Lovely, stylish and spacious property in a beautiful, quiet part of Lake Como. Right near the lake with swimming access just below. It had everything we needed for our stay and the staff were very nice.

spacious, tasteful and clean

The unit was even better than shown in the photos. It is on a quiet street next to the lake (although you can't see the lake from the house). The unit is very spacious. The AC units (one on the ground floor and one on the loft) were much appreciated during the heat wave. Both restrooms are big and clean, and I especially loved the open floor plan on the ground floor. I recommend the delicious pinsas with a gorgeous view of the lake at La Terrazza 125 (3 minute walk from the house), which we visited multiple times during our stay.

I would recommend a car to get around, as it is required to get to Cadenabbia or Menaggio (to get the quick ferries to Bellagio or Varenna). However, the roads can be extremely narrow (obviously no fault of anyone) so make sure you have a compact car. Parking can also be a bit tricky but I always found a spot, even if it was a bit further (5-10 min walk) from the house.

Excellent team of people to work with. They helped with everything from restaurants to busses. The house is beautiful and the dock to sit on and swim from was icing on the cake

Not one thing. The house was perfect. The only tough part is ferrys stop at 7 and the busses are limited. No ubers and almost impossible to find a cab.

the owner of the house was wonderfull: she tried to help us in any way she could. the house is esay to find, big, well equipped, clean and worth the money. location is also good if you have a car or a boat and you want to move around. we spend a family weekend there and it was wonderful! I highly recommend it

the extra air mattress was not so comfortable (would have been nice to know in advance that there wouldn’t be a bed)
