Great location with all the amenities for our guys ski trip. The pool table was great and the rooms were all very comfortable. There was plenty of room for our group of 4 and could have easily had more than that. However, we were disappointed that the hot tub was unavailable after the first day we got there. It seemed like the owner did not prepare it for our stay as we expected. Had we known this was an issue we would have booked elsewhere.

This townhome is tucked in a small neighborhood between entrances of two canyons and ski resorts, making the location convenient. However, being at the mountain edge meant shopping & restaurants were a bit further out. Communication with owner was easy. He came to pick up his Jeep in the garage during our stay, but messaged his arrival time beforehand. The townhome is spacious. We only used the microwave and oven, but there was a crock pot and coffee makers for your use. We didn't check for pots & pans. Kitchen countertops are different from photo. The pool table in the brightly lit basement provided a nice entertainment with a tv, and the ceilings weren't low. We did look for board games, like other rentals we've stayed at, but didn’t find any. One thing I did not like was the dark bedroom in front. You only have 3 little nightstand lamps that offered little light. The back bedroom has a ceiling fan/light, and was nice and bright. This part was a bit bothersome. There was clearly some major water damage that occurred. The entire kitchen ceiling was patched, 1/2 bath ceiling patched, basement ceiling patched, dining room ceiling patched and wall had water stain running down the wall and a hole punched out on top, and around light switches in various rooms were water stains running down. I don't know what happened previously, but for what we paid, I wish we were told about the condition of the property. We left the place spotless, just as we received it.

The rooms were all very clean and had plenty of space for our stuff. Mike was very responsive and the check-in process was seamless!

Everything was on point. Had everything I needed, plus a very nice pool table.

This is a very clean property with easy access, plenty of room, and a wonderful owner who was available as needed. We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable place!!!

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding and were very pleased with the space and amenities. Mike was very responsive and open to the needs of our group as we prepared for the big day. Would be happy to stay here again! Even with the master bathroom light and fan that comes on by itself throughout the night lol... we had fun with that.

Mike was a good host, very responsive and courteous. Home was as described and would rent again.

We had a pleasant stay here. We loved how close it was to cottonwood canyon for skiing, and the house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host was great at staying in touch to meet any needs we had. We would stay here again!

This location is terrific if you plan to ski the Cottonwood Canyon hills! It is less than 5 minutes to each canyon entrance. The townhome is nice and well-stocked and the owner is super easy to communicate with!

Location is fantastic if you're skiing the Cottonwood canyons. The home was roomy and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and happy to answer any questions.

We had a great time, the place was perfect, spacious, clean, had everything you need and a great location!! We were close to the ski slopes (we skied snowbird and solitude) and close to lots of yummy restaurants. We had a great time, played pool, cooked, ate and relaxed. Michael was super helpful with recommendations. Thanks so much we cant wait to come back!!

We had a great stay and the owner was very responsive. This rental work well for multi family/ mixed generations with lots of space and bathrooms. Fireplaces and exercise equipment was nice to have.

Mike was very responsive and this was the perfect place for our family summer vacation. We went hiking almost every day and visited the Great Salt Lake. Smith's grocery was right down the road and had everything we needed for cooking all our meals. Everything in the townhome was very clean and we would stay again if we have another opportunity to visit the SLC area.

Had never used vrbo before. Property was as described with many amenities. Great communication with owner both before and during stay. Would recommend!

Tucked into a townhouse community at the base of the Wasatch Mtns, the area was quiet, the condo was clean and updated and perfect size for a family. I would stay again.

Great Clean place to stay

Worked well for our business trip and nice that it was pet friendly. We would have liked to park in the garage, but signs prohibited that. Nice to have tvs in the bedrooms.

Great place

We brought a dog, and having a park right next door to the neighborhood was a definite plus. The lack of street parking was a negative. The streets in the HOA are very tight and don't allow for parking. The pool table is nice, but after a couple of days it just became a place for storage and proved a liability. Having the main entertainment center in the basement while the kitchen/dining was on the main floor tended to divide up our family rather than being able to all sit together. Overall, a very nice townhome in a quiet little area that is very convenient to the local grocery store and maybe a 15 mile drive to any of the 4 local ski resorts. We found the Solitude/Brighton road to be MUCH worse than the Alta/Snowbird road, so spent much more time at Alta.

Really enjoyed the pool table. Comfortable beds! Would definitely stay again!

I rarely give 5 star reviews as I feel there is always room for improvement. Even here there were a few things that we had to adjust our expectations. What put this rental into the 5star category for me was the amazing communication with the owner, Mike. He was quick to address and handle any problem that arose. The place was more spacious than we had expected. The pictures really dont show the plethora of space. It was my husband, myself, and our 4 kids(5,3,1,1) and our 60lb Aussie Poo. We didnt use the downstairs much as there really wasn't any need. We occupied the 3 upstairs bedrooms, main living area(with the pool table), and patio the most. The TV area downstairs was nice for a last night movie night though. The master bath was amazing and my kids loved the jet tub. The jets are clean throughout which was highly impressive to me. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to a nice park. The few improvements I could see are the child level decorations - not a huge deal - but we did move them out of kiddos reach. The house could use a deep clean. Baseboards, behind faucets, floors scrubbed, etc. I would have done this while we stayed(I’m a neat freak) but there weren’t cleaning rags, a mop, or a clean vacuum. I specify clean because the canister hadn’t been emptied in quite some time. It happens. Emptied it and plugged it in. The smell as soon as it was turned on was so bad we couldn’t use it. I will say I have a water filtration vacuum I have been spoiled by so maybe this isn’t an issue for some.

The townhouse contains everything necessary for a social visit or business meeting stay. The location is close to freeways and canyons. It’s a nicely laid out townhouse.

Great space for families. Everything we needed while visiting friends in Salt Lake. Lots of room for my teens to spread out! Helpful and responsive host. Would stay again!

House is spacious and nice. Kept very cool with the AC in 100degree July weather. My dog loved the cool basement. Neighborhood is safe and quiet next to a beautiful park right under the mountainside. Would recommend!

Mike was an excellent host. He quickly responded to some minor issues and was a helpful guide to the area.
