The property presented exactly as it does in the photos! The views were absolutely spectacular!! The home was clean, well prepared and perfect for what we needed. We had a slight issue with the hot water service whilst we were there and within 2 hours of contacting the property manager, it was fixed. Communication was always prompt and polite. Could not fault the home or the entire stay and process!

This property is absolutely beautiful, it has an enormous view of the lake out to the rugged mountains and across to the airport runway. I would definitely stay here again.

We had 10 people it was super comfortable for all. We barely turned in the TV, as the view to the mountains across the lake was better than the any TV show ever produced. The fireplace was another winner, as it keep the large house toasty. Kitchen was fully stocked and all the laundry facilities availability. FYI, the dryer is in the garage. Took us a while to find it. Great property. Will recommend to any group and we will use it again next time we are in Queenstown.

loved our stay. the views were more than i could ever imagine, just amazing. my whanau were in awe of the view. house was clean, modern and catered to all our families needs. we would come back in an instant

The house is beautiful and the view is just amazing. It is a great size for a large group of people with plenty of room and storage. Unfortunately, we ran out of hot water twice but we managed to get the maintenance team to fix it.

Lovely large bathrooms, no problems with runnning out of water. Great outdoor area with a brand new bbq (thanks to maintenance for sorting) plenty of room & seating for everyone. Balcony area was magical with a glass of wine in hand to take in the gorgeous scenery. Easy access via the garage for unloading. Location was great just far enough away from the congestion, easy drive over the hill into town, we also enjoyed the walk into town, airport is 5mins away & Arrowton was 20mins away.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of the house, the amenities were tidy and clean. We enjoyed our stay, we had 4 adults and 5 children. What was a massive issue for us was the hot water kept running out? I called the property manager and he said there wasn't anything he could do about it and he said no one had complained before - which wasn't true. Nor was this informed to the guests prior or on the App. I think guests would appreciate if they are informed of the limited supply of hot water. Therefore guests can plan shorter showers, not baths! We had 4 remaining guests who had cold showers most nights or waited 3 hours for the hot water to return. The property advertises it accommodates 12 guests, however with the hot water limited capacity there will be people with cold showers. It was already uncomfortable with 9 people in the house. Fire Place - Please invest in proper fireplace tools to use. There was only 1 metal rod, no matches or lighter to start the fire. This is a risk to the guests and to the property. Tea and Coffee - Please check that the coffee and tea are well stocked. There was no tea in the tea canister and enough coffee for four cups. It's very unwelcoming when it states coffee and tea is supplied -but empty. Laundry Powder - The canister had enough for 1 wash. We stayed for 6 nights, please check that there's enough supply considering the rate guests are paying per night. We appreciated there was a dryer was located in the garage, but it wasn't on the App. Please include it in the App. The dryer was very useful during our ski trip. Unfortunately, the hot water issue is enough that I won't return to the same property. I hope the feedback is helpful to improve the property and the experience for future guests. Thank you.

Reviewer Comments: This house isn����t called ‘ultimate views luxury’ for nothing .. wow, what a stunning location, I could honestly sit and stare out the lounge room window for hours! The house was clean and well equipped, the only downside for us was the odd rubbish collection system of 2 black bags to fill for a household of 10 of us in a week, we ended up storing the rubbish outside the laundry so it didn’t stink up the kitchen.. the use of the household wheelie bin would have been so much easier. Also for two families it would have been easier to have the other double bed downstairs so the second set of parents could have access to that bathroomsl, one family upstairs and one family downstairs would have worked better for us but overall, we’d definitely stay here again. An easy 10 minute drive to town and so much to do, loved every minute of our weeks stay!

Everyone thought it was a brilliant view and consequently were happy to stay about and enjoy the location and have good conversation etc. on many occasions we walked into Queenstown which is a bit of a climb but do-able. House very clean, very spacious and has all of the facilities. GOODSTAYS were good at arranging the bed configuration to suit our group (12). And it was good to have a downstairs for the more youthful (noisy) ones. Would definitely recommend it your budget allows. We stayed over New Year period. Only suggestion is that owners should look adjust/lubricate door locks and hinges (I kind of feel bad now that I didn’t make this comment to GOODSTAYS who I am sure would have acted)
