The expense is worth it!

Prima hotel is a lovely little hotel with nice and clean rooms, great service and everything you could ever need available. We even got gaming PCs in our room which we greatly appreciated when the weather was poor.

The location is a bit away from city center which made it slightly harder to travel around with ease. The room had cigarette smell from time to time but nothing that wasn’t manageable with the AC.

The interior was so nice, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were so friendly! The manager spoke great English as well.

Nothing to mention!!

The services, the staff, the room was excellent for a 3* hotel. There are 4* Hotels less comfortable.

The position is not the best possible. Also, breakfast could be better.

We miss this hotel already! Greeted with enthusiasm, we got a free upgrade to a suite on arrival with complimentary welcome drinks. The hotel is kept in great condition, it is clean and up to date. There is Netflix, a gaming pc (used lots during our stay!) and a very comfortable bed. Room is clean and modern. The free breakfast was a great addition each morning plus the ramen came in handy most days. The owner of the hotel is exceptional. He is willing to help with anything you need - ordering food, taxis, day trip ideas. He is very passionate about making his hotel the best experience for guests. Location was great in terms of price point - small walk to the station (which got us everywhere we needed) and bus stops just outside. Convenience store at the top of the street or a vending machine inside the hotel also. A great hotel!

Drains in the bathroom has a slight smell but nothing we couldn’t handle. Could have more storage in bathroom too like a shelf for things. All minor things in a fantastic hotel!

The staff were recalling accommodating and the facilities provided were great, especially the unlimited ramen access.

Staff at checkin were fantastic and very helpful. Could not rate highly enough.

Modern Hotel, very clean, friendly english speaking reception and well equipped room. The hotel gave us a free room upgrade for our stay. For this price it's hard to find anything better in Busan.

It's located not in the city center but rather far from any attraction or even super market.

There was sufficient parking space. The room was spacious, modern, and clean.

The bed was hard. if you like hard beds then this is the place for you.

The outdoor bathtub was a bit dirty and the balcony not clean

Recently renovated place. It was very cozy and clean place.

When I arrived, the desk clerk said to me very rudely "Are you sure? did you really booked? I cannot find your name." (with very grumpy face) When I heard that, I was so annoyed though. I answered "I did, throught the booking dot com." Then she said, "Oh! sorry! I didnt check the booking.com things! I really sorry." What a funny woman... but after all she turned nicely. but I can't forget her face when I arrived. ;-(

The staff was willing to work with us even though there was a language barrier. Even with that barrier reception always worked to talk to us and ask how our day had been.

Not many sidewalks nearby, which is standard for the area.

This place was so clean... spacious bathroom, clean bed and towels. I was with my family, my mom finally can sleep easily

Size, price, Netflix, bathtub, desktop computers, and lovely front desk lady!

There was only one full size towel in the room and it had a hole in it. I couldn’t open the window. The bed was rock hard!

Everything was just perfect

Excellent value, clean and super comfortable rooms. Great bathroom. The staff were amazingly helpful and kind. A secure place for our bikes. A very short walk to a variety of restaurants and the subway. Ten minutes walk to the intercity bus.

In an light industrial area but that was not a problem. It’s easy to find the subway.

I loved that there was a bath in the bathroom

There was nothing that I didn't like.
