Property was exactly what expected and we enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood

From check in to check out This property did not disappoint The cleanliness, the ease, the beautiful decor and spacious interior It was a quick Uber down to Broadway, close to the airport and a nice walk to downtown as well This property listing is everything it says it is Can’t wait to come back and stay again

Conveniently located, very clean, comfortable beds, everything you need- only complaint would be the water pressure (which host has no control over…) We would definitely stay here again.

Great place - very comfortable, plenty of space, great location.

I would stay here again. We enjoyed the rooftop area as we were there to see the Seahawks win against the Titans! We walked to the stadium and was within walking or short Uber rides to downtown! Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed the appartement walking distance to the major sites and Broadway street. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen well equiped. I recommand this location. Parking garage a plus.

Our unit was wonderful, in a very nice building, well stocked, in a great location, an easy walk to Broadway, country music hall of fame, and Bridgestone Arena. Check in was very easy, host was very easy to deal with. Only issue and this is out of the host’s control, if you’re out late enjoying all that downtown Nashville has to offer and want to sleep a little later in the morning, that may be difficult, the trains travel along the river, and they start going by very early and their horns are non stop, two or three of them started 6am ish, and the maintenance team is out early as well, the gas powered blowers are in full swing every morning between 8 and 8:30 am, and they are loud, outside of that, this place was fantastic.

Everything was as described. We cook in alot limited in way of pots/pans supplies for cooking in. The dishwasher didn’t work properly either.

This condo was just as described .There is a full kitchen if you choose to cook and a nice little porch to drink your coffee on in the mornings. The rooms are a split floor plan with full size bathrooms off each bedroom .The communication with the property manager was A+ as well as the keyless entry which made it very convenient.We were able to walk to Broadway near the water end in 15min. We even walked home from Geodis park after a concert which was a longer walk but much faster than waiting for an Uber .I would suggest if you Uber home from Broadway at night walk towards road near the water and have an Uber pick up from there or walk up a block away from Broadway. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville !

The apartment was immaculately clean and well-appointed with everything we needed during the stay. Communication was quick and easy with the host leading up to our stay, and we had no issues during the stay. I would for sure look at staying here again in the future

This was a great vacation. The space was roomy yet cozy and conveniently located to local attractions. I would recommend this to a friend or family member. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect set up for two couples. The beds we’re comfortable and the living space was too. The reason for 4 stars on cleanliness was that the coffee pot wasn’t cleaned and the grounds were molded in in and the filter on the hvac system looked like it had never been changed before. We only came across that when opening the doors to figure out what everything was. I wish there was more water pressure in the shower as well. But overall this condo was the perfect place for a short trip. The location was great and walkable if you choose to. I would suggest Uber if to a grocery store if you want those type of items for your stay. The shell station sitting walking distance didn’t have much and the store that was next closest in downtown didn’t exist. (Not the owner’s fault). The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Felt safe walking around both day and nighttime. Would stay here again.

Although we could not check in early, we were very happy & comfortable in this beautiful 2 bedroom near all of the downtown action! It was clean, safe, accommodating & relaxing here. Beautiful decor & lots of space. The hosts were pretty timely with correspondence & the space was so comfortable & clean & enjoyable. The workout room was amazing & garage parking was very nice as well. We highly recommend & will definitely stay here again!

The condo is very nice. It is how the pictures show it. The balcony is a nice place to sit. I especially enjoyed it in the morning and evening. The rooftop area is outstanding with wonderful views of downtown. The condo is very close to Broadway.

Beautiful place. Right off our interstate exit. So easy to access! Clean, safe, quiet. Lots of space to chill before and after all the 🎼. Comfy beds. Plenty of spaces in parking garage close to elevator. No dragging your bags of boots for blocks:) Everything you need is there. 5 minute/$15 ( or less) Ubers to and from the action on Broadway. Loved it. We’ll be back!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. Last time it was a different unit. It's in a great location. The building is quiet. The unit is nicely decorated clean, and comfortable. Communication with the host was straight forward and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The building and the unit itself was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and the location was good. Just a short 10 minute walk to downtown. I would recommend staying here.

We came to Nashville to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday. The apartment was perfect! Very clean and modern, neighborhood was very quiet. The direction to enter the building were very good. We arrived very late on Thursday night , in the apartment binder we could of used some menus. Since it was, our first time in Nashville we did not know where to order from. But it was not a big deal. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Walking to Broadway is doable, but it is a hike! We mostly used Uber! The property came with two parking spaces. We will definitively be back. Roof top was under construction.

The location was perfect for a long weekend in Nashville! It was an easy walk to Broadway, Printer's Alley, and other hot spots. The apartment was super clean and well stocked. Loved our stay!
