This location and property location is one of the best in the Poconos region. It has the perfect balance of being isolated to enjoy the surrounding nature and time with family and friends, while also being close enough to town and entertainment around the lake. This house had everything that the family needed to have a worry-free vacation. You wake up every day in awe of how impressive this house is, and the views out of the balcony windows are captivating. We thank this property owner for sharing this great family-friendly place! We will be looking forward to coming back here again!

Beautiful, clean, spacious home. Everything as advertised, but even better. Hope to return annually if/when this property is available.

The owners are friendly and very responsive to communications. Overall, our group had a great time. Pros: + Great gathering spaces + Plenty of TVs + Clean, functioning Hot Tub + Plenty of parking + Beautiful home Cons: - Walkways were not adequately shoved and salted. - Fireplace worked, but we struggled with it. Igniter mechanism is faulty. - One bed was horrible. Box spring and support rails were broken. Maintenance men tried to fix it, but it was still not good. - A few mattresses need to be replaced. - Musty smell in downstairs rec room. Water issues? - Door to the deck doesn't close properly. - Sound system throughout house didn't work work us. - Maintenance guy showed up late (11pm) unannounced on first night. On 2nd day, he showed up 4 hours later than he said he would - again, late at night. Not cool. - More towels for guests - More 'septic friendly' toilet paper - More cleaning products Would rent again *IF* the above cons were addressed.

We had several families stay for the weekend and it was a beautiful house in a great location. There were plenty of large spaces for the kids and adults to hang out, and it was clean and had gorgeous outdoor areas as well. Great, spacious place to stay in the Poconos!

This house was big enough for our whole group. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms.

My family stayed here for our second annual cousins weekend. We were ages from 60-18. There was more than enough space for all of us in total I believe it was 28 staying with an additional 2 coming up for the day. Lots to do in the area with big boulder and split rock few minutes away and premium outlets about 40 minutes away. It was a pleasure communicating with Emily. My family will definitely be back to stay at this property

We stayed here over New Years with a large group. The house was clean and spacious, warm and cozy. Owners were very responsive and solved our small questions right away. Nice warm hot tub and fire pit area, extra large BBQ and big living area with multiple TVs. Easy to set the kids up in the basement area and relax with the adults and cook up some fun meals. All of us fit nicely late on NYE to watch the ball drop. We loved our visit, went for a nice hike and did some other activities in town. Looking forward to coming back!

We had the absolute best time! Beautiful home and plenty of room. The location was perfect for hiking and relaxing. This house was stunning. Owners were very responsive. Easily accessible and clear directions for arrival/cleanup. Could use some updating- we had some issues with it not being cleaned after a prior guest who clearly had a bday party event. Balloons on ceiling and in the outdoor trees. Maybe put some outdoor lights by the hot tub/fire pit.

The property is very accommodating of large groups with ample sleeping arrangements, lots of space to eat either inside or out, and great amenities like a fire pit, pool table, video game, and many large tv's. The location, near the lake, is an added bonus. We'd definitely stay there again.

The property was immaculate and in a very nice area. Everything inside worked perfectly however we did have a little trouble getting the barbecue started. But over all it was a very positive experience. More room then we actually needed.

Awesome property!

We had a wonderful time in Lake Harmony. The house was a perfect size and layout for our group. The kids LOVED being visited by deer each day, and we particularly liked the big dining table and the big table on the deck for family meals.

House fit us comfortably and had everything we needed. Location was excellent.

pro- plenty of room for multi aged groups activities floor plan easy to navigate by all ages. Had inside focus due to rainy weather. Games equipment in great shape. Con- a set of blinds bent making lowering them difficult. One bathrm shower not function. Ice maker not working. Ref shelves missing- hard for large storage. All were solved by ingenuity. Great vacation spot.

Pro’s- This is a very nice home. It’s big with a lot of space for friends and family to fit with no problems. Beds, and bedrooms are very nice. Table is big. Plenty of space to spread out. It’s very close to food and Ski slopes. Plenty of parking spots. Cons- plan on spending almost double per night for a short stay when you include both VRBO fee’s and the owners cleaning fee. The bedroom by the kitchen smelled horrible. The room was not usable. I’m only mentioning this because I’ve seen it in other reviews for this home so the problem was not fixed. It was ok for us because we didn’t need to use all the rooms but if we did it would have been unbearable.

The process was quick the bedrooms and restrooms accommodated all of us(28) well the property was clean and well taken care of . I had no problems reach the owner with any questions or help.

The property was how it appeared in the photos and it was big. The property manager was very communicative. What I was surprised by was how basic the offering was. We had to provide our own toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags etc. we were charged an additional $240 for linens (towels and sheets). Also, even though we had paid a cleaning fee we were expected to strip our beds, vacuum, take out the trash, clean our bathrooms etc. We had rented 3 large houses in the area at the same time and this was the only property that had these additional fees and it was also the most expensive.

We had 29 people stay here very comfortably for a ski weekend retreat. It’s hard to find a house large enough to accommodate a group that size but this house was big enough for us! The kitchen/lounge area is massive so even meals don’t feel cramped. We will be staying here again if we have a group this size!

Property was as advertised. Large house right in the middle of Lake Harmony. Check In was straightforward. Upon arrival hot tub was not working but owner handled right away and it was fixed. Good communication. Nice home near a lot of Pocono activities.

This is our second time staying at this property. It is beautiful with plenty of room for our group of 22. Location is perfect and close to all the restaurants in town. Checking in and out is easy. Definitely would recommend staying here.
