I must say we enjoyed our 5 day vacation, it was relaxing , quiet and peaceful, exactly what we needed. The home was beautiful and welcoming. The host was easy to reach, very pleasant and accommodating. For entertainment we had a pool, hot tub, and a game room, which the kids loved very much! The hot tub was not used, however the pool and game room were. We even had a few deers stopped by to eat, which was enjoyable to watch. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

The communication with the owner was great. He was very responsive. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were clean and in great condition. Some things that maybe need a little attention: pool sticks need replacing, living room lighting needs bulbs, add some wine, martini and margarita glasses and regular size drinking glasses, some screens need replacing in the windows and the ceiling fan in the living room didnt seem to work. Overall our stay was great. Being in nature and having the deer come for a visit was a treat. We would highly recommend this house to friends.

My friends and I loved all of the activities that the house had to offer! The hot tub was very clean (consistent with the rest of the house) and fit all 6 of us comfortably while it was snowing outside.

We have an excellent stay! Easy check in, the house was super clean. Plenty of room for our family. The kids loved the game room and we all enjoyed the hot tub! Will be returning in the future!

Property looked like the pictures when we arrived. Adam the owner was quick to respond to our emails. The highlight of our weekend was the hot tub despite the 20-40 degree temps. The wood burning fireplace was good. The kitchen was newer but, the rest of the house could use some refreshing but it worked for our long weekend.

We were a family of 10 renting this home and the big thing is, no one was bored. Between the hot tub, pool, foosball table, pool table and dart board, everyone was busy. Only criticism would be since the game room is designated for a sleeping area, it really needs curtains or shades on the windows for darkness and privacy., There are plastic blinds but a lot of slats were broken, which we took pictures of and sent to the home owner. The screens in that room were also ripped, no opening of windows. The kitchen sat 10 of us comfortably for meals and games. We loved the openness of the downstairs. We will definetlely rent this home again.

My family and I spent a few days in the Poconos over the Presidents Day school vacation. The house was perfect for out needs. It was very clean and had great amenities. The owner was very easy to work with and the whole process was very organized and done well.

we stayed in this house for two nights three days and our stay was wonderful the cleaness is impeccable, the house is equipped with everything that we needed to vacation even exceded our expectations. we enjoyed the game room the pool and the jacuzzi. The beds are Super comfortable and Clean. We highly recomended this home vacation.

Great house! Perfect for 5 adults and 5 children, ages 6-9. We all loved the pool, hot tub and fantastic game room! Comfortable beds. Very clean! Updated. Plenty of room. We even used some of the cilantro growing in the window box on the porch for one of our meals. Very minor complaints: would have liked a couple of dish towels and measuring cups and spoons in the kitchen. Also wash cloths were not provided. Main issue that bothered me: house was advertised as 'sleeps 16' but we were charged extra per night per guest for more than 8 guests. Although this was clearly stated in the contract and I agreed to pay it, it didn't seem right. I had contacted Home Away and was told there should not have been that additional fee. I will be filing an official complaint with Home Away regarding that issue.

Every detail of this house was absolutely amazing! The location, pool, hot tub, and game room were a favorite for our stay. The beds are very comfortable and the overall feel of the home was warm and inviting. Adam was great to communicate with during the rental process and was accommodating to our last minute changes which was much appreciated. We even got a visit from two deer during our dinner outside one evening which was a nice treat. I plan to return for another amazing stay in the near future! I highly recommend this house!

Very clean, spacious, well maintained and comfortable property . My familly, friends and I all enjoyed the hot tub, pool and the rest of the amenities. The owner was very responsive to a couple of minor issues and any questions I had. I would definitely recommend the home for a relaxing and family oriented vacation.

In January, a couple of friends and I stayed at this rental property for a weekend and we had an incredible time. The house looks exactly as it does in the photos, such a gem. We were a group of 10, and we had more than enough space to accommodate even more people if we wanted. The house is in a somewhat gated community with security, so we felt very safe. The house was also extremely clean, and fully stocked with everything you would need from extra pillows sheets and comforters for the pull out sofas, plenty of towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Everything was perfect. The playroom was a highlight and the source of a lot of entertainment and friendly competition, we also enjoyed the large speaker in the playroom that we could connect our own music to, as well as the bar area inside the playroom. Oh, and who could forget the hot tub! Although the weather was down to frigged temperatures, we braved the cold and got in and had a very relaxing time. One thing to note about the house, would be that the TV in the living room has a parental code on it. One evening we wanted to have a movie night and watch a movie on FX, but since the movie was Rated R, we were unable to. A few other channels/programs that weren't PG-13 were blocked as well and needed a 4 digit parental code to unlock. I would suggest bringing your own movies if you plan on having a movie night. And lastly, Adam was great. Awesome with communication and was always able to be reached to answer any and all of my questions via email or text. We really enjoyed our stay here and I would highly recommend.
