Location was great house was clean. The only downside is all of the upkeep on the golf course going on early in the morning.

14 Frank Sottile is a very comfortable rental. Our family had no issues with the house. Fully equipped kitchen which was very nice. We prepared multiple meals and had everything needed. Although the house was several blocks from the beach, there is a beach access at the end of the street. Saying that if the location from the beach is a concern. It is an easy golf cart or bike ride to the beach. The house was very clean and the check out procedure was the easiest our family has ever encountered. Island Realty was wonderful to work with and overall our experience was outstanding!

Overall the house itself was amazing. The neighbor, not so much. Also be careful of the unkept landscape area near the front steps!! I had a night that I stepped barely off the driveway and into where landscaping should be (or at least filled in with dirt!!) and fell while 6 months pregnant. The owners/property management should at least fill the void in or area more well lit at night.

We had the most wonderful stay in this home, it was clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable. The location is ideal for spending days at the beach and there is so much great food within a 15 minute drive. We stayed here as a group of 4 adults and we had literally zero complaints. We’ve already discussed how we’d love to stay here again in future years.

The week was great the house was great, but what was so disappointing was that this rental property was through Island Realty (who was great), and VRBO at booking took their $$$ service fee immediately. I never heard from VRBO again until they asked for a review. I emailed VRBO to discuss the service fee, but I never heard back and called but never heard from VRBO.
Save yourself $$$ and book through Island Realty.

One of the best places our group has stayed in Isle of Palms! Proximity to the marina, specifically Islander 71, and being a little further away from the crowded main street were huge pros to this property!!

This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect size for my family and I. We had more than enough room for everyone to enjoy a little quiet time alone if necessary and we all had enough room to gather in the living room together. The only thing I noticed was the cleaning of the home. I found hair in tubs of the bathrooms upstairs and the tub had a ring around it. Other than that the home was perfect!!

This property has a great location, the kitchen was exceptionally equipped. Plenty of space to get away for a few minutes from the group. Dining room was big enough for the 10 of us to eat together. Beds comfortable, nice size rooms. We would definitely rent again!

The home was the perfect place for 3 families. Bedrooms were comfortable and the family room was spacious for all of us to gather. Porches and kitchen were accommodating, as well. Property management was very responsive. Will definitely return!!

The property was in a great location (close to the beach and on a golf course) and was clean, came equipped with great quality Bluetooth speakers, and had plenty of beds for the 8 guys that were in our party. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Although we live in WD, we needed a larger home to accommodate our entire family of 10. The house on Frank Sottile worked welll. There was ample space for everyone and the house location worked. We recommend cleaning the porch furniture & rocking chairs & outside front staircase needs repair. Everything else was ideal for our needs.

Celebrated Christmas with family at IOP. Plenty of room for everyone to gather in the large living area, bedrooms were spacious and kitchen had everything we needed. House was very clean and well maintained. I would suggest using stairs in the garage when bring items into the house since they are not as steep as the front stairs.

Overall our experience was great, it is a beautiful home, we found it clean and as pictured and we very much enjoyed the various spaces the home had to offer, especially the porches! The dining areas and living areas accommodated our large family really well, and the bedrooms were all very comfortable.We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the marina too! The house has great equipment for playing music but only has Xfinity (1 million channels of stuff no one wants to watch) and most of the channels we tried to watch didn’t work. There was no Netflix or streaming service available and we could not sign in to our own Netflix account. Wouldn’t have been a big deal in the summer, but for Christmas with a bunch of kids we would have appreciated a more convenient and useful entertainment option. Also, you will need to bring your own coffee, salt/pepper, etc. as nothing was provided by the property management company. Overall though we would highly recommend this beautiful rental home.

I would recommend Island Realty to anyone visiting IOP. We have rented from them for more than 12 vacations. We have been pleased with our stay at 14 Frank Sottile Lane over the last 5 years. This is said with the following caveat. We found the Wi-Fi at times was slow depending on how many people were using it. My other issue is that the mattress in the Master Suite was not very comfortable and led to less that optimal sleep. Other than those observations our stay was excellent. Looking forward to coming back to IOP!!

House is beautiful and laid out very well. My only concern would be if you had older people in the party. The stairs, both in and out, are extremely steep. For us, it was just fine, but I wouldn't select this when my parents were with us. Inside is great! Nice porch and outdoor space
