Location, view, easy check-in

It was not worth it. If you look at a glace, it looks clean, but that is far from the case. It seems like they just give it a lick and a promise. First of all, the overall kitchen wasn't clean - the oven and ventilator was horrible. I bet no one wants to use them. It seemed they have never cleaned it since their opening. Secondly, the sofa had a lot of crumbs between seats. Thirdly, one of its biggest strength is the great view as you can find it from the house title. But, the windows had a lot of dust, so I wasn't able to enjoy the great view inside of the hosue... Lastly, the towel radiation was out of order. And No tv and microwave equipped. Noise transition from the neighboring apartment.

The apartment wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. We found hairs in the shower and on the bed. The floor was dirty. The table still with bread crumbs. On top of that the whole apartments stank. I also asked a place to charge the car and they only replied during the night.

Beautiful design- minimal and clean. Super clean and comfortable. Incredible views. just spectacular. convenient location. Easy check in. we loved it.

Loved the ocean view. Clean, well maintained property, good communication. You are greeted with the fantastic view as soon as you open the door to the apartment.

The view, the comfort and washing machine and dryer to be used for free.

We had only short contact with the host. Not that we needed anything, but a small chat would have been nice.

We chose this apartment for a longer stay during our round trip and for this it was perfect. We chilled a day, did some day trips and were incredibly lucky to see the northern lights during our stay. For this purpose, the two rooms, facilities, kitchen and especy the washing machine and dryer were perfect. The kitchen had everything one would need for general cooking. In addition, we were happy with the winter service for our parking space. A little icy but perfectly easy to use

We utilise the apartment for for night with two people, but if you would use it for four people the space in the bedrooms may be a little tight for all larger bags. The biggest issue was that you could hear the others in apartment a. Most nights it wasn't much more than a bit of noise, but one night it was quite a boisterous group of people. Pack some earplugs and it should be okay.

Washer and dryer available, cozy space with a great kitchen. The extra supplies provided such as paper towels and coffee were so nice to have. Loved the shower.

When there was no wind/air flow, the apartment tended to get very hot. Made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. However, we are used to AC and I am sure it would be nice to those used to sleeping without a fan.

The location is good with a nice view, cosy and comfortable accommodation. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Super place with wonderful view (binoculars available) and close to Akureyri by car. Very nice apartment we liked to stay there and explore around. Very friendly owners I hope you will finish your RX-8 soon;-) and you were right Asbyrgi was nice place to see

Flies still comming to apartment somehow. Thin walls so you can hear neighbours from apartment A or if they are using washingmachine or dryer on hall it can be disturbing.

The apartment is totally new, amazing quality throughout and the position is stunning
