Neat room. Easy access to transport

Property wise, it is a studio type. Good for a couple but the other person will be on the bottom bed. When you have important appointments make sure to get out of the building as early as you can due to elevator issues. In level 28 they have 8 elevators, 4 is allocated to operate on the assigned floors but only one or 2 is working most of the time. Staff forget to deliver my breakfast. If you request breakfast for 7am expect it to arrive at 9😊 probably due to the elevator issue that’s why they are late🤷🏻‍♀️

The city view

Complimentary breakfast is suman, which is not that good. Could be better if they prepared classic Filipino breakfast. I also booked for a total of 7 guests (2 rooms) but booking confirmation showed 5 adults and 1 child. My 4 yrs old child was not indicated on the booking confirmation so they charged me 300 php. There is an email though which showed that “Total guests” is 7. But they suggest to call booking.com which is a hassle. They are aware there will be 7 guests as 7 toothbrush were prepared by them. My mom went back to Green Residences to show to their staff an email showing that 7 guests were booked but she was advised to contact Booking.com. We didnt get the 300php back so it is not that good experience.

view from room Thats it! And nice young girl in green shirt! who checks people in very friendly! But not the people that work behind the counter wearing black uniforms, they work for the main residences they can care lees about us the visitors!

WHERE DO I START? Electricity turnd off!!!! 2 ELEVATORS WORKING FOR 54 FLOORS! I PAID FOR BREAKFAST NEVER GOT IT! NO JOKE! No hot water!! Remember no electricity! ALL MORNING! for shower! Check in was hassle! They kept my passport during my stay! If something would of happen to me while touring no information to give anyone! if you want invite a friend, it takes 20mins! And you need to go down THERE IS NO PHONES IN MY ROOM TO CALL DOWNSTAIRS!!! 3000 peso deposit, around $ 70.00$ that i understand.... Ive been a flight crew for 31 years ine of the worst places i stayed! And Ive been in thousands of hotels and inns!

Charming and helpful staff, the palce really clean with see view, nice swimming pool.

Elevators quite long but ok

- friendly and helpful staff - equipment of the unit (TV, fridge, air condition, kitchen and bathroom stuff) - not far from Rizal park, National museum, city rail station just 5 minutes of walk

- the walls are very thin, so you can hear every sound from the neighbouring rooms - wifi was sometimes slow or no

Nothing much to like about the accommodation.

1. Check-in - there was no desk, just staff hanging around in their green t-shirts. Lobby was overcrowded, we weren't made aware that this was a residential building for students. We had to wait while the staff checking us in was queuing behind these student residents. 2. Leaving our IDs (3 of us) with them. 3. Paying P3,000 during check-in (refunded during check-out) even though we've already paid. 4. Room I saw when I booked wasn't where we stayed. 5. Quite dirty, molds in the bathroom and on the wall by the kitchen. 6. You have to register before you can watch netflix.

Super hard to get to the pool, you need to inform some mystic admin in advance who never works, need certificate of vaccination and to pay for it and so on and so on... We couldn get there. There is a problem to get beer outside also cause its some damn christian university teritory or so. But I could get it from simple street shop on other side of big aveniu the hotel stands:) Also there are cockroaches in the room but they quickly hide themselfs
