Fantastic experience. We would recommend this rental. The view is exceptional. We had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We did have difficulty getting the access code for entry to rental on arrival. Contact was prompt. We did however later find that information went to our junk mail. Due to travel loading of the email was slow. Didn’t look as other emails pertaining to this booking went to inbox. Code came from different contact.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach, the apartment was fantastic, everything you could think of and more, from boogie boards to every kitchen utensil you would need. Super comfy bed, and very well looked after place. Would definitely recommend! The situation is perfect too, easy to access the whole island as very centrally located. Thanks for having us :)

We have stayed at this property many times and it never disappoints. Grounds and our unit were well maintained. On island property manager was great. Hoping to return in the future.

This condo is an amazing home overlooking the ocean! Everything was perfect! It was immaculately clean and beautiful, just like the pictures. Everything we could need was included. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with supplies, including sunscreens, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, plenty of kitchen utensils, spices, and condiments. We were so grateful for the beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards, and like-new beach towels. We loved sleeping with the lanai doors open, hearing the waves on the beach! It just doesn’t get better than coffee every morning on the lanai watching the sunrises, and cocktails every evening watching the sunsets. Just spectacular! The corner unit was special because we could see the beach all the way toward Kihei from the side window. Plenty of light in the condo. We love Kihei for the local Hawaiian vibe, the food trucks, and the easy drive to many great beaches (besides the awesome beach just steps from the condo!). The owners were so responsive and treated us like family. Tobie, the manager, was also just wonderful! We really needed nothing since the condo has everything. But all communication was delightful and easy. Mahalo Laura and Tom! We can't wait to return to your slice of paradise in Maui!! ❤️🌸

Immaculate condo with beautiful views and just steps to the water. Condo had all the amenities needed for the beach, chairs, coolers, body boards, etc. Location was great. I would recommend the condo and would definitely stay again.

The condo was absolutely perfect! It was immaculate and in the perfect location, being close to many restaurants and shops. The pool was super nice, and enjoyed walks on the beach. Well stocked with all our essential needs. Great to have a washer and dryer is an added bonus. The view from the balcony was amazing, seeing the sunset every evening. Tobie stayed in communication with us for any needs although we didn’t need anything since the place was so great! Such a wonderful surprise to have a bottle of champagne waiting for us for our Anniversary…thank you! This was definitely one of the best condos we have ever stayed in. The condo was perfect for our needs. It was well outfitted for all of our needs especially beach chairs and a cooler for hanging out at the beach. The views were incredible and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely stay here!!! This is the most perfect condo and I wish we could have stayed so much longer. The view is stunning and the condo itself is clean and cute and has everything you could possibly need. We had chairs, an umbrella (life saver), coolers, and everything you would need to make full dinners at home! We spent more time there than anticipated because we loved it so much. Couldn’t recommend more and we can’t wait to be back!!

My husband and I had a great stay at this property. It was absolutely breathtaking to look out the window and see the ocean. We loved walks on the beach, but also hanging out at the pool. I would 100% recommend and would stay here again!

This condo was exactly as listed with a beautiful beach front location and all the amenities you could need. We really appreciated the beach chairs and cooler for going out and the well stocked kitchen and beautiful lanai for when we stayed in. Centrally located and close to everything. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was the perfect location for us to spend our time away from our busy schedules. The sound of the ocean crashing on the beach just outside was very soothing. Great location, clean and bright interior, close to several of the activities we had scheduled.

Beautiful property with stunning views and perfect beach for long morning walks! The condominium was well equipped; really enjoyed using the beach chairs, umbrella and soft cooler for a day trip to Big Beach! Will definitely stay here again!

This property is a good place to just kick back and relax. It isn't in the main tourist area and so feels very calm and unhurried. Kihei is just a short drive away. The waters here are quite protected and so it seems like it would be a good place for children who want to get into the water.

We have stayed in Maui many times and this condo was the nicest we have stayed at. The location is close to everything necessary for a great vacation. The beach is the best walking beach on Maui. We love to watch whales from the lanai and even saw a shark swimming off shore one morning. As a frequent visitor to Maui I would highly recommend this condo.

This condo is located at the end of the building which made it super quiet and no traffic walking by your door. All the basics were provided and the unit was clean. Marco was helpful and not intrusive in the least. Overall, a great vacation.

Great condo on the water. Great location. The only negative was that the outside stairs and walkways need pressure washing.

Property was clean and had everything needed to enjoy our vacation. Property manager was very responsive. He made our check in/check out process easy.

This was our first time visiting the islands of Hawaii. It was beautiful and Sugar Beach was a great location! Our stay was very nice, the condo has everything you need and the view is spectacular! We both loved being right on the beach. We can’t wait to come back, mahalo.

Highly recommend this unit. Pictures represent property accurately. Views of ocean are breathtaking. Resort is well maintained and restaurants are nearby. Highly recommend renting a car to explore island

Great location. We had a great time!

Everything as listed, quiet, yet nearby anything we wanted to do. Beautiful beach right out the door, canoe club paddling every morning.. Home was clean and well stocked, we will look to stay here next time we come.

Host was very nice and attentive, condo was clean and fully stocked with beach necessities, definitely would return for another stay 😊
