I feel like this property could use some updating. It is very central to everything you want to do in Waikiki and it's great that parking is included. The property manager was very easy to deal with and is kind and lovely.

Ms. Edna’s condo unit was in a great location. She had everything you may need for your stay. Transportation is right outside your door. You can plan bus trips to see Pearl Harbour and other sights. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The Property Manager was able to address any issues we had and was very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Ms. Edna

The condo is located right in the heart of Waikiki. You’re walking distance to the beautifully designed International Marketplace, Waikiki Beach and tons of restaurants. Generally, where you stay on vacation really is just where you rest before heading out to your next adventure. But if the lodging experience is elevated, then your vacation becomes all that more memorable. Plenty of space, all the modern amenities, room to sleep six adults, cable TV, high speed internet, and your own kitchenette. Though the greatest bonus? You get a covered parking space onsite! We cannot stress how much we enjoyed it stay. We look forward to doing so again the next time we’re in Oahu. Mahalo Edna! Your place and you are the best!

This was a great place to stay for the 4 of us! It had everything we needed. We were only here for two nights waiting for our cruise to leave. It was nice having the seating in the living room with the large TV. Visted Pearl Harbor for the day, an walked to shops and restaurants.

The home was in such a convenient spot for us. It had a McDonald’s directly across the street, Ross was a 5 minute walk away and the famous lagoon in Waikiki was a 7 minute drive away. They had everything we needed in the unit. Huge, smart TVs helped a lot with our little ones. Communication was always open and available as well!! Great spot and affordable too!

We came to Waikiki for a vacation with our three teenage/young adult sons. There was plenty of space and the apartment was clean location was very, very good as well. We had great communication with Edna and she took care of the few little things we needed assistance with immediately. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Short walk to the beach. We had 4 adults, so the space was fine but a little cramped in the living area. The beds and bedding were fine but mattress a little uncomfortable. Having the private parking space in the garage was great. Appreciated that the coffee was provided.

Property was exactly as described but didn’t expect too much more than a comfortable stay at a convenient location in Waikiki. It was clean, good security, had plenty of dishes/cookware, and questions were answered promptly and politely.

Everything was as stated. We felt like we were in a home away from home. Edna was so pleasant when we had questions. We would definitely stay there again if we returned.

We enjoyed our trip to Hawaii greatly, and we are so grateful to have Edna as our host. She was very attentive in every way. Starting from a few days before the trip, she sent very detail info about the property; she responded to every message we sent quickly. Hawaii chocolates and chilled water bottles in the fridge, which she kindly prepared, were there to welcome us when we first arrived. The property itself is very well maintained, is in a very convenient location, and just a few minutes walk away from the beach. Thanks Edna again for being our awesome host!

While planning a wedding for our daughter, we booked Edna’s condo in the Royal Kuhio. We were pleasantly impressed by the location and ease of walking to everything great in Waikiki. The condo was set up with everything needed for a family vacation in Oahu. Both the condo description and check-in instructions were precise. Her home was clean and well appointed. Edna was wonderful, always available if needed. The building was felt safe and the staff very courteous. Looking forward to staying again next time in Oahu.

This unit had a great location that was in waking distance to Waikiki Beach and a ton of amenities. I also appreciated that it had beach towels, and boogie boards. It was also nice to have a pool and a designated parking spot.

Excellent location. Walkable to the beach and many restaurants nearby. Musubi and McDonald lovers, it’s just across the street! We frequent the international market a lot. Our luau was there. The bus to the airport or moana shopping mall is outside the property. Edna is very attentive and quick to answer all my inquiries. She even let us do a late check out at 7pm cause our flights back was at 1030pm. That’s INCREDIBLE! My family and I was so grateful for that! That’s A customer service! Above and beyond! It does get quite noisy at night but that’s due to the central location. The building is old so expect to see some bugs crawling. Besides that, I am greatful to stay here since the location is so central to all tourist areas. I recommend Sam’s kitchen which is one block away for the garlic shrimp and fries. Sooooo good! We made good use of the provided beach equipment and multiple beach towels. The swimming pool was nice and warm. Thank you Edna for your hospitality!!!

We stayed for 7 days. The property owner was very concerned with ours stay. Anything that came up she was on top of it immediately. The location is supreme. We only had a car for one day and that was because we wanted to drive to the Polynesian Culture Center. Everything we needed was provided. Even the beach umbrella, beach chairs, blow up floats, and even a cooler. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils but we only had coffee because of the many restaurants and shops in the area. All of the tour pick ups were only one block away. Beaches were 10 minute walk. Zoo about 15 minutes. More shopping and dining than we could ever imagine was all within 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Let’s start by stating the only good thing worthy about this appartement : It’s location, 5 minutes on foot to the Main Street. That’s just about it. The first night we arrived, we started noticing Cockroaches, the first ones were near the kitchen floor and on the countertops. From then we decided to check around the unit to assess the situation and we spotted more bugs : in the dishwasher, in the bathroom behind the toilet … We decided we would send an email the morning after. The owner quickly answered and sent her handyman later on to “treat” the area. A couple of days after: nothing changed. We continued exchanging emails as her employee worked around the critical areas but the situation wasn’t improving. There was simply too much of an infestation in this appartement. We took a dozen photos and videos to get some “evidence”. We were fed up of living in such a filthy and disgusting place. We wouldn’t even let our luggage open fearing they might get in or go to the bathroom at night after one of us stepped on one the third evening! This situation has put unnecessary stress on our vacation. She even started accusing us of making this whole thing up. We sent all the proofs to VRBO. This unit is a nightmare and need a serious renovation !

We had a short stay here and it was perfect for us. Location was easy to get in and out of with a car (free parking spot HUGE BONUS) and walking to beach and nearby shops PERFECT. My kids loved the INCLUDED boogie boards and the ice chest and chairs were great as well. We didnt use the pool because our stay was short with activities during the day but it looked nice. Had a BBQ area and family room area with pool table and ping pong.

We stayed briefly (overnight) before catching a plane to the big Island. Overall it was fine for what we wanted. Nice location a few blocks from the Beach.

This one bedroom slept four of us quite comfortably. It was cute, cozy, and a short walk to the beach. Fun restaurants located across the street.

It was good location and served it’s purpose. It could need some updating in the rooms and spraying for bugs. Edna the owner was helpful and available with any questions. I would recommend staying here.

The place was exactly as described. It comfortably fit our 4 adults and one child in our visit. Edna was a great hostess and prompt in communication.

We have stayed at this condo 4 times over the last 4 or 5 years. We love it for many reasons: great location, free secured parking, well equiped and furnished and super communication and responsiveness from the owner (Edna). Plus it is very reasonably priced.

There were only three of us, but the unit can every easily accommodate up to six. One of us is over age 70, and one over age 90, so we like real beds, and these are comfortable queens. Everything is well-stocked--kitchen, linen closet, beach toys, etc. The location is great, within walking distance of excellent restaurants and all sorts of shopping. The inclusion of an assigned parking space is also a big plus!
