It's located in a gated community that is very quiet and feels very safe. The house itself has plenty of rooms for everyone, and was very clean and well stocked. The pool, hot tub, firepit and backyard were fabulous!We rented the house for a girls weekend, and it was perfect. Everyone got their own room with minimal bathroom sharing. We had to call the property manager a few times (ran out of toilet paper, couldn't figure out the pool heating) and they were incredibly responsive. I was impressed!I would absolutely come back again!

Stayed here for our 3rd time and had an awesome weekend with family. Property and surrounding neighborhood is truly one of a kind. House has plenty of room for big groups and backyard pool and jacuzzi is really amazing. 👌

The home was beautiful and spacious. The outdoor pool area was very nice. There was 9 of us staying at the home and it never felt crowded. So much room inside and out. Would definitely stay here again if needed. Steve, with the managment company, was very responsive when needed.

The property was well-maintained, and the property managers easy to work with and responsive to questions. It was a lovely place to spend with 2 sisters, 2 brothers and spouses.

The property was in an excellent location. The check in process was well organised and easily accomplished. The house was not very clean. Closets were dusty and clearly not cleaned. We had a bad ant problem. Simple amenities were not available such as bathroom cleaning supplies. The garage was filthy. I would probably not stay at this property again. Property manager did respond quickly.

It was our own fault for not taking photos, but we got dinged for a stain that was already on the carpet, but not a problem, just recommending taking your own photos upon arrival. There were parties next door every night, but we felt completely private and had an excellent time! We will request to stay again.

House was pretty clean, considering it seems to be rented all the time. It isn't "fully stocked" with cooking items and we ran out of trash bags before departure. Also, only 2 of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, which was a little disappointing. But overall, nice place. The speakers in the house don't work (or aren't hooked up, so if you want music - bring your own device.) I have rented with Royale several times and they are a great company - I recommend.

Unit had extra pillows/blankets. No complaints really except the property did not have 4.5 or 5 bathrooms as listed. It had 4 total (2 full and 2 3/4 bathrooms - locations: one in master, one in a bedroom, one near the garage entrance, one in the hallway near bedrooms. The stove would not light unless you used a lighter and we could not find the ping pong table. Overall a very nice home to spend your getaway.

We have stayed in about a dozen homes in this area. This house needs some TLC. The living room tv, is set to the highest volume and can’t lower. The tv in the backyard patio does not work. The lamp in the master bedroom doesn’t work. There was dry dog poop in one of the bedroom closets. The swimming pool seems cloudy and dirty. Don’t know if the filtration system was working properly. Lastly upon arrival. We noticed one of the bathroom sinks was about to overflow. We have pics. Luckily we got there right before it spilled out of the sink. Water was dripping from faucet. It may not hurt to clean the carpet and rugs. They’re very dirty.

My girlfriends and I just stayed for a couple nights and it was fantastic. The seating areas were large enough everywhere for the group and the property was clean. I do wish the pool was a little bigger though. There were a couple issues that came up during the stay but the property manager was on it and resolved them quickly. We hope to stay again in the future!

Huge living space and the bedrooms were located in the back. VERY compfortable, and all appliances and TV's worked. The property mgmt. team were awesome. Our family of seven adults and 3 children had a wonderful time at this property. It's stocked with everything you will need. It's a very good dog friendly property with a side grass area and a side sand area. Parking for six on the property. Pool and spa are great. Living room is very comfortable. Kitchen has everything we needed. We highly recommend this property and we will be back.
