Breakfast buffet is amazing. The menu is very thoughtfully laid out. The biggest strength is the staff, I’m amazed by how friendly, efficient, consistent, polite each and every staff member is. I’ve had the best holiday in a long time. Truly recommend for the place and people.

i was struggling to get the payment confirmation feom their team . i had to sent too many emails and calls for 3 days to get the payment confirmation. room rent and food charges are very high. but there is no justification on the quality of the facilities. there is no entertainment at all for kids. after watching the waterfall view its just a boring atmosphere. too much expensive for restaurant food but quality of food is terrible. mocktails just simply making from syrups. not even providing mineral water. bathrooms looking terrible. towels not very clean.

The location and food was exquisite. The staff were very respectful and polite.

We were there for our 1st anniversary and room that we were given initially had plumbing issues so 5 staff members were in our room trying to fix it, due to which we couldn’t enjoy our lunch. Later since the issue could not be fixed the hotel manager Ms. Himadri called me and apologised for the inconvenience and offered us with an upgraded room and told that she would take of our evening, but during checkout we found out that we had been charged for the dinner.

One and only luxury hotel in athirapilly . Clean rooms ans easy access by lift from top to bottom floors.
