It would be nice to have more than 1 towel per person (for a week) We didn't get any bin bags We didn't get any washing up liquid/laundry detergent (it seemed like a waste for us to buy it ourselves and use it only few times)

I liked that the apartment was very secure and in a good location.It was also very modern which I like.

The fact the the management of the apartment did not leave any cleaning products or toilet paper and when asked replied they were not a hotel.If you are only staying in a place a week you don’t expect to go out to buy dish washing liquid and toilet paper and toilet cleaner.

Close to the train station, bus, historic center, well-kept building, bright apartment with high windows. The location is in the uphill area of the city and a bit of hiking helps after a hearty meal.

The church next to the building rings the bells every morning around 7 or so for 1 minute. If you don't sleep with the air conditioning on and leave the window open, you can hear a lot of noise from the cars and motorcycles driving until 1-2 in the morning. There are 3 apartments in this listing, only the first one has a street view. You have to look a little more carefully when you make the reservation.

We had a really great time at Homes in Genoa. The house is located in a great area, close to the city centre. The apartment is very cosy and has everything you need for your holidays. The check-in was really fast and easy. Highly recommended!

Due to maintenance problems we ended up in a different apartment - Genova Song. This was newly refurbished and equipped and we were very pleased with it. We had some queries when we arrived and Irene was extremely helpful. The location is good, close to the old city and the harbour.

The air conditioning needs to be turned on in May when the weather is hot, not wait until June.

Our stay at the facilities by Homes in Genoa was amazing. The staff was extra friendly and helpful, Monica was really nice and helped us with all the information. The place is perfect and the views are really breathtaking. Also the cleanliness is on point.

The parking is a little bit tricky. When you find a parking spot it is better you don’t move your car until you are leaving, because it’s a really busy city.

Apartment located in an old residential building opposite the Immacolata church, walking distance to via Roma, piazza de Ferrari, the cathedral, the old port, the funiculars etc.; 2 supermarkets and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. On the 7th floor (with elevator), apartment is fully renovated, comfortable, clean, fully equipped (dishwasher; coffee, olive oil, vinegar, a bottle of water, we even got a Christmas present). The manager Monica was very kind, explaining everything and helping us to find a free parking spot. This is not easy in Genova, so once you find one, you better don’t move the car unless absolutely necessary. Monica gave us a free parking permit for the blue areas, so parking was for free.
