2nd time staying and looking forward to a 3rd!

A quiet and cozy place off the beaten path was just what we wanted for a long relaxing weekend. Place was clean and just as advertised. We would definitely stay here again!

Cabin was lovely; very clean and comfortable, just as we expected. First night we were there we had a wonderful dusting of snow. It was beautiful and lasted a couple of days. Location was peaceful and private and felt at home. Hosts left detailed information for check in as well as getting to know the cabin. Could not have been more pleased with our stay. Highly recommend.

We had a great getaway weekend to enjoy the finger lakes. The cabin way just what we were looking for. Quiet location and easy to get to the vineyards along Keuka and Seneca Lakes.

A beautiful secluded cabin off the beaten path. The cabin is well maintained and included all amenities for a wonderful weekend away for my wife and I while in the finger lakes. The owners are very easy to communicate with and pleasant. This is our second time staying here and will definitely be back again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Small but quant. Decorated nice and everything was clean! I loved the several battery-operated candles located around the cabin but many had dead batteries in them. The bedroom bed was comfortable and though the stairs were a bit tight to get up and down, they were perfect for the size of the cabin. We got there when the temps were cooler outside and though it was only 55 in there, it heated up quickly. Enjoyed playing games, watching a movie and listening to music as we made ourselves dinner and drinks. The water was smelly but we read reviews so we were prepared (having once had well water in our home, we knew what to expect!). We brought bottled water to brush our teeth and make coffee in the morning. My husband switched out some light bulbs and organized a few drawers. LOL We had a very pleasant stay. Just what we needed - a quiet getaway just the two of us. We ventured out to a winery and distillery nearby and had a fantastic time despite the rain. Would definitely reocmmend to others and I'm sure we will return!

Beautiful property and very nice home. We enjoyed ourselves for our Valentine's weekend.

My wife and I wanted a quick little getaway, in this cabin was perfect. The cabin has everything you need and is secluded which is what we were looking for. It is located about 10 to 15 minutes from a couple little towns where you can grab dinner, hit some little shops, or get groceries for your stay in the cabin.

Perfect for a short getaway amidst the peace and quiet of the woods. Close enough to wineries and distilleries and restaurants. Bottled water suggested as well water quite sulfuric

Great location for girls weekend! 10minute from Rose Hill ranch, 15 min from really good food and beautiful scenery!! Cabin was adorable, beds comfy and was great it didn't have WiFi... we had to talk to each other 😉

Very nice cabin with everything you need to stay! Very clean and directions to the property and access was well described Keep in mind that the loft has a narrow spiral staircase and the water has strong sulfur smell but other than that slept very well and a peaceful get away! Enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I came to celebrate my birthday for a long weekend and were NOT disappointed. The cabin is well kept, beautifully decorated, and cozy. Wineries, breweries, and distilleries all close by. Fishing spots too! We enjoyed a nice morning walk on the trail out back of the house as well as a bonfire. I would highly recommend and would stay again!

This cabin was everything we needed/wanted. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The cabin is extremly clean. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin! It had been over a year since my wife and I were able to get away for an overnight trip and this was exactly what we needed to reconnect for a bit! A beautiful cabin and a nice quiet area.

Came up to visit family and get some grounding after a chaotic period in our lives. The cabin has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Overall it was a nice stay.

This is a great little cabin! Beautiful location, and the cabin is adorable. As a few others mentioned, we chose to use the trundle bed(s) to avoid navigating the stairs at night. Beds were very comfortable and bottom one was easy to put away in the morning. Everything was as expected from the listing. Overall a wonderful stay.

Cozy cabin on a lightly used dirt road. Upstairs bed was comfortable, but the narrow spiral staircase is not for people with limited mobility. Large secluded lot. We enjoyed the fire pit each night. Lots of wineries, breweries, and hiking within an hours drive.

The cabin is small but perfect to get away and unplug for a couple of days.

Loved the solitude, I’ve been home about a week and haven’t turned the news back on yet. It is life changing not having internet and tv. The cottage is clean and well appointed. Plenty to do. I can’t wait to go back.

We chose this property due to its value/price when preparing for our first trip to the Finger Lakes Region. It did not disappoint! The property was as described and had everything we needed for our multi-day visit. The staircase was a little tight (and scary), but it was very secure/sturdy and we only used it once in the evening and once in the morning. The entire cabin was perfect. The area was secluded/private and located a short drive to Penn Yan where we could eat, shop, find/use a Redbox, etc. We were very happy! Thank you!

This was a very nice cabin, secluded and yet still close to Canandaigua and Penn Yan.

Went to the Fingerlakes for a girls weekend with my friend. The cabin was beautiful and cozy! It was absolutely perfect for a weekend trip. Gary and Dawn had great communication and the entire experience was easy and perfect!

Property is so cute and cozy. We really e joyed our stay and loved the quiet peacefulness there. We didnt end up using the upstairs bed we slept in the living room area. My husband and I were a little leary of the stairs.

Our third stay and we will be back! Excellent location and every amenity you could ask for.

The cabin has everything for a comfortable stay - full kitchen with a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, stove and utensils. There is also a generously sized grill on the porch. There is a full bathroom with a shower. Towels and linens were provided. The place is exceptionally clean and comfortable. How lovely to sit on the porch and take in the quiet nature all around. The cabin is in a very private location; no neighbors and no noise (except for some cows :-) We plan on coming back in the fall!
