Property is very clean and well appointed. Furnishings are very comfortable. Access to a garage is a bonus!

Duplex is nicely located for skiing in Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon Ski resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton, etc). The owners were very good to work with. The is a detached garage to park your car. Three nice size bedrooms with 2 full baths. Owners were very responsive. With a large snowstorm, they were over the next day clearing snow from the sidewalk and driveway. We had a minor issue getting one of the stove burners to stay lit and the owner took a look at it as soon as we mentioned it. My only problem, which turned out not to be a problem, was that the owner misplaced my rental agreement and thought I had not sent it in. I resent the agreement with her original confirmation of receipt and everything was fine. Overall, I would recommend this property for a ski vacation. You will not regret renting this property. One other note, not a fault of this property. With large snowfalls, big and little cottonwood canyons close for avalanche mitigation. Traffic in the canyons can get heavy. Leave early on good snow days and check the canyon road status at udot.com.

Small townhouse which has been nicely renovated. Very clean with comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked though the stove and oven are a little difficult to use. This wasn’t much of an issue as aside from one dinner and breakfasts, we didn’t cook much but for someone wanting to cook more meals there, that might be an issue. We’d planned to ski at Snowbird and Park City and the location was centrally located for this. Only 20 minutes to Snowbird and 35 minutes to Park City. Worked well for our father/ adult son trip but might be too small for a group more than 4 despite 3 bedrooms as there’s limited space to eat meals and only 2 smaller bathrooms.

Beautifully decorated, immaculate, cozy condo in Sandy. Close to ski resorts, highway, shopping. Beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows, high quality linens. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners are very nice & respond quickly to questions. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!!

Stayed for a girls getaway. Location was close to everything we wanted! Extremely clean. Communication was excellent. We needed help lighting the fireplace and he was there within 15 minutes! Thanks! We really enjoyed our stay.

Marzena and Greg's place has everything you need for a great ski vacation. Comfortable place with nice bedrooms/bathrooms, large garage for ski equipment, new appliances in the kitchen, huge TV over the fireplace. The location is great for easy access to either Big or Little Cottonwood Canyons, and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. 15 minutes to downtown Salt Lake, 20 to SLC airport. The owners are very helpful and available. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Nice property with well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed that were some stAples left by previous guests and we did the same. It would have been helpful if final info had Marzena’s contact info and name as part of the document rather than coming in as a text from a phone number. Owners were available but did not seem to understand why we had some issues getting into unit past midnight due to travel delays. They were, however, lovely to deal with.

Very clean, 35 minutes from all ski resorts. Excellent choice for skiing.

We enjoyed staying at this Sandy home for our ski trip to Utah. It was quick to Snowbird and Alta and not bad to Deer Valley and Brighton. Sandy also has some good food and everything you need (vs. near Snowbird where there seems to be very little). The only thing that was not clear was that the third bedroom is in the basement and kind of warm (next to furnace) . Also, the oven does not stay on and is a gas oven which is a little scary - as we struggled to make nachoes and risked blowing up the neighborhood. Nonetheless, I would recommend the place and the service was great from the owners.

The stay was great. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a minor issue with the heat, which they took care of immediately. Hosts were very responsive.

Our family visited Utah for Thanksgiving and we needed a place with a good kitchen in case we needed to cook part of the meal for our extended-family get together. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, towels were glorious (our adult son's comment), and the kitchen was well-equipped. We had privacy in the master suite on the lower floor, while the adult kids had rooms and a shared bath on the upper floor. We were able to park in the garage, and felt like it was a convenient location, since we were visiting people in Mill Creek, West Valley, Downtown SLC and Pleasant Grove. The backyard was cute, and we would have hung out there, but it was too cold. Another time!

We were really happy with the amenities provided by this property….great beds, very well stocked, TV worked great. Super easy to connect with the landlord. And the only very minor complaint would be about the bar stools….they were a bit precarious to sit on. Not a big deal, thought I would mention for future. We enjoined the property immensely. I wish we could have enjoyed the backyard, but weather didn’t permit. Thank you

Marzena and Greg are wonderful hosts and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The house looked exactly like the photos and were stocked with extra toiletries and plenty of towels. The kitchen had all the appliances I needed to cook and we even used the backyard grill and firepit. Marzena and Greg were so responsive in messaging and promptly helped us when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. They also came to light the fireplace for us which was a cozy addition. The garage was very useful. I highly recommend staying here! It's close to many stores and hiking areas such as the trails at Hidden Valley. Just make sure you're able to easily walk up and down the stairs because the main floor has the kitchen and living room and the bedrooms and bathrooms are on other floors.

We were very comfortable there.

The property was very nice. The owner checked in with a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Appliances are modern. Beds are comfortable. We will stay there again on our next trip.

We had a wonderful vacation hiking in the mountains outside the city. It was a 30-45 drive.

Great hideaway. Clean and very well equipped. Three comfortable bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen. Small but nice backyard. The only negative was the Internet service was quite slow.

super clean and spotless, well equipped kitchen with new appliances made it easy to cook in. everything was great: towels, linens, amenities, bathrooms, heating and cooling. owners were also great - accessible when we had questions. location is convenient to ski areas, groceries and restaurants. definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Marzena is so far the BEST host we ever had❤️ Everything is so perfectly organized and clean, with small touches for your convince that you really feel they want you to enjoy your stay to the maximum. I never felt like that anywhere else we stayed. Their house welcomes you with lots of love, warmth and artistic creativity 😍� Location - you can't beat it if you are skiing Alta, Snowbird or Solitude. Super close and convinient, even for grocery shopping - everything is there! Neighborhood is super quiet yet close to everything. All the amenities in the house were working perfectly, which is rare to see. Kitchen is fully functional and beautiful, I really enjoyed cooking. Bathrooms are exceptional! Beds are cozy and inviting! Love, love, love the fur touches throughout the house ❤️ We will definitely consider coming back in the future!
