Loved our stay. Ocean front and next to Kaibo restaurant where we enjoyed several meals and cocktails. The condo was so well stocked from towels and coolers for our time on the beach, to the kitchen. So many rentals are stripped down to only the bare essentials, while Korner Kai was well stocked throughout. Including basic spices so you could actually prepare a few meals. Host suggested we order groceries to be delivered upon our arrival which was a great suggestion. Would absolutely stay here again when returning and choosing the quiet and more affordable side of the island.

This is the perfect place on the quieter side of the island. You are close to Starfish Point, Rum Point, and the Bioluminescent Bay. You've got a couple local restaurants at Rum Point and Kaibo with fresh coffee just a quick walk down the beach. I would highly recommend this location and unit. We'll be back.

The condo was really nice, furnished and equipped very well. We had a great family vacation, myself, spouse and two teen kids. Communication and check-in with property manager was great. Super nice stay in Grand Cayman.

This was our first time staying on the north side of the island, and the condo was just perfect for us. It was nestled in a quiet, private area with waterfront ocean access. It was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything our family needed! The communication was easy and quick with any questions we had! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay! I loved the patio area and that it was screened in providing protection from the mosquitos! Would definitely stay again!!

Excellent location away from the crowds yet still convenient to many attractions. Starfish point is close enough to access by kayak. The pick up point at Kaibo for boat excursions is a few minutes by foot. The pool was clean and in good condition. The condo had everything we needed for the week!

We loved how relaxing this part of the island was. We ate at Kaibo everyday and enjoyed rum point. Golf was great at North Sound. Deep sea fushing was fun but only caught 4 tuna

My family came down to visit Grand Cayman and decided to stay at Cayman Kai. It was my wife and I visiting with our girls that are 4 and 6. It was an amazing vacation. The condo worked great for us. It had everything that we needed, plenty of towels, beach toys, chairs, books, and games. The two beds for the kids room was very nice. We were so happy to have two rooms and plenty of space. The complex was not very busy at all. We had many morning with the pool to ourselves. We would wake up and walk the beach to look for starfish. We would also look for fish from the docks. We didn’t swim in the ocean much in front of the condo but we were in the pool a lot. This side of the island was much quieter and very relaxed. We did make the drive to seven mile beach many days as it is just beautiful there. But the leave at Cayman Kai was worth it. We were not huge fans of the Kaibo Yacht Club for food next door. It was very expensive and food was just OK. On this side of the island we really enjoyed Tukka, Over the Edge and the Caboose. We found the Caboose restaurant at the end of our trip but wish we would have found it earlier. Not fancy by any means but great local food. Get the coconut curry grouper. Starfish point is a short walk or drive to watch the sunset and relax in beautiful water. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. Thanks so much!

Our stay at Korner Kai was wonderful. The condo is very well appointed and had everything our family needed during our stay- a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs and an umbrella, coolers, and books and games. The condo was very clean. Our balcony overlooked the small but beautiful beach and it was an easy walk right outside our door to the beach area and community pool. There were always enough beach chairs available. The property manager Melinda was very communicative and accessible. There is not much going on on this side of the island, especially with the Rum Point restaurants being closed, so I would suggest renting a car to be able to easily explore the rest of the island. That being said, it is possible to book excursions that pick you up at the dock right in front of the property, and there is a beach restaurant and coffee shop right next door.

The condo was large and had everything we needed to have a great stay. The kitchen was fully equipped which was wonderful since we cooked everyday. I loved sitting on the screened in porch drinking my coffee in the morning. We had access to a canoe which the boys used to paddle over to Bioluminesense Bay. The property was well kept and staff responded quickly to our questions. Easy check in was a plus.

2 bdrm condo with great sun porch. Enjoyed walking around area to eat, for dining at Kaibo, and out to starfish point for sunsets. Condo could use some updating but as a place to just leave your things and sleep it was great.

Nice quiet side of the island. The condo was very clean and had most things available to us. It was just the little things that prevents us from giving a full 5 stars such as only 3 beach towels, cooler zipper rusted and unusable, very dull knives, second bedroom dvd use only, tv remotes didn’t work. Like I said, it was just the little things, but nothing to ruin our vacation. We all had a wonderful time and would stay here again! If we could give a 4 and half star rating, we would.

A great place to stay for an enjoyable experience in Grand Cayman. Close to Rum Point and right beside the Kaibo (a great restaurant that I have been going to for many years). The host is very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to our return in the near future.

The owner has clearly put a lot of thought into stocking the unit with anything you might need from cookware to beach chairs, cooler, etc. The views from the deck and master bedroom are fantastic especially at sunset. The yacht club, which is set in the middle of the buildings serves good food and drink but is a bit expensive. The sand and swimming right off the condo aren't like seven mile beach but will work for a quick dip or kayaking, etc. Rum Point Beach is a one minute drive and was absolutely fantastic. It has areas that are shaded from sun by palm trees, free beach chairs, several bars, good food, volleyball and other water activities if you want to pay. The beaches are mostly sand with some vegetation at the bottom. The only negative to this unit may be location depending on your circumstances. Nothing on the island compares to the water and beaches of Seven Mile Beach. Plan on a good 45 minutes to an hour drive or a fairly pricey water shuttle from the yacht club, which will put you on a schedule. We drove to seven mile five days and weren't bothered by it. Popping in a couple stops along the way made it even easier. At Smith's Barcadere we snorkled with thousands of fish only twenty feet off shore. At Spott's Beach we swam with a huge sea turtle in the wild. I could go on and on about our experiences here but don't miss those two. Thanks to the owner for meeting our expectations and I'm sure we'll be back to the island.

The condo was fabulous and the kitchen was stocked with all the appropriate utensils which made cooking easy. The kayak and beach toys were great. The only complaint I would have was the mattress in the master, but this was very minor compared to the rest of the condo. We would definitely stay again!! The condo was very clean. The condo space is what we expected as far as size and rooms. It could use some deep cleaning (dirt, marks on walls, holes where toilet paper holder was previously.) Overall, generally clean and nice. The screened in balcony was nice. Yet, where this condo is located it was walled in on three sides preventing any breeze from coming through. The kitchen was stocked with plates, silverware, and appliances. There was some salt/pepper there, but nothing else. FYI: You need to bring any oil, butter, spices, condiments, etc. Wife was having problems the last day/early morning when we were there. It was late/early and we didn't call owners.

Only steps away from Kaibo Yacht club which has excellent food. Short drive to Rum Point. Very laid back atmosphere.

It is away from the busy 7 mile beach and the traffic. It is 45 min to 1 hr away from the airport but it is worth the distance. Great snorkeling places at rum point and we saw everything that you could see on a paid snorkeling trip (which we also took). We would stay there again if we came back to the island.

Great place and location to stay while on Grand Cayman. Beach club next door. Rental car is a must as this location isn’t near restaurants or stores. If you are looking for relaxation and stunning views this is the place. Much wildlife as well. Starfish literally 50 yards from patio everyday.

Our family of four loved this condo complex. The drive in from the airport to this peaceful beautiful district was a happy surprise. We loved our choice of staying in this area with a rental car. We explored all of the island and had such fun discovering stops like the blow holes the lighthouse 7 mile of course and Georgetown and up to hell lol. If we had stayed on 7 mile we probably wouldn't have seen near as much. Loved the botanical gardens and st Pedro's castle. This is the most low key relaxed condo complex and had everything we needed and more. No stress! Easy dinners right out the door on the beach at the yacht club Perfect vacation. Only regret was the beautiful full moon didn't let us explore the bio bay. Maybe next time.

Really clean, modern condo which was perfect for my family of 4. We spent a lot of time on the screened patio. Good fishing off the dock. Really close to Rum Point and Starfish point. Nice pool which is walking distance to Kaibo Beach Bar for some cold drinks. We'll be back. Thx!
