Hôtel est idéalement situé sur l’île et à l’entrée de la rue des restaurants mais au calme. La gentillesse de l’accueil.

La propreté : A notre arrivée le sol était très sale. Nous avons demandé à ce que quelqu’un vienne nettoyer la chambre mais ils ne passent pas la serpillière et nos pieds étaient sales pendant 3 jours. Le dernier jour la chambre n’a pas été faite. Les joints de la salle de bain ne sont pas toute fraîcheur. Pour le prix on peut s’attendre à mieux niveau propreté.

The shower. It was the spray type. Was either too misty or close up too hard that it hurt. For our room anyway. Also didn’t drain properly….. Rooms only made if requested.

Prix un peu élevé On a fait laver des affaires, mais on a payé beaucoup plus que le prix annoncé.

I wish they had a ride provided or available from the airport to the resort even if there is a cost.

The room was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view of the water. The pool is the selling point of the hotel as it faces right onto the water. Lovely rooftop bar. Great location and within walking distance to many great bars, restaurants and tours.

A lack of deckchairs sometimes made it difficult during the middle of the day, people often reserved chairs with towels and disappeared. We also found there were no pool towels on one of the days.

The location was amazing! It was close to the town, easy to walk to restaurants, beach, etc. The pool was very nice with a beautiful view. The staff was very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The floors in the room were not very clean the entire time we stayed there, even though we got our room cleaned each day. Our room was facing construction and we were woken up early everyday because of it.

The place is clean and breakfast is excellent. Hotel staffs are also very accommodating.

Quiet, food choices are excellent, location is great and all the staff were very nice.

I loved the location! We had a bungalow by the pool with an ocean view. The staff was excellent, extremely helpful, and very accommodating. I like that it was away from the hustle and bustle of El Nido town, but close enough to walk there on the streets or on the beach. The breakfast that was included had a nice variety each day. And we had the best massages.

The bungalows can be updated a bit and it would be much nicer, but had all the basic necessities.

Staffs are accomodating and the place is peaceful.

Hotel in ottima posizione, direttamente sulla spiaggia. Lo staff era molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno aiutato in ogni richiesta ed erano disponibili diversi servizi come ad esempio la lavanderia o il trasferimento per Puerto Princesa. Sia la struttura che le camere sono molto belle, moderne e spaziose. La vista dalla nostra camera era strepitosa

Beautiful views from the beach and pool. Excellent location far enough away from the noise of El Nido, but close to walk to all the restaurants. very helpful staff.

Bed in poolside villa too hard for us but staff added a topper so resolved well!

We were two couples travelling together and found the property suitable for a romantic stay. Great location - a short drive from both the port and the airport. Next to all restaurants and nightlife in El Nido. You can arrange tours and activities from the hotel’s reception who are always happy to help. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool had a fantastic view. The pool is small but when you’re in El Nido you’ll probably want to tour to all the beautiful beaches instead of staying by the pool, so for us it was not a problem. Massage services available in the garden- we didn’t use them but they seemed lovely. Good breakfast selection - a mix of Asian and European cuisine (buffet style).

Bathroom was dirty when we checked in- lots of dust and dirt on the floor. AC was not very strong which I didn’t mind but people who like a cool bedroom may find it insufficient.

Room was spacious and clean, even it was smelly in bathroom. The location from the heart on everything was walkable.

Breakfast was poor so limited choices, pool was closed for renovation and a lot of ants by the area. I got bit by some insect during the nights so whole body got covered with red dots and itchy blisters. Horrible looking and so uncomfy.

Room was clean and accesible to the beach. Staff were professional and helpful. This resort was only a 5 mins walk from all attraction meet-up.

AMAZING LOCATION, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT BREAKFAST

The establishment was very nice and it was great having the pool in front of the beach. The room was clean but the shower was not good, there was an Italian douche that was working but the other movable souche was not working and was dirty. The hot water came very slowly and we had to wait about 30mn with running water in order for the hot water to come. And it was very difficult to adjust the hot water either it was very hot or very cold. The bed was very comfortable and the view was great. The nature was great and very well maintained.

We did not like the attitude of the staff especially the staff at reception. Some of the staff on reception did not say hello or goodbye and when we asked some questions we had brief answers of yes or no without smile or anything else. The night staff were often on their phones on reception and we were not asked the question of everything was ok or if we needed anything for our comfort. One day the toilet got stuck and water was almost flooding from the toilet and when we said that to reception they said that we should have not thrown toilet paper in the toilet but we did not know that because there was no sign of this rule and nobody told us that before. One of the douches was not working and we waited for 30 minutes with running water in the shower in order for the hot water to come. It was very difficult to adjust the hot water, either it was too hot or too cold. If front of the terrasse (it was a part of the terrasse) there was the water drainage where the water was stocked and the water was green like a swamp which was not good at all and it caused that more mosquitos came to the terrasse and entered the room because of this stocked green swamp water.

The property was located at the edge of the town area, so it was quiet, yet an easy walk to the restaurants and tour boat departures. The rooms exceeded our expectations for size, comfort, and cleanliness. The swimming pool offered a comfortable place to relax if we didn’t feel like going out that day. The weight room was well-equipped for daily workouts. And the complimentary buffet breakfast was an excellent selection of a light or heavy meal to begin the day. We are very happy with our choice of El Nido Garden Resort for our family vacation.

One thing that would be a nice change… a smaller pool or a “shallow end” in the swimming pool would be nice for non-swimmers and children.

There’s no sign that there’s a bar on the fifth floor. So visitors can have drinks and enjoyed the view

The price, location, helpful staff breakfast is very good, staff are accommodating. Hotel is very nice and clean, beachfront view. I will definitely tell my friends to stay in this hotel. Also, one member of the family wasn't feeling well. Front desk staff immediately arrange for our transportation to go to the hospital. Hotel manager offer to use the service car as well. That is really commendable.

Our room smells mushy, first day when we came to the room it already smell different. I slept the entire stay with a mask. We were there for 3 nights.
