beach bar was open later, but not a big deal. Overall, a great stay. Would do it again.

You can't go wrong staying at Ocean Club West and choosing Maryann and Joe's home. Their unit has a beautiful view of the grounds and ocean and it is really enjoyable to sit on the screened in patio and read a book, eat or take a nap. Their home has everything you need in terms of a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, computer and beach toys which my daughter took full advantage of. Joe and Maryann were extremely easy to work with from the initial communication right through the end of our stay. They were very attentive/timely in answering questions and provided a lot of suggestions on local restaurants, the area and a transportation service (who was great). Ocean Club West is a beautiful resort and centrally located to many shops, restaurants and a grocery store so you can walk everywhere as my wife, daughter and I did. If you are looking for a worry free rental experience and an extremely relaxing resort Ocean Club West and Maryann and Joe's home is the place for you.

My husband and I stayed in this unit for 10 days from Oct 22 - Nov 1/17. Although it was just after the hurricanes the resort looked unscathed except for some of the palm trees missing their leaves. The grounds were immaculate as well as the pool area. You would never have known 2 hurricanes passed through just a couple of weeks prior. The beach is out of this world. The whitest, soft sand and the aqua blue water is breathtaking. Never crowded at the beach or pool area and always lounge chairs available. We booked this unit through VRBO with Maryann and Joe. They were extremely helpful in answering all our questions and offered lots of suggestions regarding the unit and the island. Although we have been to T&C several times prior this trip was extra amazing. The unit offers everything you can possibly imagine. From a fully stocked kitchen, spices, oils, sauces, even a brita. Not to mention every possible gadget you would ever need. They even have a bundle buggy to take to the grocery store along with ice packs etc. The bathroom is also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash even bandaids, polysporin, bug spray, suntan lotion. Too much to fully mention. They have 2 large flat screen tvs with Netflix and even have Alexa who would play music for us at a whim. The beautiful screened in patio is like a whole other living area. We ate every meal out there and never had to worry about bugs. The decor of the whole unit is beautiful and has an island vibe. And it was beyond clean. Also a washer and dryer there as well. We couldn't have asked for anything else. Ocean Club West is so centrally located you don't need a car. You can walk everywhere and it's very safe. They have an onsite restaurant also. There is lots of beach towels. If you want to experience T&C with all the comforts of home, this is it!!!!! Thank you Maryann and Joe for offering your little piece of paradise to others. We just returned from a wonderful week, and Joe was a terrific host throughout. The pictures do not do this lovely 1 bedroom unit justice--especially the inviting porch overlooking Ocean Club West pools and Grace Bay. The incredible weather helped of course. Will look forward to returning.

We found the perfect place to vacation in the Turks and Caicos! This was our first trip to TCI, and the condo was everything we could have asked for-fabulous location, you can walk to restaurants, great supermarket, shops-no need for a car. The condominium is in a wonderful quiet complex with beautifully maintained grounds, pool, and a fabulous clean beach with plenty of seating and a great restaurant and bar right there. The unit is immaculate, updated, and has everything you need. The lovely and large screen porch, has a view great of the gardens, pool, and ocean; it is like another room. We enjoyed having breakfast and eating there when we decided to stay in. Joe, the owner was wonderful to work with, incredibly responsive and patient with all of my questions before we left for our trip. The unit and it’s location were exactly what we were looking for, and we had a fabulous time. We cannot wait to go back, TCI, and Joe and Marysnne’s wonderful place.

Although we travel to many islands in the Caribbean, this was our first visit to Turks and Caicos. I booked through Keith and he was beyond amazing to work with. He provided so much information about where to eat, what to do, how to navigate the resort and how to get picked up from the airport. It felt as if we booked through a resort, with the privacy of a vacation rental. We loved working with Keith. We had a few problems during out stay, contacted him and he quickly responded and helped us solve our issues. The location of the rental is amazing. We didn't even rent a car because we were able to walk to all the restaurants, grocery store and town. The location of the rental on Grace Bay is the best location possible. The beach is amazing and hardly crowded at all. The beach is the calmest, best part of the entire beach - perfect for kids or relaxing adults. The rental is fully stocked and had all the necessities of a vacation rental. I loved that they had toilet paper, soap, bug spray, dishwashing soap, etc... I find it difficult when we rent places and go buy all these things for a few days. It was wonderful that he had all these items for the renters. We really appreciate this! The rental has good wi-fi, DirectTV, a computer, phone and Skype phone available. These options were amazing on an island. We have never had these types of luxuries in our rentals in the past. If we return to Provo, we would definitely stay at this rental again. We highly recommend the location, resort, working with Keith and Turks!

Everything in your unit was great! The kitchen was so fully stocked with dishes, cups, plates, pots, pans and really nice cutlery. Appreciated the shampoo, soap and conditioner in the shower. Loved sitting on your screened in balcony with our morning coffee and listening to the crickets at night. Highly recommend....great location too !!

We were delighted in our choice of this condo for our first-time visit to T&C. In general, Ocean Club West is a beautifully maintained development, beautiful garden landscaping, a meandering river-like pool, and in THE ideal location to walk to food shop and restaurants; the employees demonstrate the most pleasant of attitudes. More specifically, the unit itself if perfectly and beautifully equipped, nothing left out. But most importantly, this owner/manager provides extraordinary communication all throughout the rental process. You are perfectly guided on the ins and outs of what to do, when to do it, and he remains in touch, long distance, during your stay should that be necessary. Choose this one, you'll be glad you did.

We just returned from our first visit to Turks and Caicos. Initially we were hesitant to book this suite due to the lack of customer reviews, but after contacting the property managers (Keith and Kathy- who were great to deal with) and discovering the unit was new to the rental market we decided to give it a try. Upon arrival we were extremely glad we did. Ocean Club West is in the perfect section of Grace Bay offering an amazing beach and a short walk to restaurants, a grocery store and a great dive shop. Keith provided us with a very detailed information package containing everything we needed to know about the area, the resort, the suite, dining and transportation. The room is exactly as represented in the pictures if not better and contained everything we expected and more including a laptop, cellular phone, Skype phone and a Bose Bluetooth speaker that we could connect to our tablet to play music on. The screened terrace is very large and served as a great place for meals and relaxing. I would highly recommend this suite to anyone and would definitely return.
