If you are looking for a quiet spot on the beach, this is perfect. The view from the house is of the ocean with a wall of windows and the beach is a very few steps away. The house is very clean with every amenity we could think of plus more. The owner was excellent with communication. A nice grocery store, Publix, is a few miles away. We stocked up on groceries and didn't feel the need to leave the house for a week. We did go eat at Hull's seafood restaurant TWICE because it was so good for fresh seafood. If you are looking for a relaxing time at the ocean, this is it.

Can’t ask for better views. Sunrises were amazing. Private drive was perfect and the neighbors made the trip better. Quiet and relaxing week here. Perfect beach area that was never crowded and never had to deal with the traffic of a public beach access. The beach house was as advertised. No issues at all. Had everything we needed for the week. Views from the dinning room were the best. We will def be back.

This was just what we needed. We had everything we needed and it was so nice being just steps away from the beach. Good restaurants in the area. Lora was very accommodating also!

My husband and I chose Coastal Haven for our 10 year wedding anniversary trip. The property is just as listed and the photos are a true representation. Lora was wonderful, very easy to communicate with and responsive to messages. Everything is so well maintained and thoroughly thought through. From the moment you walk through the door you will love the ocean views from the wall of windows on the back of the home. The kitchen is well appointed and very organized. Even the utensil drawers were neatly laid out so you can see what you have. The color scheme/decor throughout the home is soft and consistent and very comforting. The outside is just as wonderful… 2 sets of Adirondack chairs strategically placed for the best views. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate during our visit but we did get 2 (of the 7) days on the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and towels ready for us. Local restaurants kept us well fed and entertained during the rains. I would highly recommend this home to couples wanted to get away, a small group (3) or a family with younger children. We had a wonderful time. The home was everything you can ask for and more. Definitely on our list to return.

Our stay was. Absolutely wonderful. So clean. Every appointment, kitchen, bathrooms, recreation equipment. Beach was just a few feet away, and. very quiet. No steps, plus walk in showers! I recently broke my arm and it was a great place to heal. Lora could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I want to go back!!! Worth every penny!

We loved our time at Lora's bnb. It had every possible amenity you would possibly need. No detail was overlooked, down to the beach toys and toiletries. We can't wait to go back!

The beach is right there. The view from the house is magnificent. Quiet neighborhood, quiet beach. The house is beautiful inside. Everything you need is included.

This property could not have been nicer. Had everything you would want in the kitchen. Beautiful views of the ocean and just a terrific place to stay and relax.

Amazing home. Great location

Such a great relaxing vacation! Stayed the week of New Years and we enjoyed the beach and the fire pit! The house has EVERYTHING!! We actually stayed in and cooked every night! I use VRBO quite a bit and this house was the best equipped I have experienced! Super clean house and had a great experience! Lora was great t work with and very responsive! Will definitely plan to return!

Our stay was great, the home was lovely (exactly as pictured). We went for our honeymoon and our favorite part was the view and being able to hear the ocean as you’re falling asleep! Location was very good/ secure, lots of yummy food options as well. Host (Lora) was amazing the entire time and is very quick to respond! Overall was a wind trip and we would go again!

The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Cooking in the kitchen and looking out at the ocean was perfect. Waking up to coffee, mimosa and sunrises was perfect medicine. Book this home for your next vacation, you won’t regret it.

Wonderful house, the closest place on the beach. Everything was perfect. Very well stocked with anything you may need. Great for elderly to walk right out to the ocean and sand.

We have rented multiple ocean-front properties over the years and this was one of the best. The house is clean, bright, well-appointed, very comfortable and is maintained perfectly. We are already looking at our calendars to figure out when we can book a return visit.

We enjoyed our stay at Ormand Beach , a hidden treasure for sure ! We enjoyed the amazing farmers market across the street ! Do wish the glass doors opened and that there was a curtain for privacy , all of the luxuries of home and more , can’t think of one thing we needed that wasn’t there ! We got food delivery from Publix and many good restaurants nearby ! Loved our stay !!

This home is amazing!! It exceeded our expectations, very clean, beautifully decorated, organized, and fully stocked with everything a family needs. The beach was absolutely beautiful, clean and never crowded. This was much needed healing and relaxing time for our family. Fabulous property right on the beach with amazing views! Perfect for a small group of 3-4. The property is very well maintained, spotless, well stocked in the kitchen and also has all the beach gear you need to include towels. We had an awesome time and intend on coming back!

The property is beautiful and has everything you could need. The beach is steps out the door and was never crowded. Most relaxing vacation I’ve ever had!!

There are vacation rentals....and then there are VACATION RENTALS! This place was fantastic! Everything we thought we may need was there - from beach towels to bicycles to boogie boards to outside shower and water hoses - and every kitchen utensil you ever heard of! The atmosphere and beach decor was perfect! Comfortable beds, big screen tv, we were just overwhelmed with the thought and effort Lora put into making her rental absolutely perfect. We had a fantastic vacation. The house was very nice and was well provisioned for the beach. We spent most of our time just relaxing on the beach and at the house. I was concerned about how crowded the beach would be due to the condominiums next door. The beach was never crowded. It's exactly what we were hoping for, a nice, quiet vacation. Everything was great. Cleanliness, amenities and stylish decor were the best we’ve experienced. Loved the oceanfront location, the neighborhood and the entire area from Flagler to New Smyrna. Total relaxation.

The cottage was clean and very well equipped. It is everything the description said and more! Private beach was right off the property and so nice!! We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. From the moment we arrived until the last day, we were swept up in the peace and tranquility of this place. My wife and I lived in Ormond By The Sea long ago when we were in our early twenties. The beach is exactly the same as it was then. Our stay allowed us to rekindle the magic of our youth and brought back a flood of wonderful memories. Lora is the best hostess anyone could ask for, a real pro. She’s created a serene environment that’s sure to please. Always accessible when needed, she was a dream to work with. Beautiful, abundantly stocked home. Location is perfect and sunrises can't be beat! Lora was great to work with and it was fun meeting the "locals"! My only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer!

Instructions were very straight forward and the property was very clean and organized. We couldn’t have chosen a better location and we will definitely be returning.

Great anniversary trip. Amazing ocean views,right on the beach at the ended of a secluded street. Short drive/uber to whatever you need. If you're looking for private and low key, this is the spot.

We had the most wonderful stay at the property. Anything we could have needed was already thought about by the homeowner! Whether it was an extra blanket or a container to put our leftovers in, there was nothing forgotten. The telescope and binoculars were an added bonus to the magnificent views through the wall of ceiling to floor windows. The house was recently decorated, and it was warm, inviting, comfortable, and beautiful all the the same time. In fact - it was all things I would have picked if I was decorating a beach house for myself. I do have to talk about the best part of the house - the outdoor hot shower so we could rinse off before coming inside! Oh and speaking of showers, the double shower head was like a day at the spa! And like the rest of the house, the bathroom and shower were decorated beautifully. We had a most incredible stay. Will we come back? YOU BET!
