The staff was exceptional from the front desk to housekeeping!!! Friendly, accommodating and helpful.

The hotel is very nice and clean and looks very new. The breakfast and a good variety of options to eat. There are also restaurants and coffee shops located around the corner. The pool was very nice to cool off from the Phoenix sun.
Everything was great at this hotel and I have no complains. Maybe just add some covered parking.

William in the bar was wonderful. Very outgoing and kind. Enjoyed our time hanging out with him.
Front desk gentleman was very unpleasant and immediately set the negative tone. We then waited 45 minutes for our room .... these things happen but an apology for the inconveniences would have gone a long way.

The property was clean and enjoyable the nice at the room had a nice view. No complaints here.
I got a hotel all the time in when I leave in the morning and I expect to have the room cleaned before I get back in the room was not cleaned when we got home at 6 o’clock I was disappointed. However, that being said front desk did tell us we wanted and coffee for the next day so it was resolved and I’m fine with that.

The breakfast bar was awesome. I liked that there were a lot of options to choose from. Richard the waiter and Attoy the chef, were so friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious!

We liked the room and the location.
I ordered a king bed, but we were given two queens. Also, the bathroom sliding door was very heavy to open and close.

The housekeeping staff does not keep up with the shampoo and cream rinse in the shower for staying filled. Both of them were empty. How to use my own shampoo & cream rinse good thing I brought it.

Staff was amazing, facilities in excellent condition. Made to order breakfast reasonable and tasty. Very short walk to spring training stadium.
Way too expensive. As good as it was, and it was very good, it’s not a $300+ per night hotel.

All nice, but confusion on breakfast. Evening receptionist was great, informative, and helpful. We had a lost piece of luggage being delivered some time. He was very helpful in rcving it and let us know it was delivered to the desk.
