Great place with a good view and good location close to activities and the bike path and lake. Spacious property would recommend and stay again. Only 2 issues, one it was on the 3rd floor so it was a bit of a walk up and down stairs (but that is my issue more then the rentals) and 2 the shower wasn't draining well and I fixed that by removing the huge wad of hair from the drain. Something the cleaning crew wouldn't know to check, but something the owner might want to do check annually.

Great Location with easy access to Lake Dillion Marina, Amphitheater, and Bicycle Paths. The 20 mile bike ride around the lake is awesome. Several places to eat within walking distance.

The kitchen was also well-stocked with cooking utensils and very functional. The location was great in terms of being on Lake Dillon, granted with a side view of the lake, but very centrally located with respect to Keystone, as well as restaurants and shopping in Dillon and Silverthorne. The only downside is that the unit is on the 3rd floor, so if you're coming from sea level - it will take some time to get used to walking up the 3 flights of stairs - especially when carrying things. All-in-all, though, a very nice unit.

Parking is a bit of a pain though, only 2 spots available and there's no offsite available nearby. Also there was fire wood but no kindling, so be sure to bring some. Other than that the hot tub and pool facilities were great and check-in was easy. It's pricey for what you get, but so is everything in that area.

The condo is in a great location for walking to restaurants and the reservoir and has a nice set up for cooking, games, and relaxing on the patio. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Great location, close to all things Dillon. This was a summer trip to the Dillon Amphitheater. We love Dillon in the summer! While the view isn't square to the lake, it is a bay view- it is nice and we love the private balcony. I would stay here again for sure!

The kitchen and living area are comfortable, but the thermostats were set at 50 degrees (we were there in March), so very chilly and only one of the three baseboard heaters worked in that area worked, so had to crank up that thermostat. Meanwhile, we had to set the thermostat for the foyer/coat hook area on the low side to avoid melting the shoes we had placed under the bench. Also, the place could use a good deep cleaning; lots of dust and crud accumulated in the corners of the main bedroom (didn’t use the other BR, so not sure what that one is like). Most of all, though, we would have been much more comfortable if there hadn’t been an extra twin bed in the main bedroom; we knew it was there, but the crowding it creates in that room was worse than anticipated and really annoying.

Had everything we needed for a long term rental. Fully stocked kitchen & lots of extra towels & linens. Coming from sea level, the 3 flights of stairs were a little tough the first few days, but we adjusted quickly to the altitude.

We loved out stay in Dillon, good spot close to several restaurants and a couple of bars.

Not much of a view, but the App made checkin and checkout a breeze.

This condo is perfect. It has a great view of Lake Dillon, is beautifully furnished and so clean. The condo was more than comfortable for all of us kids and grandkids included. We walked to the farmers market.enjoyed a free concert at the amphitheater and had many restaurants within walking distance. Awesome weekend and an awesome condo!

Location is great for skiing any local mountain. The only downfall is the 3 flights up at the end of the day after skiing but the value makes it well worth it! Thanks for the chance to stay!

This condo was perfect for my family of 6. The teenagers had their own space in the 2nd bedroom. My youngest slept in the twin bed in the master and my 9yr old slept on the sofa (he loved it!). The condo is on the 3rd level and there is no elevator so be prepared to climb some stairs. The covered parking was nice especially because it did snow while we were there. The condo is very close to restaurants and the grocery store as well as the main highways, which made getting from place to place a breeze. We love coming to Dillon in the winter and would stay at this condo again. Thank you!

Comfortable property in a great location, near stores, restaurants, and a quick drive to the mountains. Clean and well stocked, with plenty of towels and kitchen accessories. Enjoyed the fire place.

This place was perfect for our needs during a ski trip to Colorado. The house was nicely equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Started coming to Colorado for skiing a couple years ago with a group, first time going to Dillon and we will for sure be back. The location was awesome, the condo was very nice with plenty of seating and a nice fireplace as well.

Wonderful location! Close to restaurants, park & marina. Condo was clean and well maintained. Good communication with management. Highly recommend!

This was our first trip to the Rockies for skiing, snow tubing, and sledding. This condo offers the perfect location with access to ski resorts and Loveland pass within a 10 - 20 minute drive. Loved that it included a designated covered parking spot that was able to accommodate our 15 passenger van. We were a group of 6, which included senior citizens and elementary age children. The senior citizens enjoyed the sauna and hot tub at the club house. The children enjoyed the Dillon Marina park, which is an 10 minute walk from the condo. There is a nice walking path right next to the condo that goes around the lake. Arapahoe cafe and pub is 15 minute walk away and offers a wonderful breakfast, lunch, dinner and unique drinks. We enjoyed the fireplace, with plenty of available firewood. The PM, James Adams, came to meet us in the pouring snow to make sure we found on our way on our first night checking in. James was very kind and responsive to all our needs. The digital key is nice because it allowed different members of our group to come and go without worrying about exchanging keys. It was nice to be able to do laundry (located it the same building, coin operated machines). It was nice to be able to cook in the kitchen. We NEVER ran out of hot water for the showers. Beds were comfortable. Condo was clean and did not have any funny smells. Lots of closet and drawer space available. Recommended delivery food places are Jersey Boys and JJ Chinese Cuisine. The only hard part is that the condo is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. Be prepared to walk up 6 flights of stairs every time you want to go back to the condo.

The property was just as advertised. The beds were comfortable and I really appreciated the extra towels, a Crock-Pot, 2-car protected parking, coffee filters and some of those little extras that many times aren't there. Only negative is that the unit was on the 3rd floor, but that negative was offset by a very fair and reasonable price. Would definitely rebook.
