Absolutely enjoyed my stay! It was 5 Star all the way around. The views of mountains, ocean and wildlife were amazing. Upstairs room basically has a 360 view via all the windows/patio and back patio has great view of course and mountains. Windows and natural lighting throughout and the private hot tub to the home was an awesome experience and evening relax time after daily visits to all the beaches nearby. Easy hike and walk to some beaches. Stores close and Hanalei right down the road. Will def be booking here again for my next trip. The whole fam had all the space we needed and rooms are huge and spacey for all your travel needs. Book without hesitation! Mahalo!

My husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law, and two young adult sons stayed at this house. There is plenty of room for all of us to have meals together, sit and talk or watch movies, and plenty of room when everyone needed their own space. The location on the golf course, walking in the evenings and watching the sunset or early morning sunrise was amazing. Waking up in our bedroom, sitting up in bed and being able to see the ocean was beautiful!! We would definitely recommend this home and would rent again.

Minor inconvenience when we arrived, the upstairs bathroom toilet was leaking. There are two other bathrooms so not that big of a deal. I contacted the host as soon as possible. It was fixed by the second day. The host was very prompt and answered all of our questions. We would love to return!

Beautiful home, large, very well outfitted, clean, great location. Could not have been better!

Some basic spices but otherwise make sure to hit the grocery store for whatever else you need. Plenty of plates and silverware. Would definitely stay here again, it was beautiful! The house is located in the nicest, safest neighborhood on the island. We were so pleased with the location. The home is very accommodating with king sized beds and a bathroom off of each bedroom. The hot tub water fall combo was wonderful in a very private setting. I would highly recommend this home!

My partner and I took our parents to Hawaii to celebrate some big milestones; a 50th wedding anniversary (my parents), and his mom’s 80th birthday. This place was the PERFECT home-base for our trip to the north shore. The house was even better than the pictures, the neighborhood was far enough off the beaten path to be quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to many local hot-spots to make it super convenient. The checkin process was extremely smooth and communication with the host was always quick and succinct. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks Jeff and Shana!

This property was right for our family of 3 adult couples. Each had their own room with a full size bathroom and king bed. The hot tub was great and large enough to have all of us in at one time. The location is close to a shopping center and restaurants.

Had a great 10 day stay with a total of 6 people. House was clean, roomy and in a perfect location for staying in the Princeville area. We had a blast and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The house is lovely and the location is great. Our only problem was no air conditioner. The week we were there was right after the hurricane so it was very humid all week. No trade winds. The ceiling fans were good but we had the standing fans in each bedroom to help us sleep. The spa and waterfall was a lifesaver.

This was by far the best rental I have ever had through VRBO. The house was immaculate with a well stocked kitchen and top notch gas grill. The house is situated on a golf course with a view of the ocean from the deck off the master Bedroom. Sunsets were spectacular from the deck. Despite the fact that there were many homes in this community, it felt like we had a completely private home. The house was beautifully decorated with three ample sized rooms with king sized beds to accommodate our family of six. We enjoyed using the hot tub which was completely private when we had time to relax after our busy days exploring Kaua’i. The house also came with chairs, umbrellas and plenty of high quality snorkeling gear. Only suggestions that I can think of would be to have an outdoor table and chairs set up near the grill and a second bedside lamp in the master bedroom. Would also recommend providing better bar soap. Thank you so much for providing this first class accommodation for our family!

We stayed in the home for our very first stay in Hawaii. It could not have been more perfect. The home was spacious and clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was within a 2 minute drive. Plenty of space for three couples without feeling in each other’s way at anytime. We cannot wait for our next trip to the island. And I know we will be back at this home again for it!

Here are our thoughts and feedback: - The house is more beautiful and spacious than pictures show. - Incredibly clean, comfortable and well maintained. - Kitchen has everything and more you can possibly need. Amazing appliances. Most of them brand new or seemed like. - Great extras - tons of coolers, boogie boards, towels, gadgets, amazing book selection... - We never used outdoor jacuzzi - just not into chlorine water... - There is really not that much outdoor space. Landscaping is lovely. But since we where out and about it didn't matter. If you plan to spend all day in the yard this might not be the best option. - Peaceful and quiet. We all slept like babies there. Even rosters sounded gentle :) - Location - you will be driving to everything. The house is in the middle of the Truman Show like community - well maintained sameness. If not for some Distinctly Hawaiian plants this could be anywhere.. The closest beach is about 20 min walk. In Princeville there is no public parking - to access other “local” beaches you would have to walk for a very long time. Only Queen's Bath has few parking spots. And it’s a must see spot. - Don’t buy food at Costco. It’s a tourist trap. Princeville and Hanalei has great stores with everything. Farmers markets and stands are all over the island. Support local! - Overall this is a great house for a group of people to relax after time well spent on North side beaches and hikes. Thank you!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Also found the beach trail that we enjoyed. This was beyond our expectations. Not to mention the beautiful jacuzzi with waterfall.

This home was set up perfectly for three couples with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the coolers, chairs and boogie boards in the garage. There was also ample parking for our three rental cars. The grounds and hot tub were beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely recommend this home.

This home has everything you need to enjoy your time on the island. A great home base especially for exploring the northern end of the island. Hot tub was great, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook great meals. Perfect for couples, plenty of room to spread out. We would definitely recommend this home.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We loved it. The kitchen is very well stocked with gadgets and pots and pans and everything you need to make great meals. The only thing I can say negative is that the pillows weren't the best, but we are used to high end pillows so we may be pillow snobs on some level. The check in and out processes were simple and painless. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Princeville!

Beautiful open home with good airflow. AC not needed. Great kitchen with all the necessary tools for cooking at home. Giant hot tub was the icing on the cake here. So much better than staying in a hotel.

The management team was very responsive, helpful with things to do while in Kauai. Would definitely recommend the property to anyone.
