Everything was fantastic about this day. The only thing I would say is you need to replace the utensil holder in the dishwasher most of the bottom is broken so the silverware falls through. Other than that will definitely be back.

Everything was great. Beginning with a garage for our car, a little patio overlooking the bay. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We loved having a separate living room and kitchen as well as a full bathroom and a powder room!!! The unit was so clean and stocked with everything we coujd need.

We booked asked on the pictures of the rock and water. It did not disappoint! There were just 2 of us and that was about right. Says it sleeps 4, maybe 2 small children would be ok. We were pleasantly surprised to be there for the witches paddle. It was a great treat and our view was absolutely wonderful! Didn’t matter for our stay but it shows a washer/dryer but we couldn’t find it. We also didn’t ask.

Where to begin? Location—great location right on the waterfront. Views are amazing, beautiful sunsets, up close views of diving pelicans, sea lions, and assorted seabirds from fenced patio or indoors from living area or bedroom. Close proximity to all the shops and restaurants along the waterfront area and parks. Private garage parking. Inside the unit is clean and modern with 1 full and 1 half bathrooms. Kitchen is large and fully equipped. Patio gas grill with dedicated gas line. Free laundry facilities upstairs. Comfortable king bed with extra amenities in the closets. Everything you could want for a great stay!

My husband and I take care of handicapped mom in wheelchair. Very nice getaway and allowed us to bring our small too. It was perfect.

Had a few maintenance issues as follows: 1. No water pressure in the master bathroom sink. Water is just a trickle.. 2. Can't use safe. Locked open. 3. All Windows is hard to open and close. Not secure. 4. Ran out of hot water after two showers. Had to wait for sink hot water. 5. Timer on the fireplace heater in living room is non-functional. Stays on, must shut off manually. 6. Window shade in bedroom near fireplace needs to be properly mounted. Doesn't function properly. 7. Trash door under kitchen sink doesn't close properly.

Unit was very comfortable with more of the little amenities that make a place homey.

Had a great time! The property has a beautiful view of the harbor and Morro rock, has all the amenities for a comfortable stay and is in a perfect location close to shopping and restaurants.

Very clean and attractive. View of the Bay from both living room and bed room is spectacular. Nice little patio where you can sit with your dog. Enclosed with a thin cable fence so your dog can't get out but the view is not blocked. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Places to shop are right there. Some restaurants are a bit too far to walk but many are also very close. If you have a dog, there are pet friendly restaurants where you can eat on their patio with your dog. Also a dog beach and some trails that you can bring your dog on a leash. We had a great time.

The home was even nicer in person! Check-in with smooth and garage was convenient. Clean and comfortable space for my family of 4 and pup(s). The view was great to have on a breezier beach day when we didn't want to be out on the beach all day. The home is near the shops and food places, but also off to the side enough that it isn't loud or full of people blocking the view. Kids (7 and 8 yrs old) loved the view of the boat docks and dunes, as well as the nearby park (about 5 min walk). The "grass" area for pup(s) is at the perfect proximity from the front door. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return soon.

As described. Weather was great and location was great. Many walkable food options. Perfect for lingering in the morning, drinking coffee, and watching the sun come up on the other side.

Very spacious, clean and perfect view of bay and otters, seals, boats and birds. Perfect for handicapped because everything is right there. Loved the two bathrooms……

The codo was exceptional. Everythng was easy to find and everything we needed was available. The furnishings were great. The only problem was when we called to get help with the TV, the lady asnwering the phone did not know what boxes we had and had us trying different things that were not helping. Then she said she would have someone come help us and she would let us know when they were coming. We delayed our plans for the day and waited. No one called or came. I let the office know I was displeased and I was told they got busy and it was my responsibility to call them back. How was I to know they were not coming. I have run offices at universities and I tell my staff to keep a notebook by the phone and immediately write down the name and number. Then if you get busy you won't forget. I personally think this was their error not mine.

Great place right on the water with great views!

Probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. The location is absolutely perfect and we had an amazing time in Morro Bay. We also spent time in Pismo, Avila, Cayucos, and San Luis which all are just a short drive away.

Accurate description of this charming apartment. Weather was lousy but accommodation was great

If we were a normal couple, this condo would have been no less than perfect. However, we are not. Husband has Parkinson's and no longer walks but uses a mobility chair. That said, we had to leave early because we just couldn't go through getting him into bed and out of bed. It proved to be an hour process at night and a 2.5 hour, back-breaking process in the morning. If a lift recliner was provided in the condo (plenty of space), our stay would have been perfection. We even asked if we could rent one and have it delivered and picked up. The answer was no. Aside from a maintenance error (twin sheets for a queen size sleeper sofa) which was taken care of the next morning by Jessica. Also, I previously read that the sleeper sofa was comfortable. It wasn't. Hard as a rock. The bathrooms were lovely and perfect for physically challenged folks. The bedroom was beautiful and the bed was pure comfort! Keep in mind that although there is a washer/dryer on the premises, it is up a flight of stairs. Older folks may have a problem carrying laundry upstairs and then down. Also, no place for folding. More of a laundry closet instead of laundry room. Super clean, though. What can I say about location, location, location?? Nothing could be better. So overall, for an able-bodied couple I give this condo 5 🌟 all around. For people with more difficulties, find a place that will be open to allowing a rented lift recliner. People have no idea how this would help the elderly.

Had a short girls trip. It was a perfect location and nice sized with everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful Getaway for our Anniversary. It is a fun place to visit and the fact that it is in our local area makes it even better.

Just a perfect weekend at this very clean, well located… on the Embarcadero. Will come back again!

The property was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Location is on public pathway but windows are coated so those outside cannot see in. Morro Bay can get quite chilly, but mini fireplaces in bedroom and living area were perfect, and small heater in bathroom was much appreciated. Well supplied coffee ("life water" we call it) was on point!! Lots of restaurants were within walking distance, but some certainly better than others. Overall, a good stay, although pricey (all area rental lodging inflated for graduation weekend)

This was a great place to stay with our dog. The condo is right on the water with easy access to all parts of Morro Bay. It has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed with clean linens, and 2 clean bathrooms (1 shower, no tub). There is a private patio, but behind it there is public access to a viewing deck, so you will see and hear people walking around. Morro bay is pretty calm, so it was not disruptive. Great view of the bay and the rock. Garage was large enough to fit our Subaru Outback comfortably - it was nice to have private parking to keep items stored in the car.

Stayed here for a quick family weekend. The location was great with the awesome view. This place is really clean and has everything we needed for our family.

This was a great spot for our family! Our 2 year old son loved watching the boats from the patio or from sitting in the house. We will be back!

The condo was clean and bright, the 2 beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice. The deck was tiny but it could not have been any bigger to stay on the harbor. It was fun to hear the sea lions and watch the otters eat their oysters.
