Great location, near shops, bike rentals, restaurants and coffee shops. Steps from Mission Bay and 1 block from the beach. The condos are located in a quiet area and are quite spacious. The second floor is great for gathering, and has a large open great room that opens up to a nice patio with a fire pit and outdoor furnishings. We had a great time! We hosted a Saturday dinner on the bayside beach and an evening gathering around a portable portable propane fire pit (ours), where we had s’mores. Much fun😀

This was a great venue for a large group, but despite alerting the property owner to the number of people we were going to have, there were insufficient paper towels and garbage bags. The property itself was in decent repair and decent cleanliness and while situated on the mission peninsula. Pay special attention to make sure the arrangements of beds and bedrooms will work for your group if you are staying with a large group.

This is a great property with easy walking access to both the ocean and the bay. The interior is a little dated, but you absolutely can't beat the price for the amount of space you get and the location.

We had a group of 27 staying at this property. There was ample space for our group to stay comfortably. You can't ask for a better location - right by the beach and all the food options!
There was an issue with check-in for one of the units but the owner actually called me with solutions before I got a chance to call him. So although the situation wasn't great, the service and follow-up was great and we found a solution.

We booked all three apartments for 4 days. Stacey and Andrew were great at helping us understanding the space layout, and how best to place our family of three generations. The place is steps away from bay on one side and ocean on the other. Loved our stay and experience.

Great experience staying at this house in between mission beach and mission bay. Close walk to restaurants, stores, etc. House was very hot but there were fans throughout that helped in the evenings.

We were party of 22 people. We had an awesome vacation at this property. Location is best where you have ocean on one side and Bay on one side. Walking distance to everything in mission bay.

We needed a place for 1 night for 12 adults. 3 three floor layout worked great as it allowed people to separate into groups, while still having enough room to gather together. Location is perfect a block from bay and beach.

Perfect location. Home had everything we needed. Great sleeping accommodations for large group. Andrew and Stacey were attentive to our needs and quick to respond.

We rented Stacey's house for some meetings for a few days and it was great! The house is close to all restaurants and the beach. From the top floor there is a window looking out over the bay. We hope to be back next year.
