Loved the location of this property. Close to downtown and OCC. Check in was easy, property was very clean and the beds were soooo comfortable. A few personal preferences of note: shower pressure was soft but very quiet. Never heard the shower when in use by others. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms much appreciated. Several oscillating fans are available. The temperature on the top floor is warmer than rest of the property. But the window view is worth it. And it’s not often you find a property with two queen beds in one room.

Beautiful upstairs duplex with a great location! The area was quiet at night with a pretty view of the mountains. Centrally located for both Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. We spent the week checking out all the area activities and it was so nice to come back to a home, instead of a hotel. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels and soaps for our group. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay in Colorado. First time visiting Colorado Springs The views from this home were great. The children enjoyed the stay. Cozy enough for all 5 of us.

This is a nice, clean property with a beautiful view of the mountains, lots of windows! The management company was very responsive to the questions i had before checking in. The only drawback is no laundry available. Overall it was a nice stay.

Check in was clunky as I expected all the check-in information to be in the app. Apparently, I received an email from property management company. A quick call to VRBO and a couple texts to the company got us in. However, it was dark and whereas a light was over the B unit, our A unit was dark and we drug our bags up 2 small flights of stairs. The first set of stairs had no railing. More about that later. There were a lot more stairs inside the property. Eight from the landing, and six more up to the living area. Let's get back to the outside stairs. Not a problem with out without a railing, but once it began to snow the stairs became treacherous and dangerous. No shovel was offered, and soon the outdoor stairs were covered with not only snow, but ice. I've stayed in other snowy areas and a shovel was provided. The unit was probably the least equipped we've stayed at. While I don't expect a full fridge, etc., but it would have been nice to at least have one day's worth of coffee. None provided. Only salt and pepper were provided. Once again this is unusual for this type of rental. Missing were foil, Saran wrap or plastic bags. TV hookup was clumsy and time-consuming. This rental is good for sleeping, but if you plan on living in the unit then look elsewhere.

The Overlook was perfect for our family! This location was clean, in a quite neighborhood and close to many attractions! We will be staying again!

This was the perfect spot to stay while my daughter competed at the U.S. Olympic Training Facility. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, AMAZING views, and spacious enough for the 3 of us. Absolutely will book here again if we get the opportunity! Lots of great places and things to do near by and so appreciated the recommendations from the owners. Thank you for sharing this great space with us!! It made for a wonderful first trip to Colorado!

Beautiful place that exceeded our expectations! Very clean and roomy for 3 adults, 2 BR, 1 BA. The best part was beautiful view of the mountains.

This unit was lovely. It was the small details that made this place so nice. Stocked with all we needed to start our trip. It was clean and tidy, and the view of the mountains was incredible. The area was quiet and easy access to all we needed.

The location was great - so close to everything we wanted to do, and it was so quiet! Everything was clean and well maintained would stay again for sure!

We loved that this property is located near downtown Colorado Springs where there are several amazing restaurants. Our favorites on Tejon Street are Zocalo (tacos), Garden of the Gods (cafe), and Frozen Gold (ice cream). The property is also in close proximity Garden of the Gods, which we adore. We also appreciated the ease in which we could drive to other cities like Manitou Springs and Cañon. We would recommend this property to those who want to enjoy the abundance of sites to explore in and around Colorado Springs. We had a comfortable stay.

The place was very clean and location was great. The mountain views were gorgeous and we saw some elk and dear on our property. The only problem we had was getting up the steps to the door and in the back going to laundry. It is not for the elderly or handicap accessible. The bathroom needs to be upgraded, and you had to go down the stairs to turn on the lights in the livingroom and dining area. It was great to have a garage!

This house was great for us. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Most days we were out sight seeing, however we did have a rainy afternoon that kept us indoors; hanging out at the house worked out well.

We had 5 people in our group and this little gem had plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the mountain views in the morning, as we were preparing for the days events...and at night we enjoyed the comfortable beds, as we were exhausted from the full day of activities. This property is very close to town and a quick trip to Walmart, Target, the gas station, etc. Thank you to Ellen and Mark for letting us stay at their property during an amazing trip!!

Was a great place to relax for a girls weekend. Close to the hot spots.

The view will never be equaled by an online photo. The home welcoming and ideal for 4 adults. Beds very comfortable. Everything in this home worked well and the location to all the main attractions near Colorado Springs is 20 minutes or less, including the airport. Thank you for a piece of Heaven. God willing, we will be back.

Super nice property perfect view of the mountains and city

What a nice place in Co Springs (Old City Colorado). Great location to food and drink, strong Wi-Fi, wonderful bay window views, and comfortable beds....what more could you ask for?

We rented this property because of the location to the Pinery right next door. That was the main reason, but it also was so convenient for our family to enjoy exploring the area. It is just minutes away from pretty much everything anyone wanted to do. The check in process was very clear and easy. We had no issues while staying there and didn't need to contact the property owners. The rooms and kitchen were clean and cozy. Comfortable beds, lots of closet space and a great view of the mountains. The property had just enough room, so we did not feel crowded while staying there. This was our first time doing this and not staying in a hotel and I would recommend it to anyone.

A perfect location! We were in town to attend a wedding at a church in the Old North End and reception at The Pinery, which was right next door. Couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable stay!

I enjoyed how they provided us information to do around in a binder! It was very helpful when deciding what to do. We all had a lot of fun.

I really enjoyed my time here. The location is convenient and easy access. I would suggest TV in the bedrooms. Other than that, great place! I would come back!

Amazing rental with large windows to take in the the lovely views of Colorado Springs! The house was exceptionally clean with great beds/bedding, plenty of towels and comfortable furniture. We especially loved the layout giving us space to gather or have individual downtime. Location was great for our needs and easy to find. Check-in and out was slick; we had no need to contact owners/management due to thorough instructions sent beforehand. I highly recommend this VRBO rental. Thank you for the great stay!

Our stay was great! The location is very close to all the major destinations in Colorado Springs. We loved the view from the living room windows!!

The only thing I would say is that they need a new couch

The unit was perfect for me and my 3 daughters. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and had nice linens. Location was great - 10 minute drive to restaurants and hiking trails.

It was perfect for our needs. Pleas more there is another unit below you that could have a person staying there..also the laundry is shared with the other unit.
